Specifically, the cooking appliance may be an appliance having a frying cooking function or a preprocessing function, and a stewing cooking function, and in the embodiment of the present invention, an electric pressure cooker is taken as an example for description. In the cooking appliance, the frying cooking function or the preprocessing function is a cooking function of heating food materials according to a specific temperature, the cooking temperature of frying cooking operation can be 100-180 ℃, and the corresponding first cooking time can be 1m-1 h; the cooking temperature of the pre-treatment operation may be 30-100 deg.c and the corresponding first cooking time may be 1m-24 h. The user can set according to frying or preprocessing requirements in the range, and if the user does not set, the cooking appliance can determine the final cooking temperature according to the default temperature or the type of the food material.
The controller can be integrated in a main control chip of the cooking appliance or independently arranged, wherein the main control chip can be a single chip microcomputer, and the main control chip controls the heating device to realize frying, pre-processing or stewing cooking operation.
Because the frying or pre-processing operation does not need to be pressed upwards, and the stewing and cooking operation needs to be pressed, when the frying and frying cooking operation is executed, a user can open the pot cover, and at the moment, the pot cover is in an open state; when the pretreatment operation is executed, the user can close but not lock the pot cover, and at the moment, the pot cover is in a state of covering and not locking; when the stewing and cooking operation is carried out, a user needs to close and lock the pot cover, and the pot cover is in a closed state. On the basis, whether pressure stewing is needed or not can be determined by detecting whether the pot cover is closed or not.
In the embodiment of the invention, the cooking appliance has a frying cooking function or a preprocessing function for heating food materials according to cooking temperature and a stewing cooking function for heating food materials according to cooking pressure, and the frying cooking function or the preprocessing function of the cooking appliance is converted into the stewing cooking function by detecting the change of the pan cover of the cooking appliance from opening to closing, so that the aims of improving the taste of the cooking food cooked by the cooking appliance, simplifying operation steps and optimizing the technical effect of user experience are achieved, and the technical problems of complex and complicated operation and poor taste of stewing and cooking food materials by the cooking appliance in the related art are solved.
Optionally, in the above embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the detecting device 32 includes at least one of: an open-close cover detection assembly 42, a temperature sensor 44 and a pot tooth detection assembly 46.
The cover opening and closing detection component 42 is used for detecting a cover opening and closing signal of the cooking appliance, and the controller is further used for determining whether the pot cover is switched to a cover closing state or not based on the cover opening and closing signal sent by the cover opening and closing detection component; the temperature sensor 44 is arranged at the top of the cooking appliance and used for collecting the top temperature of the cooking appliance, wherein the controller is also used for determining whether the pot cover is switched to a cover closing state by judging whether the top temperature sent by the temperature sensor reaches a preset temperature; the pot teeth detecting component 46 is used for detecting the state of the pot teeth of the cooking utensil, wherein the controller is further used for determining whether the pot cover is switched to a cover closing state or not based on the state of the pot teeth sent by the pot teeth detecting component, and the state of the pot teeth comprises one of the following states: a locked state and an unlocked state.
Specifically, the cover opening and closing signal can be detected through the cover opening and closing detection components such as the reed switch, the hall device, the micro switch, the photoelectric device and the like, but the detection is not limited to this, the specific implementation scheme can adopt the prior art, and the details are not repeated herein.
Alternatively, in the above-described embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the controller 34 includes: a timing module 48 and a processing module 410.
The timing module 48 is configured to start timing when the bottom temperature of the cooking appliance reaches the cooking temperature; the processing module 410 is connected to the timing module, and is configured to receive the timing time sent by the timing module, and determine whether the lid is switched to the lid closing state based on the current state when it is determined that the timing time does not exceed the first cooking time.
Specifically, the timing module and the processing module may be integrated in the main control chip or separately provided. The first cooking time may be a cooking time set for a fry cooking function or a pre-processing function, and the cooking appliance stops the fry cooking or the pre-processing operation after the cooking time is reached. In order to obtain the execution time of the cooking appliance, when the cooking appliance starts to execute frying cooking or preprocessing operation, a timer may be controlled to count time, and the execution time of the cooking appliance may be determined by reading the counted time of the timer.

Alternatively, in the above-described embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the controller 34 includes: and a control module 412.
The processing module 410 is further configured to determine whether a preset operation instruction is received within a preset time period when the execution time exceeds the first cooking time; the control module 412 is connected to the processing module 410, and is configured to control the cooking appliance to perform a cooking operation on the food material according to the second cooking parameter when a preset operation instruction is received within a preset time period, and control the cooking appliance to end the cooking operation when the preset operation instruction is not received within the preset time period.
Specifically, the control modules may be integrated into the main control chip or separately provided.
Optionally, in the above embodiment of the present invention, the processing module is further configured to determine whether the lid is switched to the lid closing state; under the condition that the pot cover is judged to be switched to the cover closing state, a preset operation instruction is determined to be received; and under the condition that the cover is not judged to be switched to the cover closing state, determining that the preset operation instruction is not received.
Alternatively, in the above-described embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the controller 34 includes: and a control module 412.
The control module 412 is further configured to control the cooking appliance to perform a cooking operation on the food material according to the first cooking parameter when the execution time does not exceed the first cooking time and the lid switching state is not determined.
Optionally, in the above embodiment of the present invention, the controller is further configured to obtain the input first cooking parameter or second cooking parameter; or obtaining the type of food materials contained in the cooking appliance, and determining a first cooking parameter or a second cooking parameter based on the type of the food materials; or acquiring the first cooking parameter or the second cooking parameter stored in the cooking appliance.
According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided a storage medium including a stored program, wherein the program performs the control method of the cooking appliance described above.
According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided a processor for executing a program, wherein the program executes the control method of the cooking appliance.

Claims (14)

1. A method of controlling a cooking appliance, comprising:
controlling a cooking appliance to perform a cooking operation on a food material according to a first cooking parameter, wherein the first cooking parameter comprises: a cooking temperature and a first cooking time;
judging whether a pot cover of the cooking appliance is switched to a cover closing state or not;
and under the condition that the pot cover is judged to be switched to the cover closing state, controlling the cooking appliance to perform cooking operation on the food material according to a second cooking parameter, wherein the second cooking parameter comprises: cooking pressure and a second cooking time.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining whether the lid of the cooking appliance is switched to the closed state comprises at least one of:
determining whether the pot cover is switched to the cover closing state or not based on a cover opening and closing signal of the cooking appliance;
judging whether the top temperature of the cooking utensil reaches a preset temperature or not, and determining whether the pot cover is switched to the cover closing state or not based on a judgment result;
determining whether the pot cover is switched to the cover closing state or not based on the state of the pot teeth of the cooking utensil, wherein the state of the pot teeth comprises one of the following states: a locked state and an unlocked state.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the open-close lid signal is detected by an open-close lid detection assembly, wherein the open-close lid detection assembly comprises one of: reed switches, Hall devices, micro-switches and photoelectric devices.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein before determining whether the lid of the cooking appliance is switched to the closed state, the method further comprises:
acquiring the execution time of the cooking appliance, wherein the execution time is the time from the time when the bottom temperature of the cooking appliance reaches the cooking temperature to the current time;
judging whether the execution time exceeds the first cooking time;
and judging whether the pot cover is switched to the cover closing state or not under the condition that the execution time does not exceed the first cooking time.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein in the event that the execution time exceeds the first cooking time, the method further comprises:
judging whether a preset operation instruction is received or not within a preset time period;
under the condition that the preset operation instruction is received within the preset time period, controlling the cooking appliance to perform cooking operation on the food material according to the second cooking parameter;
and under the condition that the preset operation instruction is not received in the preset time period, controlling the cooking appliance to finish the cooking operation.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein determining whether the preset operation instruction is received comprises:
judging whether the pot cover is switched to the closing state or not;
under the condition that the pot cover is judged to be switched to the cover closing state, the preset operation instruction is determined to be received;
and under the condition that the pot cover is not judged to be switched to the cover closing state, determining that the preset operation instruction is not received.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein if the execution time does not exceed the first cooking time and the pan cover is not determined to be switched to the closed state, the cooking appliance is controlled to perform a cooking operation on the food material according to the first cooking parameter.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the first cooking parameter or the second cooking parameter is obtained in a manner comprising one of:
acquiring the input first cooking parameter or the second cooking parameter;
determining the first cooking parameter or the second cooking parameter based on the type of the food material;
acquiring the first cooking parameter or the second cooking parameter stored in the cooking appliance.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the cooking temperature is 30-180 ℃ and the first cooking time is 1m-1h, or 1m-24 h.
10. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a detecting device for detecting a current state of a pot cover of the cooking appliance, wherein the current state includes: an open state, a cover-closed unlocked state or a cover-closed state;
the controller is connected with the detection device and used for controlling a cooking appliance to perform cooking operation on food according to first cooking parameters, receiving the current state sent by the detection device, and controlling the cooking appliance to perform cooking operation on the food according to second cooking parameters under the condition that the pot cover is judged to be switched to the cover closing state based on the current state, wherein the first cooking parameters comprise: cooking temperature and a first cooking time, the second cooking parameters comprising: cooking pressure and a second cooking time.
11. The cooking appliance of claim 10, wherein the detection device comprises at least one of:
the controller is further used for determining whether the pot cover is switched to the cover closing state or not based on the cover opening and closing signal sent by the cover opening and closing detection component;
the controller is further used for determining whether the pot cover is switched to the cover closing state or not by judging whether the top temperature sent by the temperature sensor reaches a preset temperature or not;
the pot teeth detection component is used for detecting the state of the pot teeth of the cooking utensil, wherein the controller is further used for determining whether the pot cover is switched to the cover closing state or not based on the state of the pot teeth sent by the pot teeth detection component, and the state of the pot teeth comprises one of the following states: a locked state and an unlocked state.
12. The cooking appliance of claim 11, wherein the open-close lid detection assembly comprises one of: reed switches, Hall devices, micro-switches and photoelectric devices.
13. The cooking appliance of claim 10, wherein the controller comprises:
the timing module is used for starting timing when the bottom temperature of the cooking appliance reaches the cooking temperature;
and the processing module is connected with the timing module and used for receiving the timing time sent by the timing module and judging whether the pot cover is switched to the cover closing state or not based on the current state under the condition that the timing time is judged not to exceed the first cooking time.
14. The cooking appliance of claim 10, wherein the cooking appliance is an electric pressure cooker.
