The second bottom layer 22 is disposed below the second surface layer 21 and includes at least one fourth colored yarn 221, and the fourth colored yarn 221 is woven to form the second bottom layer 22. The second connecting layer 23 is disposed between the second surface layer 21 and the second bottom layer 22 and includes at least one third yarn 231, and the third yarn 231, the third colored yarn 211 and the fourth colored yarn 221 are interwoven to form the second connecting layer 23. The second middle layer 24 is disposed between the second surface layer 21 and the second bottom layer 22 and includes at least one fourth yarn 241, and the fourth yarn 241 is woven to form the second middle layer 24. The third yarn 231 and the fourth yarn 241 are transparent yarns. The second surface layer 21, the second bottom layer 22, the second connecting layer 23 and the second middle layer 24 together form the second sandwich structure 2.
Referring to FIG. 5, FIG. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a process for forming a first sandwich weave in a sandwich knit upper according to the present invention.
The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the knitted vamp with the sandwich structure and the layering effect, which comprises the steps of material preparation, weaving, ironing and air cooling.
S1, material preparation: selecting a weaving material according to the process requirements of the pattern and style of the vamp body;
s2, weaving: guiding a corresponding knitting program into a weft knitting flat knitting machine, inputting corresponding parameters, and knitting out the vamp body;
s3, ironing: ironing the knitted vamp body;
s4, air cooling: and air cooling the finished vamp body to form a finished vamp product.
Wherein, the weaving step comprises weaving of a first sandwich tissue 1, and the weaving of the first sandwich tissue 1 comprises weaving of a first surface layer 11, weaving of a first bottom layer 12, weaving of a first connecting layer 13 and weaving of a first middle layer 14.
Specifically, the first surface layer 11 is knitted by a first yarn 111 in a surface knitting mode or/and a hollow knitting mode; the first bottom layer 12 weave is bottom woven with a first colored yarn 121; the first connecting layer 13 is knitted by second yarns 131 to be bottom-hung mesh knitted and surface-hung mesh knitted; the first middle layer 14 is knitted by one or the combination of more than two of second colored yarns 141, such as surface knitting, hollow needle bottom mesh knitting and hollow needle surface mesh knitting;
the bottom suspension mesh weaving and the surface suspension mesh weaving in the first connecting layer 13 weaving are alternately woven.
Referring to FIGS. 6-7, FIG. 6 is a first illustration of a first sandwich weave of the sandwich knit upper of the present invention; FIG. 7 is a second illustration of the weave of the first sandwich weave in the knitted upper having a sandwich weave with a layer effect in accordance with the present invention.
The specific weaving steps of a part of the first sandwich weaving tissues are as follows:
yarn a is a first yarn 111, in particular a monofilament; the yarn B is a first colored yarn 121, specifically a white polyester high-elastic yarn; yarn C is a second yarn 131, in particular a monofilament; the D yarn is a second colored yarn 141, specifically a violet polyester high stretch yarn.
The 1 st weaving row is to form a first surface layer 11 by surface weaving of yarn A, wherein 5 th-8 th and 20 th weaving rows are to be subjected to empty needle weaving, and needle positions are reserved for yarn D, so that the yarn D can be exposed on the first surface layer 11, and a dark purple area, namely a first weaving area 3, is formed;
the 2 nd weaving line is a first bottom layer 12 formed by bottom weaving of B yarns;
the 3 rd weaving line is characterized in that C yarns are used as bottom meshes and face meshes to be alternately woven to form a first connecting layer 13, the mesh to be alternately woven plays a role of supporting besides a connecting function, so that the first surface layer 11 and the first bottom layer 12 of the vamp body have obvious layering effect, and obvious resilience feeling can be realized by pressing the first surface layer 11;
the 4 th weave row is formed by knitting the D yarn in a surface mode (namely knitting the 4 th to 9 th weaves and the 19 th to 21 th weaves in a surface mode) to form a first middle layer 14, wherein part of weaves are knitted by suspending meshes in a needle-free surface mode, so that the D yarn is partially exposed on the first surface layer 11 to form a light purple area, namely a second weaving area 4, and part of weaves are knitted by suspending meshes in a needle-free bottom mode, so that the D yarn is partially hidden in the first bottom layer 12 to form a nearly white area, namely a third weaving area 5.
The 5 th weaving row is formed by weaving the A yarns to form a first surface layer 11, wherein the 5 th, 6 th, 7 th, 19 th and 20 th weaving rows are woven by using empty needles, and needle positions are reserved for the D yarns, so that the D yarns can be exposed on the first surface layer 11, and a dark purple area, namely a first weaving area 3 is formed;
the 6 th weaving line is formed by bottom weaving of B yarn to form a first bottom layer 12;
the 7 th weaving line is formed by alternately weaving C yarns as bottom and face meshes to form a first connecting layer 13, and the mesh meshes are alternately woven to play a role in supporting besides a connecting function, so that the first surface layer 11 and the first bottom layer 12 of the vamp body have obvious layering effect, and the first surface layer 11 can be pressed to have obvious rebound feeling;
the 8 th weave row is formed by knitting the D yarn in a surface mode (namely knitting the 4 th-8 th weave row and the 18 th-21 st weave row in a surface mode) to form a first middle layer 14, wherein part of the weave rows are knitted in a suspended mesh mode through empty needles, so that the D yarn is partially exposed out of the first surface layer 11 to form a light purple area, namely the second weaving area 4, and part of the weave rows are knitted in a suspended mesh mode through empty needles, so that the D yarn is partially hidden in the first bottom layer 12 to form a nearly white area, namely the third weaving area 5.
The 9 th weaving row is formed by weaving the A yarns to form the first surface layer 11, wherein the 4 th, 5 th, 6 th, 18 th and 19 th weaving rows are woven by using empty needles, and needle positions are reserved for the D yarns, so that the D yarns can be exposed on the first surface layer 11, and a dark purple area, namely the first weaving area 3, is formed;
the 10 th weaving line is a bottom weaving made of B yarn to form a first bottom layer 12;
the 11 th weaving line is formed by alternately weaving C yarns as bottom and face meshes to form a first connecting layer 13, and the mesh meshes are alternately woven to play a role in supporting besides a connecting function, so that the first surface layer 11 and the first bottom layer 12 of the vamp body have obvious layering effect, and the first surface layer 11 can be pressed to have obvious rebound feeling;
the 12 th weave is a face-knit of D yarn (i.e., face-knit in the 2 nd to 7 th weaves and in the 16 th to 20 th weaves) to form the first intermediate layer 14, wherein a portion of the weaves are face-knit with needle-stitch separation so that the D yarn is partially exposed on the first face layer 11 to form a light purple region, i.e., the second weave region 4, and a portion of the weaves are face-knit with needle-stitch separation so that the D yarn is partially hidden in the first bottom layer 12 to form a nearly white region, i.e., the third weave region 5.
The 13 th weaving row is formed by weaving the A yarns to form the first surface layer 11, wherein the 3 rd, 4 th, 17 th, 18 th and 19 th weaving rows are woven by using empty needles, and needle positions are reserved for the D yarns, so that the D yarns can be exposed on the first surface layer 11, and a dark purple area, namely a first weaving area 3 is formed;
the 14 th weaving row is bottom weaving by B yarn to form the first bottom layer 12;
the 15 th weaving line is formed by alternately weaving C yarns as bottom and surface hanging meshes to form a first connecting layer 13, the hanging meshes are alternately woven to play a role in supporting besides a connecting function, so that the first surface layer 11 and the first bottom layer 12 of the vamp body have obvious layering effect, and the first surface layer 11 can be pressed to have obvious rebound feeling;
the 16 th weave row is formed by knitting the D yarn on the surface (i.e. knitting the 2 nd to 5 th weave row and the 16 th to 20 th weave row on the surface) to form the first intermediate layer 14, wherein part of the weave row is knitted by suspending meshes on the empty needles so that the D yarn is partially exposed on the first surface layer 11 to form a light purple area, i.e. the second weave area 4, and part of the weave row is knitted by suspending meshes on the empty needles so that the D yarn is partially hidden on the first bottom layer 12 to form a nearly white area, i.e. the third weave area 5.
The 17 th weaving row is formed by surface weaving of yarn A to form a first surface layer 11, wherein the 3 rd, 4 th, 16 th, 17 th, 18 th and 30 th weaving rows are subjected to empty needle weaving, and needle positions are reserved for the yarn D, so that the yarn D can be exposed on the first surface layer 11, and a dark purple area, namely a first weaving area 3, is formed;
the 18 th weaving row is bottom-woven by B yarn to form the first bottom layer 12;
the 19 th weaving line is that C yarns are used as bottom hanging meshes and surface hanging meshes to be alternately woven to form a first connecting layer 13, the hanging meshes are alternately woven to play a role of supporting in addition to a connecting function, so that the first surface layer 11 and the first bottom layer 12 of the vamp body have obvious layering effect, and obvious resilience feeling can be realized by pressing the first surface layer 11;
the 20 th weave is a face-knit of D yarn (i.e., face-knit in the 2 nd to 5 th weaves, the 15 th to 19 th weaves, and the 29 th to 30 th weaves) to form the first intermediate layer 14, wherein a portion of the weaves are face-knit with the empty needles separated so that the D yarn is partially exposed on the first face layer 11 to form the light purple region, i.e., the second weave region 4, and a portion of the weaves are face-knit with the empty needles separated so that the D yarn is partially hidden on the first bottom layer 12 to form the third weave region 5 which is approximately white.
The 21 st weaving row is formed by surface weaving of yarn A to form the first surface layer 11, wherein the 3 rd, 15 th, 16 th, 17 th, 18 th and 30 th weaving rows are in empty needle weaving, and needle positions are reserved for the yarn D, so that the yarn D can be exposed on the first surface layer 11, and a dark purple area, namely a first weaving area 3 is formed;
the 22 th weaving line is formed by bottom weaving the B yarn to form the first bottom layer 12;
the 23 th weaving line is formed by alternately weaving C yarns as bottom and face meshes to form a first connecting layer 13, and the mesh meshes are alternately woven to play a role in supporting besides a connecting function, so that the first surface layer 11 and the first bottom layer 12 of the vamp body have obvious layering effect, and the first surface layer 11 can be pressed to have obvious rebound feeling;
the 24 th weave is a face-knit of D yarn (i.e., face-knit in the 2 nd to 4 th weaves, 14 th to 19 th weaves, and 29 th to 30 th weaves) to form the first intermediate layer 14, wherein a portion of the weaves are face-knit with empty needles to make mesh-knit so that the D yarn is partially exposed on the first face layer 11 to form a light purple region, i.e., the second weave region 4, and a portion of the weaves are face-knit with empty needles to make mesh-knit so that the D yarn is partially hidden in the first bottom layer 12 to form a nearly white region, i.e., the third weave region 5.
The 25 th weaving row is formed by surface weaving of yarn A to form the first surface layer 11, wherein the 2 nd, 14 th, 15 th, 16 th, 17 th and 29 th weaving rows are subjected to empty needle weaving, and needle positions are reserved for the yarn D, so that the yarn D can be exposed on the first surface layer 11, and a dark purple area, namely a first weaving area 3 is formed;
the 26 th weaving row is bottom weaving by B yarn to form the first bottom layer 12;
the 27 th weaving line is formed by alternately weaving C yarns as bottom and face meshes to form a first connecting layer 13, and the mesh meshes are alternately woven to play a role in supporting besides a connecting function, so that the first surface layer 11 and the first bottom layer 12 of the vamp body have obvious layering effect, and the first surface layer 11 can be pressed to have obvious rebound feeling;
the 28 th weave is a face-knitting of the D yarn (i.e., face-knitting in the 1 st to 3 rd weaves, the 13 th to 18 th weaves, and the 28 th to 30 th weaves) to form the first intermediate layer 14, wherein part of the weaves are face-knitted with the empty needles separated so that the D yarn is partially exposed on the first face layer 11 to form the light purple region, i.e., the second knitting region 4, and part of the weaves are face-knitted with the empty needles separated so that the D yarn is partially hidden on the first bottom layer 12 to form the third knitting region 5 which is approximately white.
The 29 th weaving row is formed by surface weaving of yarn A to form the first surface layer 11, wherein the 13 th to 17 th weaving rows are subjected to empty needle weaving to reserve needle positions for the yarn D, so that the yarn D can be exposed on the first surface layer 11 to form a dark purple area, namely the first weaving area 3;
the 30 th weaving line is formed by bottom weaving the B yarn to form the first bottom layer 12;
the 31 st weaving line is formed by alternately weaving C yarns as bottom and surface hanging meshes to form a first connecting layer 13, the hanging meshes are alternately woven to play a role in supporting besides a connecting function, so that the first surface layer 11 and the first bottom layer 12 of the vamp body have obvious layering effect, and the first surface layer 11 can be pressed to have obvious rebound feeling;
the 32 nd weave is a face knit of D yarn (i.e., face knit in the 1 st to 21 st, 2 nd to 18 th, and 28 th to 29 th weaves) to form the first intermediate layer 14, wherein a portion of the weaves are face knit with a space needle stitch so that the D yarn is partially exposed on the first face layer 11 to form a light purple region, i.e., the second knit region 4, and a portion of the weaves are face knit with a space needle stitch so that the D yarn is partially hidden on the first ground layer 12 to form a nearly white region, i.e., the third knit region 5.
In the embodiment, the colored yarns and the monofilaments are combined to weave part of the middle layer by utilizing the characteristic that the transparent fabric can leak the ground color. When the second colored yarn 141 performs a surface knitting action, the second colored yarn 141 is exposed on the surface of the first sandwich to form a dark first knitting area 3; when the second colored yarn 141 is knitted with a needle-separating surface, the second colored yarn 141 is partially exposed on the surface of the first sandwich and combined with the first yarn 111 to form a second knitted region 4 with a lighter color; when the second colored yarn 141 is knitted with needle-separated stitches, the second colored yarn 141 is tucked at the first bottom layer 12 of the first sandwich structure 1 with needle-separated stitches, and under the influence of the covering of the transparent yarns of the first surface layer 11 and the first connecting layer 13 and the scattering of the tucking position of the second colored yarn 141, the second colored yarn 141 tucked at the first bottom layer 12 is less exposed on the surface of the first sandwich structure 1, thereby forming a third knitted area 5 with lighter color. In other words, the color of the first knitting area 3 is dark, the color of the second knitting area 4 is lighter than the color of the first knitting area 3, and the color of the third knitting area 5 is lighter than the color of the second knitting area 4, so that a dark color area, a light color area and a white area are formed, the whole layer of the vamp body is clear, and a visual experience is brought to people.
The main part is made by the monofilament to this embodiment for the stretch-proofing of vamp body, wearability and gas permeability are better, can have fine protection to the foot in the motion.
The wear-resistant fabric is integrally woven, and is good in air permeability, high in structural stability, strong in wear resistance, well-arranged, simple in manufacturing method and high in production efficiency.

the first middle layer is arranged between the first surface layer and the first bottom layer and at least comprises a second colored yarn, and the second colored yarn and the first colored yarn are interwoven to form the first middle layer;
the first surface layer, the first bottom layer, the first connecting layer and the first middle layer together form the first sandwich structure.

The knitted upper with sandwich weave having a hierarchical effect according to claim 1, characterized in that the surface of the first sandwich weave comprises at least a first woven area, a second woven area adjacent to the first woven area and a third woven area adjacent to the second woven area;
forming the first knitting area when the second colored yarn performs surface knitting action; when the second colored yarn is knitted by the needle separating surface, a second knitting area is formed; when the second colored yarns are knitted by the needle-separating bottom suspended mesh, a third knitting area is formed;
the first knitting area is dark in color, the second knitting area is lighter in color than the first knitting area, and the third knitting area is lighter in color than the second knitting area.

5. The sandwich structured knitted upper with a hierarchical effect according to claim 1, wherein the first yarn and the second yarn are both transparent yarns.
6. The knitted upper with sandwich weave of hierarchical effect according to claim 1, characterized in that the upper body is further knitted with a second sandwich weave integrally knitted with the first sandwich weave, the second sandwich weave comprising:
the second surface layer at least comprises a third colored yarn, and the third colored yarn is woven to form the second surface layer;
the second bottom layer is arranged below the second surface layer and at least comprises a fourth colored yarn, and the fourth colored yarn is woven to form the second bottom layer;
the second connecting layer is arranged between the second surface layer and the second bottom layer and at least comprises a third yarn, and the third yarn, the third colored yarn and the fourth colored yarn are interwoven to form the second connecting layer;
the second middle layer is arranged between the second surface layer and the second bottom layer and at least comprises a fourth yarn, and the fourth yarn is woven to form the second middle layer;
the second surface layer, the second bottom layer, the second connecting layer and the second middle layer together form the second sandwich structure.
7. The sandwich structured knitted upper with a hierarchical effect according to claim 6, wherein the third yarn and the fourth yarn are both transparent yarns.
8. A method for manufacturing the sandwich-structured knitted upper with a layering effect according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by comprising a material preparation step, a knitting step, a ironing step, and an air cooling step;
the preparation step of the material is to select a weaving material according to the process requirements of the pattern and style of the vamp body;
the knitting step is to introduce a corresponding knitting program into a knitting machine, input corresponding parameters and knit the vamp body;
the weaving step comprises a first sandwich tissue weave, wherein the first sandwich tissue weave comprises a first surface layer weave, a first bottom layer weave, a first connecting layer weave and a first middle layer weave;
the first surface layer is knitted by first yarns in a surface knitting mode or/and a hollow needle knitting mode;
the first bottom layer weave is bottom weave with a first colored yarn;
the first connecting layer is woven by using second yarns as bottom hanging mesh weaving and surface hanging mesh weaving;
the first middle layer knitting is formed by one or the combination of more than two of surface knitting, hollow needle bottom mesh knitting and hollow needle surface mesh knitting of second colored yarns;
the ironing step is to iron the knitted vamp body;
the air cooling step is to carry out air cooling on the integrally ironed vamp body to form a finished vamp product.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the first connecting layer weave is a bottom mesh weave alternating with a top mesh weave.
10. The method of making a sandwich structured knitted upper having a hierarchical effect of claim 8, wherein the knitting machine is a flat weft knitting machine.
