背景技术
面对电子设备的日益增长的需求,锂离子电池(LIBs)由于高能量密度和长循环寿命而在近几十年得到了广泛的研究,并已在许多电子设备中得到应用。当前使用最广泛的LIBs负极材料是碳材料,具有良好的循环性能,但是由于其理论容量小( 372 mAh g-1 ),体积比容量较低,以致碳负极材料难以满足各类电子产品以及电动汽车对电池高容量的要求。近年来,一些非碳基材料由于具有高的比容量,较低的脱嵌锂电位以及优异的安全性能,已成为当前LIBs负极材料研究的热点之一。在众多研究的新型非碳基负极材料中,过渡金属氮化物( TMNs )因其低而平的充放电电位平台、高度可逆的反应特性与容量大等特点,已逐步成为科学工作者研究和关注的热点材料。该类材料有望取代石墨,成为下一代新型高性能LIBs负极材料。
在所有金属氮化物中,VN是最有前途的候选者,高导电率(1.6 x 106 Ω-1 m -1),大的理论比容量(LIBs为1238 mAh g-1)。不幸的是,与大多数负极材料一样,它们体积变化巨大,Li+扩散动力学缓慢,导致极化大,电化学活性粒子利用率低,容量迅速衰减。为了克服这些问题,将VN负极材料的尺寸减小到纳米级尺寸是一种最有效的方法,这种方法不仅可以缓冲体积变化,而且由于尺寸效应导致的扩散长度较短,更容易促进Li+的转移。然而,纳米级电极材料将更多的活性材料暴露在电解质表面,形成较厚的固态电解质间相(SEI)层,消耗Li+离子和电解质。因此,为了解决这些问题,通过将VN纳米级材料引入导电碳基体有利于在电极上形成稳定的SEI。此外,活性纳米材料与导电碳基体的强耦合可以有效缓冲体积变化,使结构完整,从而改善电化学性能。另一方面,杂质原子如氮、磷、硫、硼等掺入碳材料内部可以改变材料的能带结构,降低锂离子扩散速率,同时造成材料的结构缺陷,提高碳材料的储锂性能。氮掺杂碳材料已经被广泛研究,并显著提高了材料的比容量与循环稳定性能。
可充电的水系锌离子电池是最有前途的多价离子电池之一,由于其高安全性,环境友好,丰富的资源和高理论能量密度,对大规模的能量存储特别有吸引力。一般来说,锌离子电池由晶体正极、锌金属负极和锌盐水系电解质组成。由于多价离子的强烈电荷排斥力和固有的缓慢动力学,锌离子通常被排除在著名的单价离子(Li+或Na+)的电极材料外。因此,探索合适的正极材料对于可充电锌离子电池的开发至关重要。低价氧化钒或氮化物(例如VNxOy,V2O3,VN),虽然由于不适合的晶体结构,它们不能直接作为阴极材料,但它们很容易被电化学氧化到高价态,并伴随着物理化学合理的显著转变,赋予它们具有卓越的潜力来实现转换过程。
综上分析,结合氮化钒纳米粒子的特点以及氮掺杂碳材料的二者优势,氮化钒@氮掺杂碳复合材料可以显著提高电极材料作为锂/锌离子电池电极材料的比容量与循环稳定性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种锂/锌离子电池电极材料氮化钒@氮掺杂碳复合材料的制备方法。该方法是将尿素或三聚氰胺、偏钒酸铵和葡萄糖按照一定的质量比通过固相混合方法混合后得到反应物原料,将反应物原料转移到瓷舟中在保护气氛下于管式炉中进行高温煅烧,冷却后得到的黑色粉体即为氮化钒@氮掺杂碳复合材料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种氮化钒@氮掺杂碳复合材料及其制备方法,其工艺步骤:
(1)固相混合方法为研钵中研磨、行星式球磨或高能球磨的任意一种。
(2)将尿素或三聚氰胺、偏钒酸铵和葡萄糖按照20:1-2:0-4的质量比通过固相混合方法混合后得到反应物原料;
(3)将反应物原料放在管式炉中保护气氛下进行两段煅烧,具体为在500-550℃下煅烧3-4h,后升温至650-950℃下煅烧2-4h。
(4)保护气氛为氩气、氮气或真空中的任意一种。
本发明所述试剂均为分析纯等级。
本发明提供的氮化钒@氮掺杂碳复合材料的制备方法,具备以下有益效果:
(1)通过简单地加热葡萄糖作为碳源,尿素或三聚氰胺作为氮源,以及偏钒酸铵作为钒源的混合物,即可实现一锅法合成材料。广泛使用的用于合成氮化钒的合成方法具有多步反应,效率低,能量输入高,尤其是使用危险的NH3的缺点。本发明的方法具有工艺简单,易于操作,低成本,耗时短,可持续性和可扩展性,为大规模生产创造了更多机会。
(2)该法制备的电极材料中碳基质上均匀的掺杂有氮元素,能有效的提高碳材料导电性,进一步提高复合材料的比容量以及循环稳定性。
(3)所制备的氮化钒纳米粒子均匀的分布在氮掺杂碳基质上,有利于缓解氮化钒的团聚现象。团聚现象的缓解也让氮掺杂碳上的氮化钒纳米粒子与Li+或Zn2+接触的几率增加,也缩短了Li+或Zn2+的传输距离,使材料表现出了高且稳定的循环性能和倍率性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1 氮化钒@氮掺杂碳复合材料作为锂离子电池负极材料Ⅰ
在典型程序中,通过于研钵中研磨将尿素(4 g),偏钒酸铵(0.4 g)和葡萄糖(0.4g)混合在一起,形成均匀的混合物。然后,将混合物置于带盖的瓷舟中,并在氮气流(400sccm)下以3℃ min-1的速率加热到550℃。保持4小时后,以3°C min-1的速度将温度升至750℃,并在此温度下保持2小时。随后,将炉子缓慢冷却至室温,无需进行其他后处理即可获得VN/NC纳米复合材料。整个实验过程采用两阶段加热方法在氮气气氛下煅烧该混合物。在第一阶段,在热解过程中,尿素释放出氨,氮和其他氰化物,并且由于钒(II-V)的各种氧化态,逐渐发生了从NH4VO3到VN的转变。同时,尿素的热分解在550℃时生成层状石墨碳氮化物(g-C3N4),而g-C3N4结合葡萄糖衍生的碳和氮化钒进入其层间间隙。因此,层状的g-C3N4限制了VN纳米颗粒的聚集。在第二阶段中,将g-C3N4用作模板,并在750℃下进行完全分解。同时,由于N和C之间的原子尺寸差异小,因此将源自g-C3N4的氮引入碳骨架中。最后,无需进行任何后处理即可获得VNC纳米复合材料。图1为制备的氮化钒@氮掺杂碳复合材料的XRD图谱,可以看出在在2θ值为37.6°,43.7°,63.6°,76.3°处有明显的强衍射峰,表明已制备了立方VN(JCPDS, No, 73-0528)。其位于26.2°左右,与石墨(002)平面相对应。由此可以看出制备的电极材料中含有碳和氮化钒。图2为制备的氮化钒@氮掺杂碳复合材料的透射电镜图(TEM),可以看出我们合成的材料的形貌是玫瑰花状片层结构。图3制备的氮化钒@氮掺杂碳纳米复合材料的高分辨镜图(HRTEM),可以看到粒径为2-7nm的纳米粒子均匀的分散在氮掺杂碳基质上。从图3的左上插图可以看到选区电子衍射图中有可观察到的衍射环,说明表面上的物质是晶形的。图3的右下插图可以看到具有0.238nm的距离的纳米颗粒的晶格条纹,其等于VN的(111)面。因此可以进一步证明VN/NC材料的成功制备。将合成的VN/NC材料即活性物质与导电剂、乙炔黑和粘接剂(PVDF)按质量比为8:1:1的比例混合研磨并涂布在铜箔(集流体)上作为锂离子电池负极材料。将该电极作为工作电极,锂片为对电极,电解液为通用的锂离子电池电解液1 M LiPF6/DMC: EC=1: 1,制备2025型纽扣电池。以0.1 A g-1的电流密度充放电,该电极的前3次充放电曲线如图4所示,可以看出,该材料的首次放电容量为1160mAh g-1,首次可逆充电容量为775 mAh g-1, 第二次可逆容量为780 mAh g-1。图5为该电极在0.1 A g-1的电流密度下的循环稳定性能,可以看出,100次循环之后,该电极的可逆容量仍然高达750 mAh g-1,由此可见材料展现出了很好的循环稳定性。这可能归因于氮掺杂碳和结合的VN纳米晶体表现出协同作用,可以改善电子传递并抑制立方膨胀,增加了其可逆容量。图6为该电极在1 A g-1电流密度下的长循环稳定性能,可以看到该电极在经历了800次循环后仍然表现出了高的容量保持率。图7为电极材料的倍率性能图,电流密度从0.1 Ag-1逐渐增加到2 A g-1,随后在逐渐降低到0.1 A g-1。可以看出,随着电流密度的增加,材料的容量逐渐降低,但是当电流密度在次回到0.1 A g-1时,材料的容量又回到了初始的比容量,说明电极材料具备优异的倍率性能。这些结果证实该法制备的氮化钒@氮掺杂碳复合材料作为锂离子电池负极材料均显示了较高的可逆容量和优异的循环稳定性能。
实施例2 氮化钒@氮掺杂碳复合材料作为锂离子电池负极材料 Ⅱ
在典型程序中,通过于研钵中研磨30 min将尿素(4 g),NH4VO3(0.2 g)和葡萄糖(0.4 g)混合在一起,形成均匀的混合物。然后,将混合物置于带盖的瓷舟中,并在氩气流(400 sccm)下以3℃ min-1的速率加热到550℃。保持4小时后,以3℃ min-1的速度将温度升至850℃,并在此温度下保持2小时。随后,将炉子缓慢冷却至室温,无需进行其他后处理即可获得VN/NC纳米复合材料。该电极材料测试条件如实施例1中所述,作为锂离子电池负极材料,以0.1 A g-1电流密度进行充放电,首次可逆容量为650 mAh g-1,100次循环后的可逆容量为630 mAh g-1。
实施例3氮化钒@氮掺杂碳复合材料作为锂离子电池负极材料 Ⅲ
在典型程序中,通过高能球磨30 min将尿素(4 g),NH4VO3(0.4 g)和葡萄糖(0.4g)混合在一起,形成均匀的混合物。然后,将混合物置于带盖的瓷舟中,并在氩气流(400sccm)下以3℃ min-1的速率加热到550℃。保持4小时后,以3℃ min-1的速度将温度升至850℃,并在此温度下保持2小时。随后,将炉子缓慢冷却至室温,无需进行其他后处理即可获得VN/NC纳米复合材料。该电极材料测试条件如实施例1中所述,作为锂离子电池负极材料,以0.1 A g-1电流密度进行充放电,首次可逆容量为760 mAh g-1,100次循环后的可逆容量为720 mAh g-1。
实施例4氮化钒@氮掺杂碳复合材料作为锂离子电池负极材料 Ⅳ
在典型程序中,通过行星球磨30 min将尿素(4 g),NH4VO3(0.4 g)和葡萄糖(0.8g)混合在一起,形成均匀的混合物。然后,将混合物置于带盖的瓷舟中,并在氩气流(400sccm)下以3℃ min-1的速率加热到550℃。保持4小时后,以3℃ min-1的速度将温度升至650℃,并在此温度下保持4小时。随后,将炉子缓慢冷却至室温,无需进行其他后处理即可获得VN/NC纳米复合材料。该电极材料测试条件如实施例1中所述,作为锂离子电池负极材料,以0.1 A g-1电流密度进行充放电,首次可逆容量为650 mAh g-1,100次循环后的可逆容量为600 mAh g-1。
实施例5氮化钒@氮掺杂碳复合材料作为锂离子电池负极材料 Ⅴ
在典型程序中,通过研钵中研磨30 min将三聚氰胺(4 g),NH4VO3(0.4 g)和葡萄糖(0.8 g)混合在一起,形成均匀的混合物。然后,将混合物置于带盖的瓷舟中,并在氩气流(400 sccm)下以3℃ min-1的速率加热到550°C。保持4小时后,以3℃ min-1的速度将温度升至650℃,并在此温度下保持4小时。随后,将炉子缓慢冷却至室温,无需进行其他后处理即可获得VN/NC纳米复合材料。该电极材料测试条件如实施例1中所述,作为锂离子电池负极材料,以0.1 A g-1电流密度进行充放电,首次可逆容量为630 mAh g-1,100次循环后的可逆容量为570 mAh g-1。
实施例6氮化钒@氮掺杂碳复合材料作为锌离子电池正极材料 Ⅵ
在典型程序中,通过研钵中研磨30 min将三聚氰胺(4 g)和NH4VO3(0.4 g)混合在一起,形成均匀的混合物。然后,将混合物置于带盖的瓷舟中,并在氩气流(400 sccm)下以3℃ min-1的速率加热到550℃。保持4小时后,以3°C min-1的速度将温度升至800°C,并在此温度下保持2小时。随后,将炉子缓慢冷却至室温,无需进行其他后处理即可获得VN/NC复合材料。将合成的VN/NC材料即活性物质与导电剂乙炔黑和粘接剂PVDF按质量比为7:2:1的比例混合研磨并涂布在钛箔(集流体)上作为锌离子电池正极材料。将该电极作为工作电极,锌片作为对电极,3M Zn(CF3SO3)2水系溶液作为电解液,在空气中组装2025型纽扣电池,质量负荷为0.8-1.2 mg cm-2。如图8所示,在循环试验之前,电池通过在50 mA g-1的电流密度下和0.2 -1.8 V的电压范围内通过连续的恒电流充电的预活化过程。在该活化过程中,VN/NC材料在≈1.7v对于Zn2+/Zn处提供了一个非常长的平台,这在随后的充电过程中消失(图8)。从第一次充电开始,在≈0.65和≈1.0v处有两个平台。这表明,对于具有高锌储存容量的新材料,在初始充电时必须有转化反应。值得注意的是,电荷分支往往是从第4次循环稳定的,表明库仑效率逐渐降至100%,这可以归因于在循环之前未极致的活化。结果,在50mA g-1的电流密度下可以实现400 mAh g-1的超高放电比容量,其高于大部分此电流下报道的锌离子电池。如图9所示,在电流密度为1000 mA g-1下,该电池可以在180次循环之后提供290 mAh g-1高容量,并且相应的容量保持率为85.2%。除了前几个循环之外,库仑效率总保持在100%,表明了激活过程后电池杰出的可逆性。这些结果证实该法制备的氮化钒@氮掺杂碳复合材料作为锌离子电池正极材料显示了较高的可逆容量和较好的循环稳定性能。
实施例7氮化钒@氮掺杂碳复合材料作为锌离子电池正极材料 Ⅶ
在典型程序中,通过研钵中研磨30 min将三聚氰胺(4 g),NH4VO3(0.4 g)和葡萄糖(0.4 g)混合在一起,形成均匀的混合物。然后,将混合物置于带盖的瓷舟中,并在氩气流(400 sccm)下以3℃ min-1的速率加热到550℃。保持4小时后,以3℃ min-1的速度将温度升至750℃,并在此温度下保持3小时。随后,将炉子缓慢冷却至室温,无需进行其他后处理即可获得VN/NC纳米复合材料。该电极材料测试条件如实施例6中所述,作为锌离子电池正极材料,以1000 mA g-1电流密度进行充放电,180次循环后的可逆容量为250 mAh g-1。
Claims (5)
1.一种锂/锌离子电池电极材料氮化钒@氮掺杂碳的制备方法,其特征在于:将尿素或三聚氰胺、偏钒酸铵和葡萄糖按照一定的质量比通过固相混合法混合后得到反应物原料,将反应物原料转移到瓷舟中在保护气氛下于管式炉中进行高温煅烧,冷却后得到的黑色粉体即为氮化钒@氮掺杂碳复合材料。
2.如权利要求1所述的锂/锌离子电池电极材料氮化钒@氮掺杂碳的制备方法,其特征在于:固相混合方法为研钵中研磨、行星式球磨或高能球磨中的任意一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的锂/锌离子电池电极材料氮化钒@氮掺杂碳的制备方法,其特征在于:尿素或三聚氰胺、偏钒酸铵和葡萄糖按照20:1-2:0-4的质量比混合。
4.如权利要求1所述的锂/锌离子电池电极材料氮化钒@氮掺杂碳的制备方法,其特征在于:保护气氛为氩气、氮气或真空中的任意一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的锂/锌离子电池电极材料氮化钒@氮掺杂碳的制备方法,其特征在于:高温煅烧的条件是进行两段烧,具体为在500-550℃下煅烧3-4h,后升温至650-950℃下煅烧2-4h。
