Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cultivation of horticultural crops, and particularly relates to a growth substrate for horticultural crops, which can prevent and treat rhizomatous tumors of plants.
Background
The rhizomatosis is a flower disease caused by bacteria and nematodes, the nematodes parasitize the root of a plant, the nematode is eaten by a mouth kiss needle and pierces cells, so that a plurality of nodose nodules grow on the root of the plant, the surface of the rhizomatosis is smooth at first, the root grows to be rough later, the root, the stem and the nodose are rotten when the rhizomatosis is serious, the disease mainly occurs at the root neck, the stem, the lateral root and the grafting position, the disease is early, the diseased part forms a gray-white nodose, the surface is rough, the internal tissue is soft and white, after the disease is enlarged, the epidermis is died and becomes brown to dark brown, the internal tissue is hard, lignification is realized, and the size is different;
rootstock tumor is a common disease in the process of cultivating some horticultural crops, and the main disease cause is that when plants are damaged by grafting and insect mouths, grafting wounds or wounds caused by plant diseases and insect pests are infected by pathogenic bacteria due to improper operation and management, after the horticultural crops are infected with the rootstock tumor disease, the number of root systems is rapidly reduced, the absorption function is deteriorated, the upward transportation of nutrient components is hindered, leaves are yellow and soft, the plants are withered and weak, the growth vigor of China rose is seriously weakened, the flowering of the horticultural crops is not facilitated, the rootstock tumor disease has strong infectivity, and once the crops are infected, the prevention and the control are very difficult, so the rootstock tumor disease can be only prevented and controlled from the quality of planting soil and a planting matrix when the horticultural crops are initially planted; compared with the substrate, the substrate can artificially customize nutrient substances of cultivated crops and control component substances of various diseases.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention prepares a horticultural crop growth substrate capable of preventing and treating plant rhizoma, which is characterized by mainly comprising the following components: wood fiber, crushed leaf material, bagasse, sugarcane peel, bone meal and nitropyrrolidin; the weight ratio is as follows: 10-15% of wood fiber, 10-15% of crushed leaf, 31-60% of bagasse, 10-15% of sugarcane peel, 10-15% of bone meal and 1-5% of nitropyrrolidin;
the bagasse is fermented bagasse;
further, the feed comprises 8% of wood fiber, 8% of crushed leaf material, 55% of bagasse, 13% of sugarcane peel, 13% of bone meal and 3% of nitropyrrolidin by weight;
further, the feed comprises 12% of wood fiber, 12% of crushed leaf material, 50% of bagasse, 12% of sugarcane peel, 10% of bone meal and 4% of nitropyrrolidin by weight;
further, the wood fiber is made of one or more of pine, willow and fir;
further, the crushed leaf is made of one or more of eucalyptus, ginkgo, elm, peach and cypress;
further, the bone powder is prepared from one or more of ox bone, pig bone and chicken bone;
further, the bagasse fermentation step comprises:
(1) squeezing fresh sugarcane to dry the juice, and taking the sugarcane bagasse for later use;
(2) crushing bagasse into particles with specified particle size by a crusher;
(3) removing impurities from bagasse particles, sieving the bagasse particles, and screening bagasse with excessively large or excessively small particle size;
(4) adding a decomposing agent into the sieved bagasse and uniformly stirring;
(5) stacking the sugarcane residues in a clean and dry place for stack retting fermentation;
(6) after fermenting for half a month, air-drying to obtain fermented bagasse;
the invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the horticultural crop growth substrate capable of preventing and treating rhizoma of plants, which comprises the following steps:
(1) raw material detection: sorting and primary screening the raw materials; (2) desalting; (3) desugarizing; (4) deodorizing; (5) sterilizing; (6) screening; (7) carbonizing and forming holes; (8) controlling the water content ratio; (9) mixing; (10) detecting again; (11) and (7) briquetting.
The bagasse is residue obtained after pressing sugarcane, accounts for about 24% -27% of the sugarcane (wherein the water content is about 50%), contains rich cellulose, and also contains phosphorus and potassium which are necessary nutrient elements for plant growth, and can promote the thick and strong rhizome and luxuriant leaves of plants;
the bone powder is prepared by grinding one or more of cattle bone, pig bone and chicken bone into powdery fertilizer; the bone powder mainly comprises tricalcium phosphate, bone glue and fat, wherein before the bone powder for matrix is prepared, livestock bone needs to be boiled in water, quicklime and plant ash are added into the boiled water, fat and glue are removed by filtering in the boiling process, most of grease and bone glue are removed by high temperature, high pressure and steam, and finally the mixture is ground into powder; the bone meal contains rich mineral substances, the most important is hydroxyapatite crystal [ Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2] and amorphous calcium hydrophosphate (CaHPO4), and Ca2+, Mg2+, Na +, Cl-, HCO-, F-, citrate and other ions are adsorbed on the surface of the hydroxyapatite crystal, so that nutrients can be provided for the growth of crops;
the pyrrolnitrin is a broad-spectrum antifungal antibiotic which is firstly separated from pseudomonas pyrrocinia, is obtained by Arima through using a screening culture medium containing high-concentration inorganic phosphate, is refined into powder and is added into a matrix, wherein the fludioxonil serving as a component can inhibit and kill germs causing rhizoma;
the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the horticultural crop growth substrate capable of preventing and treating plant rhizomatosis provided by the invention fully utilizes secondary used materials such as wood fiber, crushed leaf, bagasse, sugarcane peel and bone meal, and is low in cost; the bone meal contains multiple minerals for providing nutrient mineral components for growth of Chinese rose, and can inhibit and kill bacteria causing Chinese rose rhizome tumor by combining with nitropyrrolidin, and can effectively prevent and treat Chinese rose rhizome tumor.
