3) preparation of water-based priming emulsion: adding the rest of 11.2 parts of water, 8 parts of isopropanol, 35 parts of aqueous styrene acrylic emulsion, 1 part of dipropylene glycol methyl ether and 2 parts of OT-75 base material wetting agent, stirring at the speed of 1000 revolutions per minute for 25 minutes, and slowly adding 0.2 part of BYK019 defoaming agent until no shrinkage cavity exists;
4) uniformly mixing the residual aqueous acrylic acid solution in the step 1), the anti-scratching auxiliary agent slurry prepared in the step 2) and the water-based base coat emulsion prepared in the step 3), adding 18 parts of aqueous polyurethane dispersion and the residual 0.1 part of pH regulator, and stirring for 8 minutes at the rotating speed of 750 revolutions per minute; and filtering and packaging with 300-mesh gauze to obtain the high-adhesion water-based primer for the cat eye laser paper.
Example 3
The high-adhesion water-based primer for the cat eye laser paper comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 31.6 parts of water-based styrene acrylic emulsion, 18 parts of water-based polyurethane dispersoid, 5 parts of water-based acrylic solid resin, 1.5 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether, 1.5 parts of OT-75 base material wetting agent, 0.25 part of BYK019 polyether modified organic silicon solution defoaming agent, 0.8 part of 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, 4.5 parts of wax slurry, 24 parts of water and 15.9 parts of ethanol.
The preparation method comprises the following specific steps:
1) preparation of aqueous acrylic acid solution: weighing 5 parts of aqueous acrylic acid solid resin according to parts by weight, mixing with 4 parts of ethanol, 0.7 part of 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol and 7.15 parts of water, dispersing at high speed until solid particles are completely dissolved, and filtering by using a 200-mesh gauze to prepare 16.75 parts of aqueous acrylic acid solution;
2) preparing anti-scratching additive slurry: taking 3.6 parts of the aqueous acrylic acid solution prepared in the step 1), adding 4.5 parts of wax slurry, 0.45 part of ethanol and 0.45 part of water, dispersing to the fineness of less than 5 mu m, and filtering by a 300-mesh sieve to obtain anti-scratching auxiliary agent slurry;
3) preparation of water-based priming emulsion: adding the rest of 16.4 parts of water, 11.45 parts of ethanol, 31.6 parts of water-based acrylic emulsion, 1.5 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether and 1.5 parts of OT-75 base material wetting agent, stirring at the speed of 1000 revolutions per minute for 24 minutes, and slowly adding 0.25 part of BYK019 defoaming agent after stirring till no shrinkage cavity exists;
4) uniformly mixing the residual aqueous acrylic acid solution in the step 1), the anti-scratching auxiliary agent slurry prepared in the step 2) and the water-based base coat emulsion prepared in the step 3), adding 18 parts of aqueous polyurethane dispersion and the residual 0.1 part of 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, and stirring for 8 minutes at the rotating speed of 750 revolutions per minute; and filtering and packaging with 300-mesh gauze to obtain the high-adhesion water-based primer for the cat eye laser paper.
Example 4
The high-adhesion water-based primer for the cat eye laser paper comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25 parts of modified acrylic emulsion, 12 parts of waterborne polyurethane dispersion, 8 parts of waterborne acrylic solid resin, 1.2 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether, 1.8 parts of OT-75 base material wetting agent, 0.3 part of BYK019 polyether modified organic silicon solution defoamer, 0.9 part of triethanolamine, 6 parts of wax slurry, 30 parts of water and 16.5 parts of ethanol.
The preparation method comprises the following specific steps:
1) preparation of aqueous acrylic acid solution: weighing 8 parts by weight of aqueous acrylic acid solid resin, mixing with 6 parts by weight of ethanol, 0.8 part by weight of triethanolamine and 11.3 parts by weight of water, dispersing at high speed until solid particles are completely dissolved, and filtering with a 200-mesh gauze to obtain 28.1 parts by weight of aqueous acrylic acid solution;
2) preparing anti-scratching additive slurry: taking 5 parts of the aqueous acrylic acid solution prepared in the step 1), adding 6 parts of wax slurry, 0.5 part of ethanol and 0.45 part of water, dispersing to the fineness of less than 5 mu m, and filtering by a 300-mesh sieve to obtain anti-scratching auxiliary agent slurry;
3) preparation of water-based priming emulsion: adding the rest of 18.25 parts of water, 10 parts of ethanol, 25 parts of modified acrylic emulsion, 1.2 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether and 1.8 parts of OT-75 base material wetting agent, stirring at the speed of 1000 revolutions per minute for 22 minutes, and slowly adding 0.3 part of BYK019 defoaming agent until no shrinkage cavity exists;
4) uniformly mixing the residual aqueous acrylic acid solution in the step 1), the anti-scratching auxiliary agent slurry prepared in the step 2) and the water-based base coat emulsion prepared in the step 3), adding 12 parts of aqueous polyurethane dispersion and the residual 0.1 part of triethanolamine, and stirring for 8 minutes at the rotating speed of 750 revolutions per minute; and filtering and packaging with 300-mesh gauze to obtain the high-adhesion water-based primer for the cat eye laser paper.
Example 5
The high-adhesion water-based primer for the cat eye laser paper comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 28 parts of water-based styrene acrylic emulsion, 20 parts of water-based polyurethane dispersoid, 4 parts of water-based acrylic solid resin, 1.6 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether, 1.6 parts of OT-75 base material wetting agent, 0.2 part of BYK019 polyether modified organic silicon solution defoaming agent, 0.6 part of monoethanolamine, 3 parts of wax slurry, 24 parts of water and 15.5 parts of n-propanol.
The preparation method comprises the following specific steps:
1) preparation of aqueous acrylic acid solution: weighing 4 parts of aqueous acrylic acid solid resin according to parts by weight, mixing with 7 parts of n-propanol, 0.5 part of monoethanolamine and 6.5 parts of water, dispersing at a high speed until solid particles are completely dissolved, and filtering by using a 200-mesh gauze to prepare 18 parts of aqueous acrylic acid solution;
2) preparing anti-scratching additive slurry: taking 3.2 parts of the aqueous acrylic acid solution prepared in the step 1), adding 3 parts of wax slurry, 0.5 part of n-propanol and 0.4 part of water, dispersing to the fineness of less than 5 mu m, and filtering by a 300-mesh sieve to obtain anti-scratching auxiliary agent slurry;
3) preparation of water-based priming emulsion: adding the rest of 17.1 parts of water, 8 parts of n-propanol, 28 parts of aqueous acrylic emulsion, 1.6 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether and 1.4 parts of OT-75 base material wetting agent, stirring at the speed of 1000 revolutions per minute for 22 minutes, and slowly adding 0.2 part of BYK019 defoaming agent when stirring is started until no shrinkage cavity exists;
4) uniformly mixing the residual aqueous acrylic acid solution in the step 1), the anti-scratching auxiliary agent slurry prepared in the step 2) and the water-based base coating emulsion prepared in the step 3), adding 20 parts of aqueous polyurethane dispersion and the residual 0.1 part of monoethanolamine, and stirring for 8 minutes at the rotating speed of 750 revolutions per minute; and filtering and packaging with 300-mesh gauze to obtain the high-adhesion water-based primer for the cat eye laser paper.
The prepared cat eye laser paper high-adhesion water-based primer is coated on an aluminized transfer paper material, and is blown to be completely dried by a blowing cylinder, and the performances of the five high-adhesion water-based primers are inspected.
The results of the performance tests are shown in Table 1.
The performance detection method comprises the following steps:
viscosity: the method is carried out according to the regulation of chapter 3 in GB/T13217.4-2008;
and (3) fastness to adhesion: testing according to the regulation of chapter 2 in GB/T13217.7-2009;
solid content: testing according to the national standard GB/T1725-2007;
wear resistance: testing according to the specification of 4.8 in GB/T26461-2011;
heat resistance: the test was carried out as specified in 4.7 of GB/T26461-2011.
The reprintability was verified on the press and the flexibility was verified after press molding in the printing plant.

From the content in table 1, it can be seen that the high-adhesion water-based primer for cat eye laser paper has good adhesion, friction resistance and heat resistance which meet the requirements of national recommended standards.

Claims (10)

1. The high-adhesion water-based primer for the cat eye laser paper is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 25-35 parts of water-based acrylic emulsion, 12-24 parts of water-based polyurethane dispersion, 3-8 parts of water-based acrylic solid resin, 1-2 parts of film-forming additive, 1-2 parts of wetting agent, 0.2-0.3 part of defoaming agent, 0.5-1 part of pH value regulator, 3-8 parts of anti-scratching wax slurry, 20-30 parts of water and 12-18 parts of cosolvent.
2. The high-adhesion water-based primer for cat eye laser paper according to claim 1, wherein the water-based acrylic emulsion is water-based styrene acrylic emulsion or modified acrylic emulsion; the glass transition temperature of the water-based acrylic solid resin is 50-90 ℃.
3. The high-adhesion water-based primer for cat eye laser paper according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the pH regulator is 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, monoethanolamine or triethanolamine, and the anti-scratch wax slurry is D-816 anti-scratch wax slurry.
4. The high-adhesion water-based primer for cat eye laser paper according to claim 3, wherein the film-forming assistant is propylene glycol methyl ether or dipropylene glycol methyl ether; the wetting agent is an anionic surfactant.
5. The high-adhesion water-based primer for the cat eye laser paper according to claim 1 or 4, wherein the defoaming agent is BYK019 polyether modified organic silicon solution; the cosolvent is ethanol, isopropanol or n-propanol.
6. The preparation method of the high-adhesion water-based primer for the cat eye laser paper, as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) preparation of aqueous acrylic acid solution: mixing the aqueous acrylic acid solid resin with part of cosolvent, pH regulator and water, and filtering to obtain an aqueous acrylic acid solution;
2) preparing anti-scratching additive slurry: mixing the anti-scratching wax slurry with part of aqueous acrylic acid solution, part of cosolvent and part of water, and filtering to obtain anti-scratching auxiliary agent slurry;
3) preparation of water-based priming emulsion: mixing the water-based acrylic emulsion, the film-forming assistant, the wetting agent and the defoaming agent with the rest of water and the rest of cosolvent, and stirring until no shrinkage cavity exists;
4) and mixing the rest aqueous acrylic acid solution with the anti-scratching auxiliary agent slurry and the aqueous base coat emulsion, adding the aqueous polyurethane dispersion and the rest pH regulator, stirring, and filtering to obtain the high-adhesion aqueous base coat for the cat eye laser paper.
7. The preparation method of the high-adhesion water-based primer for the cat eye laser paper, according to claim 6, is characterized in that the pH regulator added in the step 1) accounts for 80-89% of the total amount of the pH regulator.
8. The preparation method of the high-adhesion water-based primer for the cat eye laser paper according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the ratio of the cosolvents added in the steps 1), 2) and 3) is 3.6-7.5: 0.4-0.5: 8-11.45 in sequence.
9. The preparation method of the high-adhesion water-based primer for the cat eye laser paper, according to claim 8, is characterized in that the amount of the added water-based acrylic acid solution in the step 2) is 17-28% of the total amount of the water-based acrylic acid solution prepared in the step 1).
10. The preparation method of the high-adhesion water-based primer for the cat eye laser paper according to claim 6 or 9, wherein the ratio of the water added in the steps 1), 2) and 3) is 6.5-11.3: 0.3-0.45: 11.2-18.25 in sequence.
