技术领域
本发明涉及车辆的照明和/或信号装置。
背景
术语“汽车照明和/或信号装置”在本文中以非常宽泛的含义使用,以便既包括后车灯又包括前车灯,后者也被称为前灯或前照灯。
因此,包含位置灯、方向指示灯、停车灯、后雾灯、倒车灯、近光前照灯、远光前照灯等。
此外,该术语还意味着包括地图灯、用于仪表盘或仪表盘的一部分的灯。因此,汽车照明和/或信号装置可以位于车辆的内部和外部。
正如所知道的,所述汽车照明和/或信号装置可以用于照明和发送视觉信号。
为此,所述装置包括具有不同颜色、不同亮度水平(也根据要遵守的规定)等的多个照明部分。
特别地,近年来,照明和/或信号装置已经越来越获得美学价值以及光学功能。换句话说,当然除了它们必须执行的照明和/或信号功能之外,所述照明和/或信号装置在它们所嵌入的车辆的范围内越来越多地用作设计元素。
为此,已知如车辆制造商所要求的那样,提供具有照明部分的照明和/或信号装置,该照明部分具有特定的图画和/或几何形状和/或文字或符号。
为了获得满足这种需要的汽车照明和/或信号装置,提供具有多个的发光源和多个配备有掩饰(mask)和着色部分的透镜体的装置是已知的。着色部分具有执行光学功能和美学功能的功能;掩饰用来从外面隐藏灯内部组件的存在,并划界要获得的不同照明区域。
这样的解决方案暗示着灯的许多组件的实现,这些组件必须适当地装配在一起:结果是照明和/或信号装置,其制造昂贵且复杂,并且相对沉重和笨重。
发明内容
因此,在背景技术中,感到提供汽车照明和/或信号装置的需要,该装置允许获得上述技术效果,在照明部分的精度方面以及在照明均匀性方面都具有极好的美学结果,而没有意味着过多的构建和装配成本,以及限制重量和尺寸。
通过根据权利要求1的车辆的照明和/或信号装置来满足这样的需求。

具体实施方式
关于前述附图,附图标记4通常表明照明和/或信号装置,诸如汽车车灯,下列的描述将参考该照明和/或信号装置,这不暗示着任何一般性的丧失。

为了本发明的目的,容器体或外壳8可以具有任何形状和尺寸以及定位:例如,容器体8可以不直接与相关联的车辆的车体或其他外部紧固件相关联。
显然,容器体8还可以在内部与车辆相关联,例如,在仪表板(instrument panel)上、在仪表盘(dashboard)上、在包裹架上等等。
容器体8划界容纳座12,容纳座12容纳所述照明和/或信号装置的多个组件。
特别地,容纳座12容纳布置和支撑在所述容纳座12里面的多个发光源16,优选地,LED发光源或激光发光源。
例如,透镜体20可以与容器体8相关联,作为至少部分的关闭物,以便封闭容纳至少一个发光源16的所述容纳座12。
为了本发明的目的,透镜体20可以在照明和/或信号装置4的外部,以限定照明和/或信号装置的至少一个直接遭受大气的外壁。
根据可能的实施例,透镜体20的材料是诸如PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)、PC(聚碳酸酯)等的树脂。
如下面更好地描述的,透镜体20封闭容纳座12,并适应于至少部分地由发光源16产生的光束穿过,该光束被传输到容纳座12外。
在这方面,透镜体20由至少部分透明(transparent)或亚透明(semitransparent)或半透明(translucent)的材料制成,该透镜体20还可以包括一个或多个不透明部分,以便在任何情况下都允许由发光源产生的光束的至少部分地穿过。
更特别地,容纳座12容纳适应于发出第一光束的第一发光源18和适应于发出第二光束的第二发光源19。
有利地,容纳座12被分为容纳第一发光源18的第一隔间24和容纳第二发光源19的第二隔间28。
所述第一隔间24和第二隔间28由至少一个分隔壁32分开;所述分隔壁优选地对于由发光源16,18,19产生的光束不透明。
有利地,透镜体20包括第一传递部分40,该第一传递部分40面对第一隔间24并且配置成将第一光束至少部分地朝向外部传输。
透镜体20包括第二传递部分44,该第二传递部分44面对第二隔间28并且配置成将第二光束至少部分地朝向外部传输。
透镜体20还包括不透明部分48,该不透明部分***在所述第一传递部分40和第二传递部分44之间,以从外部隐藏所述第一和第二发光源16,18,19的图象。
根据一个实施例,第一传递部分40和/或第二传递部分44是透明部分、亚透明部分或半透明部分或乳白色的部分。
优选地,第一发光源18和第二发光源19与同一印刷电路52的相对两面相关联。
应该注意的是,第一和第二发光源之间以及因此第一和第二隔间之间的区别纯粹是指示性的:第一发光源18可以定位于第二发光源的上方和下方。当然,相同情况也适用于第一隔间和第二隔间。
根据一个实施例,所述印刷电路52定位在第一隔间24和第二隔间28之间的所述分隔壁32附近。
根据一个实施例,印刷电路52本身至少部分地形成所述分隔壁32。
不透明部分48面对印刷电路52和/或分隔壁,以便从外面隐藏印刷电路52、分隔壁32和/或发光源16,18,19的图象。
根据可能的实施例,将第一光束朝向第一传递部分40传输的光导56与第一发光源18相关联。
更详细地,在一个实施例中,所述光导56包括大体上垂直于第一光束的第一主要(prevalent)发射方向X’-X’的光入射壁60。此外,光导56包括反射壁64,该反射壁64使第一光束在垂直于第一主要发射方向X’-X’并且垂直于第一传递部分40的第一主要传播方向Y’-Y’上转向。
优选地,在所述实施例中,第一传递部分40由透明材料制成。
根据一个可能的实施例,朝向第二传递部分44反射第二光束的至少一个反射器68面对第二发光源19。
反射器68在第二主要发射方向X”-X”上接收第二光束,并在大体上垂直于第二传递部分44的第二主要传播方向Y”-Y”上转向。
优选地,在所述实施例中,第二传递部分44由乳白色的材料制成,其可以例如与第一传递部分40共模制。
优选地,所述反射器68至少部分地形成所述分隔壁32。
根据一个实施例(图3-4),透镜体20包括第一传递部分40,其延伸以封闭第一隔间24和第二隔间28,其中第二传递部分44是乳白色的;此外,乳白色的第二传递部分44和不透明部分48在透镜体20的面向所述第一隔间24和第二隔间28的内侧72上与第一传递部分40相关联(例如,共模制)。换句话说,乳白色的第二传递部分44和不透明部分48被定位成以便面对容器体8。
从前述内容可以理解,本发明允许克服背景技术中展现的缺点。
已知的解决方案提供了用于漫射和/或遮掩灯和发光源的多个设备的使用,与已知的解决方案不同,特别地,根据本发明的汽车照明和/或信号装置允许使用单一的透镜(lens)或外部的透镜体来漫射/均质化/遮掩照明装置的容器体内含有的灯和/或发光源。
由此,在照明装置的装配、成本和尺寸方面获得了好处。实际上,可能实现并装配立即执行所述功能的单一的透镜体。
减少组件整体数量不仅意味着减少装配时间和成本,而且还减少最终装配物的重量和尺寸。
为了满足偶然的和特定的需要,在不脱离由下列权利要求限定的本发明的范围下,本领域技术人员可以引入对上述照明和/或信号装置的几个的改变和变化。

Claims (16)

1.一种照明和/或信号装置(4),特别是用于汽车行业,包括:
-容器体(8),所述容器体(8)划界由透镜体(20)封闭的容纳座(12),
-所述容纳座(12)容纳适应于发出第一光束的第一发光源(18)和适应于发出第二光束的第二发光源(19),
-所述容纳座(12)由透镜体(20)封闭,所述透镜体适应于至少部分地被由所述发光源(18,19)产生的光束穿过,以将所述光束传输到容纳座(12)的外部。
其特征在于
-容纳座(12)被分为容纳第一发光源(18)的第一隔间(24)和容纳第二发光源(19)的第二隔间(28),
-所述第一隔间(24)和第二隔间(28)由至少一个分隔壁(32)分开,
-其中,透镜体(20)包括:
-第一传递部分(40),所述第一传递部分(40)面对第一隔间(24),并配置为至少部分地朝向外部传输第一光束,
-第二传递部分(44),所述第二传递部分(44)面对第二隔间(28),并配置为至少部分地朝向外部传输第二光束,
-不透明部分(48),所述不透明部分(48)***在所述第一传递部分(40)和第二传递部分(44)之间,以便从外面隐藏所述第一发光源(18)和第二发光源(19)的图象。
2.根据权利要求1所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于,第一传递部分(40)和/或第二传递部分(44)是透明部分、亚透明部分或半透明部分或乳白色的部分。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于,所述第一发光源(18)和第二发光源(19)与同一印刷电路(52)的相对的面相关联。
4.根据权利要求3所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于,所述印刷电路(52)定位于第一隔间(24)和第二隔间(28)之间的所述分隔壁(32)附近。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于,所述印刷电路(52)本身至少部分地形成所述分隔壁(32)。
6.根据权利要求3,4或5所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于,不透明部分(48)面对印刷电路(52)和/或分隔壁(32),以便从外面隐藏印刷电路(52)、分隔壁(32)和/或发光源(18、19)的图象。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于,向第一传递部分(40)传输第一光束的光导(56)与第一发光源(18)相关联。
8.根据权利要求7所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于,所述光导(56)包括大体上垂直于第一光束的第一主要发射方向(X’-X’)的光入射壁(60)、使第一光束在垂直于第一主要发射方向(X’-X’)并且垂直于第一传递部分(40)的第一主要传播方向(Y’-Y’)上转向的反射壁(64)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于,所述第一传递部分(40)是透明的。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于,至少一个反射器(68)面对第二发光源(19),所述反射器朝向第二传递部分(44)反射第二光束。
11.根据权利要求10所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于,反射器(68)在第二主要传播方向(X”-X”)上接收第二光束,并且在大体上垂直于第二传递部分(44)的第二主要传播方向(Y”-Y”)上使第二光束转向。
12.根据权利要求11所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于,所述第二传递部分(44)是乳白色的。
13.根据权利要求10,11或12所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于,所述反射器(68)在第一隔间(24)和第二隔间(28)之间至少部分地形成所述分隔壁(32)。
14.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于,透镜体(20)包括第一传递部分(40),所述第一传递部分延伸以封闭第一隔间(24)和第二隔间(28),其中第二传递部分(44)是乳白色的,并且其中乳白色的第二传递部分(44)和不透明部分(48)在透镜体(20)的面对所述第一隔间(24)和第二隔间(28)的内侧(72)上与第一传递部分(40)相关联。
15.根据权利要求14所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于,第二传递部分(44)和/或不透明部分(48)与第一传递部分(40)共模制。
16.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于,所述第一发光源(18)和/或第二发光源(19)是LED或激光发光源。
