s1, dip dyeing of fabric: pulling a pull ring 609 upwards, simultaneously sequentially enabling one ends of two types of fabrics to penetrate through a square frame 601, a guide roller 501, a first transmission roller 802 and a second transmission roller 902 and to be wound on a fabric winding device 4, adjusting the distance between adjacent fixed disks 502 and sliding disks 503 according to the width of the fabrics, positioning the sliding disks 503 through positioning bolts 505 and positioning threaded holes 506, then loosening the pull ring 609, pressing down a movable roller 605 through a compression spring 606, enabling the movable roller 605 to be matched with the fixed rollers 602 to compress and position the fabrics, then starting the fabric winding device 4 to wind the fabrics, further enabling the fabrics to pass through dyeing liquid in a dyeing box 2, simultaneously starting a mixing motor 701, driving a mixing plate to rotate through a mixing shaft 702, enabling the dyeing liquid to be uniformly mixed, and enabling the fabrics to be dip-dyed;
s2, drying the fabric, and recovering waste liquid: the dip-dyed fabric is conveyed through the first driving roller 802, a large amount of dye liquor is stored in the fabric, at the moment, the hydraulic cylinder 805 is started, the hydraulic cylinder 805 extends to further drive the pressing roller 807 to press downwards, the surface of the fabric is extruded by matching with the first driving roller 802, the dye liquor stored in the fabric after extrusion can be extruded and flows into the recycling box 3, when the dye liquor in the recycling box 3 is accumulated more, the conveying pump 808 is started to re-pump the dye liquor in the recycling box 3, and the dye liquor is pumped into the dyeing box 2 through the return pipe 809;
s3, drying the fabric: after the fabric is dried, the fabric is conveyed by the second driving roller 902, at this time, the hot air blower 906 is started, hot air generated by the hot air blower 906 is conveyed into the hollow long cylinder 905 through the connecting pipe 907, and then is blown to the surface of the fabric through the air outlet 905, and meanwhile, the fan 910 is started to rapidly dry the fabric.
