Claims (10)
1. An automatic check-in method for office meetings, comprising:
the conference system acquires identity information of participants from an access control management system and sends a conference invitation according to the identity information of the participants;
the conference system determines conference information and sends the conference information to the access control management system, wherein the conference information comprises conference participant identity information, scheduled conference room information and conference starting and ending time information;
the access control management system determines identity authentication equipment of a predetermined conference room according to the conference information;
the access control management system sets the passing permission of the access control equipment according to the conference information;
the access control management system sets authentication passing time according to the conference start-stop time information;
the entrance guard management system records the passing records of the participants, wherein the passing records comprise the identity information of the participants, the passing time and the authentication mode.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the conference participant identity information includes a name of a conference participant, a department to which the conference participant belongs, and a contact way of the conference participant, the conference system obtains the conference participant identity information from an access control system, and sends a conference invitation according to the conference participant identity information, specifically comprising:
and the conference system acquires the identity information of the participants from the access control management system and sends a conference invitation according to the contact information of the participants.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the access control device comprises an access control controller and an identity authentication device, and the step of setting the access right of the access control device according to the conference information by the access control management system specifically comprises:
determining a passing authentication mode according to the identity authentication equipment;
acquiring the identity authentication information of the conference participants according to the identity authentication equipment and the authentication mode;
and storing the identity authentication information of the conference participants into the identity authentication equipment.
4. The automatic office meeting check-in method according to claim 3, wherein the identity authentication device comprises at least one of a card reader, a face device, a finger vein and a two-dimensional code scanner.
5. The automatic office meeting check-in method according to claim 3, wherein the authentication mode comprises at least one of card authentication, face authentication, finger vein authentication and two-dimensional code authentication.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of setting the pass time for authentication by the access control system according to the meeting start-stop time information comprises:
determining an optimal time difference;
subtracting the optimal time difference from the conference start time to determine a start time of the authentication pass;
and adding the optimal time difference to the meeting end time to determine the end time of the authentication pass.
7. An automatic office conference sign-in system is characterized by comprising a conference system, an access control management system and access control equipment, wherein the conference system and the access control management system carry out data interaction through a network, and the access control management system is connected with the access control equipment through the network;
the conference system is configured to perform the steps of:
acquiring identity information of participants from the slave access control system, and sending a conference invitation according to the identity information of the participants;
determining meeting information and sending the meeting information to the access control management system, wherein the meeting information comprises conference participant identity information, scheduled meeting room information and meeting start-stop time information;
the access control management system is used for executing the following steps:
setting the passing permission of the access control equipment according to the conference information;
setting authentication passing time according to the conference start-stop time information;
recording the passing record of the participants, wherein the passing record comprises the identity information of the participants, the passing time and an authentication mode;
and the access control equipment is used for allowing or forbidding personnel to pass according to the passing authority and the passing time of the authentication.
8. An automatic office meeting sign-in device, comprising:
the acquisition and sending module is used for acquiring the identity information of the participants from the access control system and sending the conference invitation according to the identity information of the participants;
the system comprises a determining and sending module, a meeting information processing module and a meeting information processing module, wherein the determining and sending module is used for determining meeting information and sending the meeting information to the access control management system, and the meeting information comprises meeting participant identity information, scheduled meeting room information and meeting start-stop time information;
the first setting module is used for setting the passing permission of the access control equipment according to the meeting information;
the second setting module is used for setting the authentication passing time according to the conference start-stop time information;
and the recording module is used for recording the passing record of the participants, and the passing record comprises the identity information of the participants, the passing time and the authentication mode.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor and a memory;
the memory stores a program;
the processor, when executing the program, implements the method of any of claims 1-6.
10. A storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium stores a program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method according to any one of claims 1-6.
