The following describes in detail embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating embodiments of the invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.

"plurality" means two or more, and in view of this, a plurality may also be understood as "at least two" in the embodiments of the present invention. "and/or" describes the association relationship of the associated object, indicating that there may be three relationships, for example, a and/or B, which may indicate: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" generally indicates that the preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship, unless otherwise specified. It is to be understood that the terms first, second, etc. used in the description of the embodiments of the invention are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a sequential or chronological order.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a safety control method for an elevator, where the elevator includes a braking device disposed on an elevator car, the braking device is symmetrically disposed on an outer side surface of the elevator car, and the control method includes:
s10) acquiring the position of the lift car in real time;
s20) when the position of the lift car is lower than a preset position, acquiring the running speed of the elevator in real time;
s30) judging whether the elevator runs abnormally or not based on the position of the elevator car and the running speed of the elevator;
s40) controlling the braking device to execute corresponding emergency braking operation based on the running speed of the elevator under the condition that the running abnormality of the elevator is determined, wherein the emergency braking operation is related to braking frequency and/or braking force.
In a possible embodiment, the braking devices are symmetrically arranged on the outer side of the elevator car, for example, the braking devices can be arranged in a matching manner with the elevator guide rails on both sides of the elevator car, or can be additionally arranged at symmetrical positions on the outer side of the elevator car, and corresponding friction pieces are arranged in the elevator hoistway in a matching manner with the braking devices so as to provide corresponding braking force when the braking devices act, so that the additionally arranged braking devices can play a final safety protection role under the condition that the safety protection devices in the elevator control system fail.
In the practical application process, the elevator control system is electrically connected with the braking device, the elevator control system acquires the position of the elevator car in real time in the elevator running process, for example, the position of the elevator car can be acquired in real time through a traction machine encoder, the position of the elevator car can also be acquired in real time through a position sensor arranged on the elevator car, when the position of the elevator car is monitored to be lower than a preset position, the running speed of the elevator is acquired in real time, and whether the elevator runs abnormally is judged according to the position of the elevator car and the running speed of the elevator.
In the embodiment of the invention, the traditional elevator is improved, the additional braking device is arranged on the car, and the emergency protection operation on the elevator is triggered at the final operation stage of the elevator, so that the emergency protection operation on the elevator can be effectively carried out, the personal safety of passengers is guaranteed, and the use safety of the elevator is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the determining whether the elevator is abnormally operated based on the car position and the elevator operation speed includes:
s31) judging whether the position of the lift car is lower than a first preset position;
s32) when the position of the lift car is lower than the first preset position, judging whether the position of the lift car is lower than a second preset position, wherein the second preset position is lower than the lowest leveling position of the elevator;
s331) under the condition that the position of the lift car is lower than the first preset position and not lower than the second preset position, judging whether the running speed of the lift is higher than a preset speed threshold value, wherein the preset speed threshold value is higher than a rated running speed: determining that the elevator runs abnormally under the condition that the running speed of the elevator is greater than the preset speed threshold;
s332) determining that the elevator runs abnormally under the condition that the position of the elevator car is lower than the second preset position.
In a possible implementation, since the braking device provided by the embodiment of the invention is mainly used for supplementary safety protection in the case of failure of the elevator safety protection device, it is determined that the operation condition of the elevator needs to be monitored in advance to perform final protection on the elevator only when the elevator runs to the first preset position, for example, the first preset position is a preset protection height, for example, the preset protection height is a second floor position or a third floor position. In the practical application process, when the position of the car is lower than the first preset position, the running speed of the elevator may be within a normal range, and therefore, the normal detection means cannot find the abnormality of the running of the elevator at this time, and therefore, it is necessary to further monitor whether the position of the car is lower than a second preset position at this time, for example, the second preset position is a forced stopping position, for example, the forced stopping position is a position at a preset distance (for example, the preset distance is 50 cm) below the position of one floor, and thus, by such an arrangement, it is possible to effectively avoid malfunction caused by the situation that the position of the car is temporarily lower than the position of one floor due to the fact that the steel wire rope is stretched in the process of stopping the elevator at the floor, and thus, the accuracy of elevator safety protection control is improved.
For example, at a certain moment, the elevator control system monitors that the position of the car is lower than the first preset position and not lower than the second preset position, but monitors that the running speed of the elevator is higher than a preset speed threshold, for example, the preset speed threshold is 1.5 times of the rated speed, so that the abnormal running of the elevator is determined and a corresponding emergency braking operation needs to be immediately performed.
In another possible embodiment, after the elevator car has traveled below the first preset position, the elevator control system monitors that the elevator travel speed is less than the preset speed threshold, whereas at another moment, the elevator control system monitors that the car position is below the second preset position, thus determining that the elevator travel is abnormal and requiring immediate execution of a corresponding emergency braking operation.
In the embodiment of the invention, whether the elevator is in an abnormal state or not is judged according to the position of the elevator car and the running speed of the elevator, so that whether the elevator is abnormal or not in the final running stage can be accurately reflected, the judgment accuracy in the process of braking protection of the elevator can be effectively ensured, the influence of misoperation on a user is avoided, the control accuracy is improved, and the user experience is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the controlling the braking device to perform a corresponding emergency braking operation based on the elevator running speed includes: under the condition that the position of the elevator car is lower than the first preset position and not lower than the second preset position, controlling the braking device to execute a corresponding first emergency braking operation based on the running speed of the elevator; and controlling the braking device to execute a corresponding second emergency braking operation based on the elevator running speed under the condition that the car position is lower than the second preset position.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the controlling the braking device to perform a corresponding first emergency braking operation based on the elevator running speed includes: judging whether the running speed of the elevator is greater than a first braking speed: when the elevator running speed is less than or equal to the first braking speed, acquiring a first braking force corresponding to the elevator running speed, and executing a first emergency braking operation based on the first braking force; and acquiring a first braking frequency and a second braking force corresponding to the running speed of the elevator when the running speed of the elevator is greater than the first braking speed, and executing the first emergency braking operation based on the first braking frequency and the second braking force.
In an embodiment of the invention, the controlling the braking device to execute a corresponding second emergency braking operation based on the elevator running speed comprises: judging whether the running speed of the elevator is greater than a second braking speed: when the elevator running speed is less than or equal to the second braking speed, acquiring a third braking force corresponding to the elevator running speed, and executing a second emergency braking operation based on the third braking force; and acquiring a second braking frequency and a fourth braking force corresponding to the elevator running speed when the elevator running speed is greater than the second braking speed, and executing the second emergency braking operation based on the second braking frequency and the fourth braking force.
In a possible embodiment, when the car position is lower than the first preset position, the elevator control system monitors that the elevator runs abnormally, so that the corresponding first emergency braking operation is immediately performed, and in order to protect the braking device and improve the braking effect, different braking modes are further adopted according to the elevator running speed, for example, in the embodiment of the invention, the elevator control system further judges whether the elevator running speed is higher than the first braking speed, if the elevator running speed is lower than or equal to the first braking speed, it can be determined that the elevator overspeed condition is not serious, so that the elevator car can be directly braked, so that the corresponding first emergency braking operation is immediately generated, specifically, the corresponding first braking force is generated according to the elevator running speed, and the braking device is controlled to perform the first emergency braking operation according to the first braking force.
In the embodiment of the invention, different emergency braking operations are executed according to the position of the elevator car when the elevator runs abnormally, generally, when the elevator is above the lowest flat bed position, a larger buffer space is provided when the elevator is braked by the braking device, so a milder braking mode can be adopted.
In another possible embodiment, the elevator control system monitors that the elevator car position is below the second preset position, thus determining that the elevator operation is abnormal and immediately performing a corresponding second emergency braking operation. In this embodiment, it is first determined whether the elevator running speed is greater than a second braking speed, for example, the second braking speed is the rated running speed of the elevator, for example, in the embodiment of the present invention, the elevator control system determines that the elevator running speed is greater than the rated running speed of the elevator, and thus determines that the elevator is in a serious safety accident at this time, such as a steel wire rope fracture, a steel wire rope slip, and the like, at this time, if a simple direct braking operation is adopted, on one hand, the braking device may slip to reduce the braking effect, and on the other hand, an instantaneous large braking force may damage the braking device so as to fail to achieve effective braking.
