Meanwhile, in the filling stage and the mature stage of the rice, the rice flag leaf SPAD in different periods is sampled and counted from each cell respectively. As shown in FIG. 4, the SPAD of the rice leaf in the test group was increased by 2.5% in the filling period and 19.0% in the maturation period, compared to the control group. The results of fig. 3 and 4 illustrate that the application of the straw-decomposing agent of the present invention promotes the growth of rice seedlings.
When the rice is harvested, each cell is randomly sampled to carry out indoor test, the effective spike number, the grain number per spike, the setting rate and the thousand-grain weight of each group are investigated, the rice yield of the cell is counted after the rice is harvested, and the result is shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002957014330000091
The results in table 1 show that, compared with the control, the effective ear number of the test group is increased by 2.3%, the grain number per ear is increased by 8.8%, the thousand kernel weight is increased by 0.2%, and the rice yield is increased by 15.0%. The application of the straw decomposition agent can improve the yield of rice.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by using the contents of the present specification, or any other related technical fields directly or indirectly, are included in the scope of the present invention.
