Abstract
The invention provides a probiotic composition suitable for human immunity, and relates to the technical field of health products. The probiotic composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of composite probiotics, 5-10 parts of trace mineral substances, 3-5 parts of additives, 4-8 parts of strawberry freeze-dried powder, 15-20 parts of stachyose, 10-20 parts of purified water and 5-10 parts of edible mineral substances, wherein the composite probiotics comprise clostridium butyricum, bifidobacterium, lactobacillus reuteri, lactobacillus acidophilus, streptococcus thermophilus and lactobacillus rhamnosus. Through clostridium butyricum, bifidobacterium, lactobacillus reuteri, lactobacillus acidophilus, streptococcus thermophilus and lactobacillus rhamnosus, the health care function of the probiotics is diversified more by various probiotic bacteria, the protection effect on the intestinal tract of a human body is better, stachyose and a sweetening agent added in the preparation process enable the probiotics to have sweet taste after being brewed, the resistance psychology of children when the probiotics are taken is avoided, and the health care beverage is worthy of being popularized vigorously.

s3, filtering and drying treatment
