Abstract

本发明涉及一种切片设备,尤其涉及一种吐司面包切片设备。本发明提供一种能够自动对吐司面包进行切片、能够自动移动吐司面包、能够降低劳动量的吐司面包切片设备。一种吐司面包切片设备,包括:底板,其上一侧连接有支撑架,支撑架上连接有支撑板;切割机构,底板上安装有切割机构,切割机构上安装有推料机构。本发明通过推料机构能够推动吐司面包进行移动,通过切割机构能够对吐司面包进行切片,通过上下移动机构能够驱动下料机构进行工作,通过下料机构能够间歇性进行下料,能够使吐司面包落在支撑板上;从而达到了能够自动对吐司面包进行切片、能够自动移动吐司面包、能够降低劳动量的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种切片设备,尤其涉及一种吐司面包切片设备。
背景技术
刚生产出来的吐司面包长度较长,为了便于顾客食用,商家会对长度较长的吐司面包进行切片,将吐司面包切割成小片,目前一般是人工手动对吐司面包进行切片,人工手动进行切片时,手持切刀,然后手动上下往复移动切刀,并使吐司面包慢慢移动进行切片,此方式,需要人工移动吐司面包,需要人工手动使切刀上下往复移动,从而在进行切片的过程中,易将手切伤,且此切片方式劳动量大。
因此需要研发一种能够自动对吐司面包进行切片、能够自动移动吐司面包、能够降低劳动量的吐司面包切片设备。
发明内容
(1)要解决的技术问题
本发明为了克服需要人工手持切刀和人工手动移动吐司面包进行切片的缺点,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够自动对吐司面包进行切片、能够自动移动吐司面包、能够降低劳动量的吐司面包切片设备。
(2)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了这样一种吐司面包切片设备,包括:底板,其上一侧连接有支撑架,支撑架上连接有支撑板;切割机构,底板上安装有切割机构,切割机构上安装有推料机构。
优选地,切割机构包括:安装板,底板上另一侧连接有两个安装板,安装板之间连接有固定盘,固定盘上部开有开口,固定盘上转动式连接有转杆,转杆端部连接有切割刀,切割刀与固定盘滑动式连接;支架,底板上靠近支撑架的一侧连接有支架,支架上安装有伺服电机;固定板,底板上另外一侧连接有固定板,固定板上转动式连接有转轴,转轴与伺服电机的输出轴之间连接有锥齿轮组;皮带传动组,转轴与转杆之间连接有皮带传动组。
优选地,推料机构包括:滑轨,固定盘一侧连接有滑轨,滑轨上滑动式连接有滑块,滑块上连接有推杆,推杆端部连接有推块;螺杆,固定板上靠近转轴的一侧转动式连接有螺杆,螺杆上通过螺纹连接的方式连接有螺母,螺母与滑块固定连接;传动齿轮,螺杆端部连接有传动齿轮;缺齿轮,转轴上连接有缺齿轮,缺齿轮与传动齿轮啮合。
优选地,还包括下料机构,下料机构包括:下料筒,固定盘上靠近滑轨的一侧连接有下料筒,下料筒上连接有连接板,连接板上连接有导套,导套内滑动式连接有活动杆,活动杆与导套之间连接有弹性件;挡板,活动杆一端连接有挡板,挡板与下料筒配合;握把,活动杆另一端连接有握把。
优选地,还包括上下移动机构,上下移动机构包括:导杆,底板上远离固定板的一侧连接有导杆,导杆下部连接有挡块;滑套,导杆上滑动式连接有滑套,滑套与挡块之间连接有拉伸弹簧;楔形杆,滑套上连接有楔形杆,楔形杆与握把配合,楔形杆端部连接有接触球;连接杆,推杆一侧连接有连接杆,连接杆上连接有楔形块,楔形块与接触球接触配合。
优选地,支撑板的形状为U字型。

本发明的有益效果是:1、通过推料机构能够推动吐司面包进行移动,通过切割机构能够对吐司面包进行切片,从而达到了能够自动对吐司面包进行切片、能够自动移动吐司面包、能够降低劳动量的效果。
2、通过上下移动机构能够驱动下料机构进行工作,通过下料机构能够间歇性进行下料,能够使吐司面包落在支撑板上。

实施例1
一种吐司面包切片设备,如图1-3所示,包括有底板1、支撑架2、支撑板3、切割机构4和推料机构5,底板1顶部后侧连接有支撑架2,支撑架2顶部连接有支撑板3,底板1顶部安装有切割机构4,切割机构4上安装有推料机构5。
切割机构4包括有安装板41、固定盘42、切割刀43、支架44、伺服电机45、固定板46、转轴47、锥齿轮组48、皮带传动组49和转杆410,底板1顶部后侧连接有两个安装板41,两个安装板41的内侧面之间连接有固定盘42,固定盘42上部开有开口,固定盘42中部转动式连接有转杆410,转杆410后端连接有切割刀43,切割刀43与固定盘42滑动式连接,底板1顶部中间连接有支架44,支架44的顶部安装有伺服电机45,底板1顶部右前侧连接有固定板46,固定板46上部转动式连接有转轴47,转轴47与伺服电机45的输出轴之间连接有锥齿轮组48,转轴47与转杆410之间连接有皮带传动组49。
推料机构5包括有滑轨51、滑块52、推杆53、推块54、螺母55、螺杆56、传动齿轮57和缺齿轮58,固定盘42前侧面的右侧连接有滑轨51,滑轨51上滑动式连接有滑块52,滑块52左侧面连接有推杆53,推杆53后端连接有推块54,固定板46上部转动式连接有螺杆56,螺杆56位于转轴47的上侧,螺杆56上通过螺纹连接的方式连接有螺母55,螺母55与滑块52固定连接,螺杆56后端连接有传动齿轮57,转轴47上连接有缺齿轮58,缺齿轮58与传动齿轮57啮合。
当要对吐司面包进行切片时,可使用本设备,首先将吐司面包放置在支撑板3上,接着启动伺服电机45使锥齿轮组48转动,锥齿轮组48转动带动转轴47转动,转轴47转动带动缺齿轮58转动,缺齿轮58转动通过传动齿轮57能够使螺杆56转动,螺杆56转动能够使螺母55向后移动,螺母55向后移动带动滑块52向后移动,滑块52向后移动通过推杆53能够使推块54向后移动,推块54向后移动推动支撑板3上的吐司面包向后移动,当缺齿轮58转动至与传动齿轮57脱离时,螺杆56随之停止转动,从而推块54随之停止向后移动;转轴47转动通过皮带传动组49能够使转杆410转动,转杆410转动带动切割刀43转动,切割刀43转动能够对吐司面包进行切片,可在底板1的后侧放置一个收集框,切好的吐司面包随之落入收集框内,周而复始,能够使吐司面包间歇性向后移动,能够重复对吐司面包进行切片。当一个吐司面包切片完成后,控制伺服电机45使锥齿轮组48反向转动,如此能够使推块54向前移动复位,此时可重新放置另一个吐司面包,当推块54向前移动复位后,控制伺服电机45使锥齿轮组48转动,如此能够再次进行切片工作,当切片工作完成后,关闭伺服电机45即可。如此本设备通过推料机构5能够推动吐司面包进行移动,通过切割机构4能够对吐司面包进行切片,从而达到了能够自动对吐司面包进行切片、能够自动移动吐司面包、能够降低劳动量的效果。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础之上,如图1所示,还包括有下料机构6,下料机构6包括有下料筒61、连接板62、导套63、活动杆64、挡板65和握把66,固定盘42前侧面的上部连接有下料筒61,下料筒61左侧面连接有连接板62,连接板62底部连接有导套63,导套63内滑动式连接有活动杆64,活动杆64与导套63之间连接有弹性件,活动杆64右端连接有挡板65,挡板65与下料筒61配合,活动杆64左端连接有握把66。
可将多个吐司面包整齐的放入下料筒61内,接着人工手动向左拉动握把66使活动杆64向左移动,弹性件随之拉伸,活动杆64向左移动带动挡板65向左移动不挡住下料筒61,下料筒61内最下侧的吐司面包随之落在支撑板3上,松开握把66,在弹性件的作用下,能够使活动杆64向右移动复位,挡板65随之向右移动复位重新将下料筒61挡住,如此通过下料机构6能够间歇性进行下料,能够使吐司面包落在支撑板3上。
实施例3
在实施例2的基础之上,如图1和图3所示,还包括有上下移动机构7,上下移动机构7包括有导杆71、挡块72、滑套73、拉伸弹簧74、楔形杆75、接触球76、楔形块77和连接杆78,底板1顶部左侧连接有导杆71,导杆71下部连接有挡块72,导杆71上滑动式连接有滑套73,滑套73与挡块72之间连接有拉伸弹簧74,滑套73右侧面连接有楔形杆75,楔形杆75与握把66配合,楔形杆75顶部连接有接触球76,推杆53左侧连接有连接杆78,连接杆78后端连接有楔形块77,楔形块77与接触球76接触配合。
初始时,楔形块77与接触球76接触,楔形杆75挤压握把66,拉伸弹簧74处于压缩状态,挡板65处于打开状态,弹性件处于拉伸状态,下料筒61内最下侧的吐司面包随之落在支撑板3上,推杆53向后移动通过连接杆78带动楔形块77向后移动,在拉伸弹簧74的作用下,能够使楔形杆75向上移动,在弹性件的作用下,能够使挡板65向右移动,如此能够将下料筒61堵住;当推杆53带动连接杆78向前移动时,楔形块77随之向前移动,楔形块77向前移动挤压接触球76使楔形杆75向下移动,拉伸弹簧74随之压缩,楔形杆75向下移动能够使握把66向左移动,握把66向左移动通过活动杆64带动挡板65向左移动打开,弹性件随之拉伸,如此能够使下料筒61内最下侧的吐司面包再次落在支撑板3上,周而复始,能够反复进行下料,如此通过上下移动机构7能够驱动下料机构6进行工作,从而无需人工手动驱动下料机构6进行工作,从而能够进一步的降低劳动量。
