现有的面料在使用时,容易接触到明火,导致面料易燃,进而影响使用,存在安全隐患,因此本发明提供了一种高强阻燃弹性面料。

本发明的目的是为了解决现有的面料在使用时,容易接触到明火,导致面料易燃,进而影响使用,存在安全隐患的问题,而提出的一种高强阻燃弹性面料及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种高强阻燃弹性面料,主要包括以下原料:红磷阻燃母料;其中,所述红磷阻燃母粒主要包括红磷、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝;环氧树脂阻燃剂;其中,所述环氧树脂阻燃剂包括环氧树脂、阻燃性固化剂、活性阻燃稀释剂;聚氨酯;植物纤维;粘胶纤维;中空涤纶纤维;抗菌剂。
优选的,各原料组分比为:红磷阻燃母料10-15份;环氧树脂阻燃剂12-18份;聚氨酯5-10份;植物纤维15-25份;粘胶纤维15-25份;中空涤纶纤维10-15份;抗菌剂2-10份。
优选的,所述红磷阻燃母粒中各原料组分比为:红磷70-100份、氢氧化镁5-10份、氢氧化铝5-10份。

S1、制备所述红磷阻燃母粒、备用;
S2、制备所述环氧树脂阻燃剂、备用;
S3、将所述红磷阻燃母粒、环氧树脂阻燃剂、聚氨酯加热至熔融状态呈混合物料,并将植物纤维、胶黏纤维、中空涤纶纤维均添加至混合物料中,使得混合物料能够对植物纤维、胶黏纤维、中空涤纶纤维的表面进行包覆,后冷却;将包覆红磷阻燃母粒、环氧树脂阻燃剂的植物纤维、胶黏纤维、中空涤纶纤维,在温度为20℃-26℃,湿度为61%-65%的条件下,经过梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、加捻五道工艺制成纱线;将制成的纱线进行织造,并在经向和纬向每间隔0.4cm处各增加三根纱线,形成加强格形状,得到基础面料;将织造完成的基础面料在温度为95℃-100℃的具有清洗剂的水中清洗8-10遍,然后在40℃-60℃的水中清洗3-4遍,最后经过烘干、拉幅、定型得到面料。

F、将所述糊状混合物加入到螺杆挤出机,输送、挤出,并在所述螺杆挤出机出料口连接热切风冷造粒机对挤出物料热切、甩出、风冷、造粒,制成红磷阻燃母粒。

实施例1:
一种高强阻燃弹性面料,主要包括以下原料:

一种高强阻燃弹性面料制备方法,主要包括以下步骤:
先制备所述红磷阻燃母粒、备用:
将POE、EVA、偶联剂称重加入混料机预混处理;
将所述混料机混合完成的混合物加入螺杆挤出机混合、加热、挤出,制成载体剂;
红磷原料加入球磨机,球磨机转动加工研磨红磷,加入水淹没红磷,红磷颗粒大小研磨细度为500目之间,球磨机过滤排出红磷和水到收集装置,在收集装置加入乳化剂,搅拌混合,过滤出红磷颗粒风干;
将红磷70份、氢氧化镁5份、氢氧化铝5份、硅酮分、载体剂、滑石粉和苯酚树脂加入混料机混合均匀;
混合均匀后的混合物加入到螺杆挤出机,塑化、输送、混炼、捏合、剪切、再混炼、反旋、再剪切、再输送、挤出为糊状混合物;
将所述糊状混合物加入到螺杆挤出机,输送、挤出,并在所述螺杆挤出机出料口连接热切风冷造粒机对挤出物料热切、甩出、风冷、造粒,制成红磷阻燃母粒;
再制备所述环氧树脂阻燃剂、备用:
将环氧树脂加热至熔融状态,并将熔融状态的环氧树脂加入三维混合机中,同时加入阻燃性固化剂、活性阻燃稀释剂进行混合,充分混合后加入到螺杆挤出机,塑化、输送、混炼、捏合、剪切、再混炼、反旋、再剪切、再输送、挤出为糊状混合物,再将所述糊状混合物加入到螺杆挤出机,输送、挤出,并在所述螺杆挤出机出料口连接热切风冷造粒机对挤出物料热切、甩出、风冷、造粒,制成环氧树脂阻燃剂母粒;
然后将所述红磷阻燃母粒、环氧树脂阻燃剂、聚氨酯加热至熔融状态呈混合物料,并将植物纤维、胶黏纤维、中空涤纶纤维均添加至混合物料中,使得混合物料能够对植物纤维、胶黏纤维、中空涤纶纤维的表面进行包覆,后冷却;将包覆红磷阻燃母粒、环氧树脂阻燃剂的植物纤维、胶黏纤维、中空涤纶纤维,在温度为20℃-26℃,湿度为61%-65%的条件下,经过梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、加捻五道工艺制成纱线;将制成的纱线进行织造,并在经向和纬向每间隔0.4cm处各增加三根纱线,形成加强格形状,得到基础面料;将织造完成的基础面料在温度为95℃-100℃的具有清洗剂的水中清洗8-10遍,然后在40℃-60℃的水中清洗3-4遍,最后经过烘干、拉幅、定型得到面料。
最后将制得的面料浸渍在抗菌剂中进行杀菌。
实施例2:

红磷原料加入球磨机,球磨机转动加工研磨红磷,加入水淹没红磷,红磷颗粒大小研磨细度为600目之间,球磨机过滤排出红磷和水到收集装置,在收集装置加入乳化剂,搅拌混合,过滤出红磷颗粒风干;
将红磷85份、氢氧化镁7.5份、氢氧化铝7.5份、硅酮分、载体剂、滑石粉和苯酚树脂加入混料机混合均匀;
混合均匀后的混合物加入到螺杆挤出机,塑化、输送、混炼、捏合、剪切、再混炼、反旋、再剪切、再输送、挤出为糊状混合物;
将所述糊状混合物加入到螺杆挤出机,输送、挤出,并在所述螺杆挤出机出料口连接热切风冷造粒机对挤出物料热切、甩出、风冷、造粒,制成红磷阻燃母粒;
再制备所述环氧树脂阻燃剂、备用:
将环氧树脂加热至熔融状态,并将熔融状态的环氧树脂加入三维混合机中,同时加入阻燃性固化剂、活性阻燃稀释剂进行混合,充分混合后加入到螺杆挤出机,塑化、输送、混炼、捏合、剪切、再混炼、反旋、再剪切、再输送、挤出为糊状混合物,再将所述糊状混合物加入到螺杆挤出机,输送、挤出,并在所述螺杆挤出机出料口连接热切风冷造粒机对挤出物料热切、甩出、风冷、造粒,制成环氧树脂阻燃剂母粒;
然后将所述红磷阻燃母粒、环氧树脂阻燃剂、聚氨酯加热至熔融状态呈混合物料,并将植物纤维、胶黏纤维、中空涤纶纤维均添加至混合物料中,使得混合物料能够对植物纤维、胶黏纤维、中空涤纶纤维的表面进行包覆,后冷却;将包覆红磷阻燃母粒、环氧树脂阻燃剂的植物纤维、胶黏纤维、中空涤纶纤维,在温度为20℃-26℃,湿度为61%-65%的条件下,经过梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、加捻五道工艺制成纱线;将制成的纱线进行织造,并在经向和纬向每间隔0.4cm处各增加三根纱线,形成加强格形状,得到基础面料;将织造完成的基础面料在温度为95℃-100℃的具有清洗剂的水中清洗8-10遍,然后在40℃-60℃的水中清洗3-4遍,最后经过烘干、拉幅、定型得到面料。

然后将所述红磷阻燃母粒、环氧树脂阻燃剂、聚氨酯加热至熔融状态呈混合物料,并将植物纤维、胶黏纤维、中空涤纶纤维均添加至混合物料中,使得混合物料能够对植物纤维、胶黏纤维、中空涤纶纤维的表面进行包覆,后冷却;将包覆红磷阻燃母粒、环氧树脂阻燃剂的植物纤维、胶黏纤维、中空涤纶纤维,在温度为20℃-26℃,湿度为61%-65%的条件下,经过梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、加捻五道工艺制成纱线;将制成的纱线进行织造,并在经向和纬向每间隔0.4cm处各增加三根纱线,形成加强格形状,得到基础面料;将织造完成的基础面料在温度为95℃-100℃的具有清洗剂的水中清洗8-10遍,然后在40℃-60℃的水中清洗3-4遍,最后经过烘干、拉幅、定型得到面料。

本发明通过加入了红磷阻燃母粒,能够提高面料的阻燃效果,配合环氧树脂,含磷阻燃环氧树脂固化物具有较高的玻璃化转变温度,良好的热稳定性和阻燃性,同时氢氧化镁受热时产生的水分在疏水性良好的聚氨酯的作用下,能够面料的表面形成水膜,进一步提高阻燃效果。

聚氨酯;
植物纤维;
粘胶纤维;
中空涤纶纤维;
抗菌剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强阻燃弹性面料,其特征在于,各原料组分比为:
红磷阻燃母料10-15份;
环氧树脂阻燃剂12-18份;
聚氨酯5-10份;
植物纤维15-25份;
粘胶纤维15-25份;
中空涤纶纤维10-15份;
抗菌剂2-10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高强阻燃弹性面料,其特征在于,所述红磷阻燃母粒中各原料组分比为:红磷70-100份、氢氧化镁5-10份、氢氧化铝5-10份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高强阻燃弹性面料,其特征在于,所述红磷阻燃母粒还包括硅酮粉、POE、EVA、偶联剂、滑石粉、苯酚树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高强阻燃弹性面料,其特征在于,所述环氧树脂阻燃剂各组分原料比为环氧树脂150-200份、阻燃性固化剂20-25份、活性阻燃稀释剂10-17份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高强阻燃弹性面料,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂包括二氧化钛纳米粒子、氧化镁纳米粒子、纳米银、沸石、邻羟基苯甲酸酯。
7.一种高强阻燃弹性面料制备方法,包括权利要求1-6任一项所述的高强阻燃弹性面秒,其特征在于,主要包括以下步骤:
S1、制备所述红磷阻燃母粒、备用;
S2、制备所述环氧树脂阻燃剂、备用;
S3、将所述红磷阻燃母粒、环氧树脂阻燃剂、聚氨酯加热至熔融状态呈混合物料,并将植物纤维、胶黏纤维、中空涤纶纤维均添加至混合物料中,使得混合物料能够对植物纤维、胶黏纤维、中空涤纶纤维的表面进行包覆,后冷却;
将包覆红磷阻燃母粒、环氧树脂阻燃剂的植物纤维、胶黏纤维、中空涤纶纤维,在温度为20℃-26℃,湿度为61%-65%的条件下,经过梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、加捻五道工艺制成纱线;
将制成的纱线进行织造,并在经向和纬向每间隔0.4cm处各增加三根纱线,形成加强格形状,得到基础面料;
将织造完成的基础面料在温度为95℃-100℃的具有清洗剂的水中清洗8-10遍,然后在40℃-60℃的水中清洗3-4遍,最后经过烘干、拉幅、定型得到面料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的高强阻燃弹性面料制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中制备所述红磷阻燃母粒主要包括以下步骤:
A、将POE、EVA、偶联剂称重加入混料机预混处理;
B、将所述混料机混合完成的混合物加入螺杆挤出机混合、加热、挤出,制成载体剂;
C、红磷原料加入球磨机,球磨机转动加工研磨红磷,加入水淹没红磷,红磷颗粒大小研磨细度为200目到1000目之间,球磨机过滤排出红磷和水到收集装置,在收集装置加入乳化剂,搅拌混合,过滤出红磷颗粒风干;
D、将红磷70-100份、氢氧化镁5-10份、氢氧化铝5-10份、硅酮分、载体剂、滑石粉和苯酚树脂加入混料机混合均匀;
E、混合均匀后的混合物加入到螺杆挤出机,塑化、输送、混炼、捏合、剪切、再混炼、反旋、再剪切、再输送、挤出为糊状混合物;
F、将所述糊状混合物加入到螺杆挤出机,输送、挤出,并在所述螺杆挤出机出料口连接热切风冷造粒机对挤出物料热切、甩出、风冷、造粒,制成红磷阻燃母粒。
9.根据权利要求7所述的高强阻燃弹性面料制备方法,其特征在于,制备所述环氧树脂阻燃剂主要包括以下步骤:将环氧树脂加热至熔融状态,并将熔融状态的环氧树脂加入三维混合机中,同时加入阻燃性固化剂、活性阻燃稀释剂进行混合,充分混合后加入到螺杆挤出机,塑化、输送、混炼、捏合、剪切、再混炼、反旋、再剪切、再输送、挤出为糊状混合物,再将所述糊状混合物加入到螺杆挤出机,输送、挤出,并在所述螺杆挤出机出料口连接热切风冷造粒机对挤出物料热切、甩出、风冷、造粒,制成环氧树脂阻燃剂母粒。
10.根据权利要求7所述的高强阻燃弹性面料制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤S3后,将制得的面料浸渍在抗菌剂中进行杀菌。
