The dependence of present unmanned on duty parking area to network and electric power is stronger, in case network failure or outage trouble take place, can seriously influence the normal operation in parking area, reduces car owner's parking and experiences. In order to improve the management level of a parking lot in a fault state and ensure the normal operation of the charging service of the parking lot, the scheme provides the parking lot emergency management method under the fault scene, so that the normal operation of the parking lot can be ensured under the fault conditions of power failure, network disconnection and the like, the operation loss of the parking lot caused by power failure is avoided, the integrity of the service data of the parking lot is ensured, and the emergency management efficiency of the parking lot is improved.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a parking lot emergency management method in a fault scenario according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method starts in step S110, when a vehicle is present in a passageway of a parking lot, whether the vehicle has a license plate is determined.
According to one embodiment of the invention, when the power failure or the network failure occurs in the parking lot, a parking lot manager is arranged at the entrance and exit of the parking lot to maintain the normal operation of the parking lot. Due to the uniqueness and user relevance of the license plate number, the entrance and the exit of the vehicle are mainly identified by a camera and other devices at the entrance and the exit of the parking lot. Therefore, corresponding data processing can be directly carried out on the vehicle with the license plate according to the license plate number, and other user unique identification IDs (such as a payment treasure or a WeChat account ID, a mobile phone number, an identity card number and the like) need to be acquired for the vehicle without the license plate so as to be convenient for identifying the vehicle of the user. Therefore, when the vehicle appears in the entrance/exit passage of the parking lot, different identification processes can be performed according to the presence or absence of the license plate number of the vehicle.
If the vehicle has a license plate, step S120 is executed, a mobile phone of a parking lot manager is used to take a picture of the vehicle, and a vehicle image containing license plate information, vehicle entrance time or vehicle exit time, a parking lot name and a channel name are uploaded to a cloud server, and the cloud server generates vehicle order information based on the license plate information of the vehicle with the license plate, the vehicle entrance time or the vehicle exit time, the parking lot name and the channel name to generate vehicle order information.
To the vehicle that has the license plate, parking area managers can shoot the vehicle that has the license plate, makes the vehicle image that obtains contain the license plate number at least to can upload the vehicle image of shooing to high in the clouds server through parking area management software, wait for the feedback of high in the clouds server. The cloud server analyzes the vehicle image after receiving the vehicle image, can acquire the license plate number and the vehicle model through an image recognition algorithm, and acquires data such as vehicle owner information, vehicle parking records, vehicle payment records and the like according to license plate number parking data pre-stored in a server database. The parking lot management personnel can also upload information such as vehicle access time, parking lot names and channel names to the cloud server, so that the cloud server can generate vehicle order information according to license plate information, vehicle access time, parking lot names and channel names.
Specifically, if a mobile phone of a parking lot manager clicks vehicle entry in parking lot management software, or vehicle entry time and an entry channel name are pushed to a server, it indicates that a vehicle is located in an entry channel of the parking lot, at this time, the cloud server can judge whether the vehicle state is abnormal according to license plate information, if the vehicle state is normal, an entry permission instruction is generated, and if the vehicle state is abnormal, entry prohibition information is generated. For example, if the vehicle corresponding to the license plate number has an unpaid record or is a blacklisted vehicle in a parking lot, the entry constraint condition is not satisfied, an instruction for forbidding passage may be fed back to a mobile phone of a parking lot manager, and the instruction for forbidding passage may be to display a red mark and display a reason for refusing entry. According to one embodiment of the invention, when the vehicle corresponding to the license plate number has the record of unpaid fee, the parking lot management personnel can be prompted to conduct parking guidance payment on the vehicle, and the vehicle is allowed to enter the parking lot after payment is completed. If the vehicle corresponding to the license plate number has no bad payment record or is a signing user, the command of allowing the vehicle to pass can be fed back to the mobile phone of the parking lot manager, and the command of allowing the vehicle to pass can be a green mark, so that the parking lot manager manually opens the entrance barrier to enable the vehicle to enter the field. If the cloud server cannot identify the license plate number according to the vehicle image uploaded by the mobile phone of the parking lot manager, the parking lot manager can be prompted to shoot again or directly input the license plate number.
If the mobile phone of the parking lot manager clicks the vehicle departure in the parking lot management software, or the vehicle departure time and the name of the exit channel are pushed to the server, the vehicle is positioned in the exit channel of the parking lot, all parking data in the server database are searched according to the license plate information, and if the parking data matched with the license plate information is not found, a first charging two-dimensional code or a free abnormal release instruction is generated according to the lowest charging limit. At the moment, the fact that the license plate information cannot be matched with the parking data is that the license plate number cannot be correctly recognized due to the problem of vehicle image quality, and the cloud server can prompt a manager to acquire the vehicle image again. If the parking data matched with the license plate information is found, generating a second charging two-dimensional code according to the parking charging rule, for example, carrying out charge calculation according to the parking duration, the parking user level, the preferential rule and the like, and generating the second charging two-dimensional code according to the charging information and feeding the second charging two-dimensional code back to the mobile phone of the parking lot manager. The mobile phone of the parking lot manager receives the first charging two-dimensional code or the second charging two-dimensional code and prompts the vehicle owner terminal to scan the first charging two-dimensional code or the second charging two-dimensional code to complete payment, the cloud server sends an instruction allowing passage to the mobile phone of the parking lot manager after receiving payment information of the vehicle owner, and the parking lot manager opens the exit gate to enable the vehicle to finish leaving.
If the vehicle does not have a license plate, step S130 is executed, a mobile phone of a parking lot manager is used for providing a two-dimensional code, a vehicle owner uniqueness identifier ID, vehicle entrance time or vehicle exit time, a parking lot name and a channel name which are obtained by scanning the two-dimensional code by a vehicle owner terminal are uploaded to a cloud server, and the cloud server generates vehicle order information based on the vehicle owner uniqueness identifier ID, the vehicle entrance time or the vehicle exit time, the parking lot name and the channel name which correspond to the unlicensed vehicle.
For a vehicle without a license plate, in order to obtain unique identification information corresponding to the vehicle, a user unique identification ID can be obtained by enabling a mobile terminal such as a vehicle owner mobile phone to scan a two-dimensional code. After the vehicle owner scans the two-dimensional code by using the application programs such as the WeChat or the Paibao in the mobile phone, the cloud server can acquire the unique identification ID of the vehicle owner, such as a mobile phone number, a Paibao account, a WeChat ID, an identity card number and the like, and vehicle order information is generated by combining the name of a parking lot, the name of a passage, the time of entering and leaving the parking lot and the like.
When a unlicensed vehicle enters the parking lot, the cloud server can directly feed back a release instruction to a mobile phone of a parking lot manager after acquiring the unique identification ID of the vehicle owner. When the unlicensed vehicle leaves, the cloud server can retrieve parking data corresponding to all the vehicle owner unique Identifiers (IDs) stored in the server database according to the vehicle owner unique Identifiers (IDs), if the parking data matched with the vehicle owner unique Identifiers (IDs) exist, a third charging two-dimensional code is generated according to a parking charging rule, and if the parking data matched with the vehicle owner unique Identifiers (IDs) do not exist, a fourth charging two-dimensional code or a free abnormal release instruction is generated according to the lowest charging limit. The mobile phone of the parking lot manager receives the third charge two-dimensional code or the fourth charge two-dimensional code and prompts the vehicle owner terminal to scan the third charge two-dimensional code or the fourth charge two-dimensional code to complete payment, and the cloud server receives payment completion information of the vehicle owner and then sends a pass permission instruction to the mobile phone of the parking lot manager.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a method for managing an emergency of a vehicle entering a parking lot according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, when a vehicle enters a parking lot, it is first determined whether the vehicle has a license plate, and if the vehicle has a license plate, a parking lot manager may use a mobile phone to photograph the vehicle head and upload a vehicle image including license plate information to a cloud server; if the vehicle has no license plate, the parking lot management personnel can directly click 'license plate-free vehicle entering' on the parking lot management software client, the client can directly generate the two-dimensional code, and a vehicle entering order can be generated after a vehicle owner scans the code and is directly released. For the vehicle with the license plate, the cloud server analyzes the received vehicle image, judges whether the vehicle is permitted to enter according to the analyzed information such as the license plate information, the vehicle payment record, the vehicle parking record and the like, generates a vehicle entrance order according to the license plate information, the vehicle entrance time, the parking lot name, the channel name and the like if the vehicle with the license plate is permitted to enter, and generates a no-pass instruction if the vehicle is not permitted to enter.
