Abstract

背景技术

发明内容
本发明的总体目的是克服现有技术的连接器中出现的缺陷。作为一个更具体的目的,本发明寻求提供一种在组装期间更易处理并且优选适于由自动装配线处理的连接器。此目的通过一种连接器实现,该连接器具有用于由软管接合的外表面、用于接收待连接至软管的管接头的内通孔、用于将软管密封到管接头上的密封装置、以及具有适于***到通孔中的轴和用于在连接器未安装的状态下封闭通孔端部的端盘的塞子。
本发明特别适合用于在与本申请同时提交的同一申请人的名称为“多部件连接器组件”的共同未决国际PCT申请中公开的类型的连接器,其中塞子还具有将连接器的三个部件保持在一起直到连接器最终与软管和管道组装在一起的作用。
本发明还涉及一种包括多个如上所述的连接器的连接器装置,其中每对相邻的端盘通过与端盘一体形成的可断开的骨架肋板相互连接。

具体实施方式
图1至图3所示的用于将软管(未示出)连接至管接头(未示出)的连接器包括前管状构件10、后管状构件11和密封O型圈12。前管状构件10和后管状构件11具有相同的内径,并形成用于接收管接头的公共通孔13。前构件10和后构件11的外表面形成有用于夹持软管的环形突起。O型圈12具有大致圆形的横截面,其内径和外径的尺寸使得其向内突出到通孔13中,并向外突出到超出管状构件10和11的相邻部分。因此,在软管和管接头连接的最终组装状态下,O型圈12会支撑在管接头的外侧和软管的内侧。
在附图所示的状态下,塞子15置于通孔13中。塞子15具有轴16,该轴16大致是圆柱形的,其外径与连接器所针对的管接头的外径对应。在完全***时,轴16的内端抵靠形成在后管状构件11后端的内凸缘18,形成在塞子15端部的盘17抵靠设置在前管状构件10前端的外凸缘19。
塞子15用于将连接器的三个部分10、11和12保持在一起,并密封连接器的内部以防止灰尘侵入,直到连接器最终与软管和管接头组装在一起。此外,在最终组装之前,塞子便于压力测试。
图4示出了一种带式连接器装置,其中多个连接器(每个如图1至3所示)通过与盘17一体制成的骨架肋板20联接在一起,每个将一对相邻的塞子15互连在一起。此装置的优点在于,它便于包装和运输,尤其是便于在自动装配工厂中的加工,在自动装配工厂中,互连骨架肋板20被切断。

Claims (4)
1.一种连接器装置,包括:
多个连接器,每个连接器具有用于与软管接合的外表面、用于接收待连接至软管的管接头的内通孔(13)、以及用于将软管密封到管接头上的密封装置(12),以及
多个塞子(15),每个塞子(15)具有***到通孔(13)中的轴(16)和用于在连接器的未安装状态下封闭通孔(13)的端部的端盘(17),
其特征在于,每对相邻的端盘(17)通过与端盘(17)一体形成的可断开的骨架肋板(20)相互连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的连接器装置,其中,所述轴(16)的尺寸使其与密封装置(12)接触。
3.如权利要求2所述的连接器装置,其中,所述轴(16)的尺寸设计为使其与密封装置(12)密封接合。
