Referring to fig. 9, the shifting block 322 includes a rotating shaft 323, a bearing block 324 and a stopper 325, the rotating shaft 323 is rotatably connected with the movable part of the translation device 321, the bearing block 324 and the stopper 325 are symmetrically disposed on the outer wall of the rotating shaft 323, a limiting block 326 engaged with the stopper 325 is disposed on the movable part of the translation device 321, and the limiting block 326 is located on a side of the shifting block 322 away from the discharge end of the edge bonding machine 1; wherein, bearing block 324 sets up on the outer wall of axis of rotation 323, and when shifting block 322 did not receive external force influence, bearing block 324 was located the below of axis of rotation 323, and dog 325 was located the top of axis of rotation 323, and the lower extreme of dog 325 just keeps away from the one side of bag sealer 1 discharge end and stopper 326 butt.
When the plate needs to be pushed by the flat pushing mechanism 32, only one side of the stopper 325 close to the discharge end of the edge bonding machine 1 needs to be abutted against the plate, and at the moment, the shifting block 322 is driven by the translation device 321 to move towards the direction of the edge bonding machine 1; placed panel on the feed end of bag sealer 1, and shifting block 322 need reset to bag sealer 1's feed end department from bag sealer 1's discharge end when, at the in-process that resets of shifting block 322, the upper end of dog 325 can take place the contact with panel earlier, at this moment, the upper end of dog 325 can move towards bag sealer 1's discharge end direction, thereby make dog 325 wear to establish from the below of panel, until dog 325 wears to establish panel completely, at this moment, under the effect of gravity, bearing block 324 can be natural remove to the below of axis of rotation 323, thereby make dog 325 can keep vertical state, in order to ensure that dog 325 can cooperate with the panel that is located bag sealer 1 feed end department.
Referring to fig. 10, the automatic blanking mechanism includes a second base 41, a second material taking mechanism 42, a second lifting mechanism 43, and a second translation mechanism 44; the second base 41 is placed on the ground for stacking the boards after edge sealing, the second material taking mechanism 42 is arranged above the second base 41 for taking out the boards at the discharge end of the edge sealing machine 1, the second lifting mechanism 43 is used for driving the second material taking mechanism 42 to move up and down, and the second translation mechanism 44 is used for driving the second material taking mechanism 42 to move back and forth between the second base 41 and the discharge end of the edge sealing machine 1.
Referring to fig. 11, the second base 41 includes a second conveyor 411 and a second limiting frame 412, the second conveyor 411 is flatly placed on the ground, the conveying direction of the second conveyor 411 is perpendicular to the length direction of the edge bonding machine 1, the second limiting frame 412 is disposed at one end of the second conveyor 411, which is far away from the edge bonding machine 1, a second notch 413 is disposed at the lower side of the second limiting frame 412, the width of the second notch 413 is greater than that of the second conveyor 411, the feeding end of the second conveyor 411 is far away from the edge bonding machine 1, and the feeding end of the second conveyor 411 extends out of the second limiting frame 412 through the second notch 413.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, a limit baffle 414 is further disposed at the feeding end of the second conveyor 411, the limit baffle 414 is located on a side of the second limit frame 412 away from the edge bonding machine 1, an adjacent placement area is reserved between the limit baffle 414 and the second limit frame 412, pallets 45 are stacked in the adjacent placement area, a plurality of rolling wheels 452 are disposed on two opposite sides of the upper surface of each pallet 45, a plurality of fork slots 451 for forking by a forklift are further disposed on the lower surface of each pallet 45, and when a plurality of pallets 45 are stacked together, the bottom surface of the pallet 45 located above abuts against the rolling wheels 452 of the pallet 45 located below; wherein the level of the top of the second notch 413 is higher than the height of the pallet 45.
Referring to fig. 11, the second translation mechanism 44 is provided as a motor screw transmission device, and two ends of the second translation mechanism 44 are respectively connected with the upper end of the second limiting frame 412 and the top of the edge bonding machine 1; the second lifting mechanism 43 comprises a second connecting frame 431 and a plurality of second multi-stage telescopic cylinders 432, the top of the second connecting frame 431 is fixedly connected with the movable part of the second translation mechanism 44, the cylinder body of each second multi-stage telescopic cylinder 432 is connected with the second connecting frame 431, and the piston rod of each second multi-stage telescopic cylinder 432 is vertically arranged downwards; the second material taking mechanism 42 includes a plurality of second negative pressure suction cups 421, and each second negative pressure suction cup 421 is respectively installed at the lower end of the piston rod of each second multistage telescopic cylinder 432.
When the automatic discharging operation of the edge bonding machine 1 needs to be realized, firstly, a plurality of pallets 45 are stacked in the adjacent area of the second conveyor 411, then the pallets 45 are driven to one side of the second limiting part away from the limiting baffle 414 by the cooperation between the second conveyor 411 and the second notch 413, then the second shifting mechanism 44 is used for driving the second material taking mechanism 42 to move to the uppermost part of the discharging end of the edge bonding machine 1, then the second lifting mechanism 43 is used for driving the second material taking mechanism 42 to move downwards, so that the second material taking mechanism 42 can take out the plates located at the discharging end of the edge bonding machine 1, the second lifting mechanism 43 and the second shifting mechanism 44 are controlled to reset, the plates can be taken to the upper part of the pallets 45, and finally the lifting mechanism is used for controlling the second material taking mechanism 42 to move downwards so that the plates can fall onto the pallets 45.
The implementation principle of the edge sealing system for processing the furniture board in the embodiment of the application is as follows:
utilize automatic feeding subassembly 2 to realize the intermittent type nature material loading work of panel to make bag sealer 1 need not artifical material loading, utilize automatic material pushing component 3 to realize the automatically move of panel, thereby make panel can realize automatic banding work with the banding cooperation, utilize automatic unloading subassembly 4 to realize the intermittent type nature unloading work and the work of piling up of panel at last, make the banding work of panel realize automaticly, effectively reduce the cost of labor.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a using method for the edge bonding machine 1, which comprises the following steps:
s1, stacking a large number of plates on the first base 21, wherein multiple stacks of plates can be placed on the first base 21 at one time;
s2, controlling the stacked plates to move towards the first limiting frame 212 by using the first conveyor 211, and ensuring the position of one end of each plate close to the first limiting frame 212;
s3, moving the plate to the upper side of the edge bonding machine 1 by utilizing the matching among the first translation mechanism 25, the first lifting mechanism 24 and the first material taking mechanism 22;
and S4, pushing the plates positioned on the edge bonding machine 1 and the additional support 31 towards the discharge end of the edge bonding machine 1 by using the flat pushing mechanism 32, and performing edge bonding on the side edges of the plates by using the edge bonding machine 1 in the moving process of the plates.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited by the above embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. An edge sealing system for furniture board processing, includes bag sealer (1), bag sealer (1) is used for carrying out the banding to panel, its characterized in that still includes:
the edge sealing machine comprises a first base (21), wherein the first base (21) is arranged at the position of the side edge of the edge sealing machine (1), and the first base (21) is arranged close to the feeding end of a workbench of the edge sealing machine (1);
the first material taking mechanism (22), the first material taking mechanism (22) is suspended above the first base (21), and the first material taking mechanism (22) is used for clamping plates;
the first lifting mechanism (24) is arranged above the first base (21), and the first lifting mechanism (24) is used for driving the first material taking mechanism (22) to lift up and down;
the edge bonding machine comprises a first translation mechanism (25), wherein the first translation mechanism (25) is arranged above a first base (21), and the first translation mechanism (25) is used for driving a first lifting mechanism (24) to move back and forth between the upper side of the first base (21) and the feeding end of a workbench of the edge bonding machine (1).
2. An edge sealing system for furniture board manufacture according to claim 1, wherein said first base (21) comprises:
the edge bonding machine comprises a first conveyor (211), wherein the first conveyor (211) is arranged on the ground, and the length direction and the conveying direction of the first conveyor (211) are both perpendicular to the length direction of the edge bonding machine (1);
the first limiting frame (212), the first limiting frame (212) is arranged at one end, away from the edge sealing machine (1), of the first conveyor (211), and the first limiting frame (212) is used for limiting the positions of the plates stacked together;
one end, far away from the edge bonding machine (1), of the first translation mechanism (25) is connected with the upper end of the first limiting frame (212).
3. The edge sealing system for furniture board manufacture of claim 1, further comprising:
the rotating mechanism (23), the rotating mechanism (23) is installed on the first translation mechanism (25), and the rotating mechanism (23) is used for driving the first lifting mechanism (24) to rotate 180 degrees in a reciprocating mode;
the rotating mechanism (23) is set to be a rotating cylinder, a cylinder body of the rotating cylinder is connected with the first translation mechanism (25), and a piston rod of the rotating cylinder is connected with the first lifting mechanism (24).

the additional bracket (31), the additional bracket (31) is arranged on the side edge of the edge bonding machine (1), and the length direction of the additional bracket (31) extends along the length direction of the edge bonding machine (1);
when the plate is placed on the edge bonding machine (1), one side of the plate, which is far away from the edge bonding machine (1), is lapped on the additional bracket (31).
5. An edge sealing system for the manufacture of furniture panels according to claim 4, wherein said additional bracket (31) comprises:
the edge bonding machine comprises upright rods (311), wherein a plurality of upright rods (311) are vertically arranged, and each upright rod (311) is arranged along the length direction of the edge bonding machine (1);
the edge bonding machine comprises a plurality of transverse rods (312), wherein the plurality of transverse rods (312) are horizontally arranged, one end of each transverse rod (312), which is far away from the edge bonding machine (1), is respectively connected with the upper end of each vertical rod (311), and the length direction of each transverse rod (312) is mutually vertical to the length direction of the edge bonding machine (1);
the guide rods (316) extend along the length direction of the edge bonding machine (1), and the lower surfaces of the guide rods (316) are connected with the upper surfaces of the cross rods (312);
and the guide wheels (318) are provided with a plurality of pieces, each guide wheel (318) is provided with a guide rod (316), and the guide wheels (318) are arranged along the length direction of the guide rods (316).

each guide wheel (318) comprises a roller body (3181) and a limiting protrusion (3182), the axis of the roller body (3181) is horizontally arranged, the limiting protrusion (3182) is arranged on the outer wall of the roller body (3181), the limiting protrusion (3182) is located on one side, away from the edge bonding machine (1), of the roller body (3181), and the limiting protrusion (3182) is used for abutting against one side edge, away from the edge bonding machine (1), of a plate.
