Abstract
本发明公开了一种胶片金属探测及半幅自动剔除装置,包括机架,所述机架上设置有传输装置,所述传输装置包括位于前段的输送带传输装置和位于后段的辊道传输装置,所述输送带传输装置设置有金属探测装置和计数装置,所述辊道传输装置的两侧分别设置有位置交错的切割装置,所述机架开设有与所述切割装置对应的切口,所述切口处设置有可升降的下落装置。本发明通过在机架的两侧设置切割装置,结合自动检测装置和技术装置,能够实现胶片的金属异物自动检测和自动剔除,结构简单,自动化程度高,安全可靠。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及胶片生产设备技术领域,更具体涉及一种胶片金属探测及半幅自动剔除装置。
背景技术
胶片在生产过程中或多或少夹杂一些金属杂质,影响产品的质量和使用寿命,需要后续剔除掉。但在现有的生产技术中,一般采用打标记的方式,将检测出来的金属异物位置标记后再采用人工的方法查找出来剔除。这种方式人工劳动难度和作业强度较大,无法保证剔除效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种胶片金属探测及半幅自动剔除装置,能够自动检测胶片上的金属杂质并在线剔除,结构简单,减少人工劳动强度。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种胶片金属探测及半幅自动剔除装置,包括机架,所述机架上设置有传输装置,所述传输装置包括位于前段的输送带传输装置和位于后段的辊道传输装置,所述输送带传输装置设置有金属探测装置和计数装置,所述辊道传输装置的两侧分别设置有位置交错的切割装置,所述机架开设有与所述切割装置对应的切口,所述切口处设置有可升降的下落装置。
胶片在传输装置的带动作用下完成输送,传输装置包括前段的输送带传输装置和后段的辊道传输装置,胶片在正常传输状态下,切割装置为上升状态,下落装置为抬起状态将切口填补,胶片在机架上传送运输,进入检测区后,当金属探测装置检测到异物后,经计数装置计算控制后将输送胶片到对应切口位置停止,此时下落装置下落,对应的切割装置下降剔除含异物的胶片后,切割装置上升回到原始位置,下落装置上升到切口位置,胶片继续运行。输送带传输装置前部装有计数装置,对胶片输送进行记长(用于检测出金属后胶片的运行长度计算),设备设置有光电报警装置,当一侧检测到有金属异物时,对应的光电报警信号灯闪烁,输送带运行设定长度后停止,保证胶片停止时金属异物对应到切口位置。切割装置交错设置在机架的两侧,各自控制胶片的半幅切除,减少异物剔除时对胶片的切割,减少浪费。本发明通过设置切割装置能实现胶片在线异物剔除功能,提高后续供应胶片的质量,结构设置简单,自动化程度高,减少人工劳动强度且切割精准度高。
进一步,所述切割装置包括支座和上切刀,所述支座与所述机架固定连接,所述支座上连接有控制所述上切刀升降的刀架驱动装置,所述切口处安装有下切刀,所述上切刀和所述下切刀的边缘处设置有相互配合的刀片。刀架驱动装置控制上切刀下落后,上切刀和下切刀的刀片配合将胶片切割掉。
进一步,所述刀架驱动装置采用液压缸,所述液压缸的两端分别与所述支座和所述上切刀铰接,所述机架旁设置有为所述液压缸提供动力的液压站。通过液压缸的伸缩控制上切刀的上升和降落,承重能力强,安全可靠。
进一步,所述上切刀和所述下切刀均设置为长方形,所述刀片安装在所述上切刀和所述下切刀上除靠近所述机架的一侧之外的三侧。上切刀和下切刀之间的刀片之间留有1mm的间隙,用于上刀片调整间隙之用。上下刀片之间形成剪刀式切除结构,能够精准完整的完成切割,避免裁剪不完整或胶料粘连。
进一步,所述下落装置包括一端与所述机架铰接的摆架,所述摆架的底部连接有摆架驱动装置,所述摆架的上表面设置有若干滚动轮。当摆架升起时将切口填补,便于胶片的输送,当需要切割时,摆架驱动装置带动摆架下落,切割装置在切口处将胶片切割。滚动轮设置多组,方向与输送辊道一致,每个滚动轮通过支架安装在摆架的上表面,便于单独安装及维护更换。
进一步,所述摆架驱动装置采用气缸装置,所述气缸装置的两端分别与所述机架和所述摆架的底部铰接。通过气缸伸缩控制摆架的上升和下降,操作方便,控制精准。
进一步,所述摆架的底部设置有接料盒,被剔除的胶片自动下滑到底部的接料盒内,实现废料的收集。
进一步,还包括控制***,所述控制***实现整个装置的自动连接和控制。设置控制***,精准控制各部件的配合,提高检测及切割的精准性。
综上所述,本发明通过在机架的两侧设置切割装置,结合自动检测装置和技术装置,能够实现胶片的金属异物自动检测和自动剔除,结构简单,自动化程度高,安全可靠。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图3对本发明一种胶片金属探测及半幅自动剔除装置的具体实施方式作进一步的说明。
一种胶片金属探测及半幅自动剔除装置,包括机架1,所述机架1上设置有传输装置,所述传输装置包括位于前段的输送带传输装置和位于后段的辊道传输装置,所述输送带传输装置设置有金属探测装置和计数装置,所述辊道传输装置的两侧分别设置有位置交错的切割装置10,所述机架1开设有与所述切割装置10对应的切口,所述切口处设置有可升降的下落装置。
胶片在传输装置的带动作用下完成输送,传输装置包括前段的输送带传输装置和后段的辊道传输装置,胶片在正常传输状态下,切割装置10为上升状态,下落装置为抬起状态将切口填补,胶片在机架1上传送运输,进入检测区后,当金属探测装置检测到异物后,经计数装置计算控制后将输送胶片到对应切口位置停止,此时下落装置下落,对应的切割装置10下降剔除含异物的胶片后,切割装置10上升回到原始位置,下落装置上升到切口位置,胶片继续运行。输送带传输装置前部装有计数装置,对胶片输送进行记长(用于检测出金属后胶片的运行长度计算),设备设置有光电报警装置,当一侧检测到有金属异物时,对应的光电报警信号灯闪烁,输送带14运行设定长度后停止,保证胶片停止时金属异物对应到切口位置。切割装置10交错设置在机架1的两侧,各自控制胶片的半幅切除,减少异物剔除时对胶片的切割,减少浪费。本发明通过设置切割装置10能实现胶片在线异物剔除功能,提高后续供应胶片的质量,结构设置简单,自动化程度高,减少人工劳动强度且切割精准度高。
输送辊包括传动辊11,传动辊11之间通过链条13连接,由电机带动实现同步转动,还包括中间辊12,中间辊12设置在切口对应的位置,安装在下切刀5与机架1之间,避开切口位置。
本实施例优选的,所述切割装置10包括支座8和上切刀6,所述支座8与所述机架1固定连接,所述支座8上连接有控制所述上切刀6升降的刀架驱动装置7,所述切口处安装有下切刀5,所述上切刀6和所述下切刀5的边缘处设置有相互配合的刀片。刀架驱动装置7控制上切刀6下落后,上切刀6和下切刀5的刀片配合将胶片切割掉。
本实施例优选的,所述刀架驱动装置7采用液压缸,所述液压缸的两端分别与所述支座8和所述上切刀6铰接,所述机架1旁设置有为所述液压缸提供动力的液压站。通过液压缸的伸缩控制上切刀6的上升和降落,承重能力强,安全可靠。
本实施例优选的,所述上切刀6和所述下切刀5均设置为长方形,所述刀片安装在所述上切刀6和所述下切刀5上除靠近所述机架1的一侧之外的三侧。上切刀6和下切刀5之间的刀片之间留有1mm的间隙,用于上刀片调整间隙之用。上下刀片之间形成剪刀式切除结构,能够精准完整的完成切割,避免裁剪不完整或胶料粘连。
本实施例优选的,所述下落装置包括一端与所述机架1铰接的摆架4,所述摆架4的底部连接有摆架4驱动装置2,所述摆架4的上表面设置有若干滚动轮9。当摆架4升起时将切口填补,便于胶片的输送,当需要切割时,摆架4驱动装置2带动摆架4下落,切割装置10在切口处将胶片切割。滚动轮9设置多组,方向与输送辊道一致,每个滚动轮9通过支架安装在摆架4的上表面,便于单独安装及维护更换。摆架4上的滚动轮9在摆架4抬起的状态下与中间辊12齐平,不影响胶片的传输。
本实施例优选的,所述摆架4驱动装置2采用气缸装置,所述气缸装置的两端分别与所述机架1和所述摆架4的底部铰接。通过气缸伸缩控制摆架4的上升和下降,操作方便,控制精准。
本实施例优选的,所述摆架4的底部设置有接料盒3,被剔除的胶片自动下滑到底部的接料盒3内,实现废料的收集。
本实施例优选的,还包括控制***,所述控制***实现整个装置的自动连接和控制。设置控制***,精准控制各部件的配合,提高检测及切割的精准性。

1.一种胶片金属探测及半幅自动剔除装置,其特征在于:包括机架,所述机架上设置有传输装置,所述传输装置包括位于前段的输送带传输装置和位于后段的辊道传输装置,所述输送带传输装置设置有金属探测装置和计数装置,所述辊道传输装置的两侧分别设置有位置交错的切割装置,所述机架开设有与所述切割装置对应的切口,所述切口处设置有可升降的下落装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶片金属探测及半幅自动剔除装置,其特征在于:所述切割装置包括支座和上切刀,所述支座与所述机架固定连接,所述支座上连接有控制所述上切刀升降的刀架驱动装置,所述切口处安装有下切刀,所述上切刀和所述下切刀的边缘处设置有相互配合的刀片。
3.根据权利要求2所述的胶片金属探测及半幅自动剔除装置,其特征在于:所述刀架驱动装置采用液压缸,所述液压缸的两端分别与所述支座和所述上切刀铰接,所述机架旁设置有为所述液压缸提供动力的液压站。
4.根据权利要求2所述的胶片金属探测及半幅自动剔除装置,其特征在于:所述上切刀和所述下切刀均设置为长方形,所述刀片安装在所述上切刀和所述下切刀上除靠近所述机架的一侧之外的三侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的胶片金属探测及半幅自动剔除装置,其特征在于:所述下落装置包括一端与所述机架铰接的摆架,所述摆架的底部连接有摆架驱动装置,所述摆架的上表面设置有若干滚动轮。
6.根据权利要求5所述的胶片金属探测及半幅自动剔除装置,其特征在于:所述摆架驱动装置采用气缸装置,所述气缸装置的两端分别与所述机架和所述摆架的底部铰接。
7.根据权利要求5所述的胶片金属探测及半幅自动剔除装置,其特征在于:所述摆架的底部设置有接料盒。
8.根据权利要求1所述的胶片金属探测及半幅自动剔除装置,其特征在于:还包括控制***,所述控制***实现整个装置的自动连接和控制。
