Description

Knitted fabric with relief effect, vamp and manufacturing process of fabric
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of knitted fabrics, in particular to a knitted fabric with a relief effect, a vamp and a manufacturing process of the fabric.
Background
The embossed fabric has the advantages of strong stereoscopic impression and rich modeling, and is favored in the market to a certain extent.
For example, in the chinese patent publication No. CN104452018B, it discloses a relief fabric with light and shadow effect, which includes a ground weave and a jacquard weave; the jacquard weave is a hollow bag weave structure and comprises an upper layer fabric and a lower layer fabric which are separated from each other; the ground weave is a surface-to-inner layer changing weave structure used for connecting the upper layer fabric and the lower layer fabric of the jacquard weave; the surface and interior layer changing weave adopts a plain weave structure with a compact and smooth structure, and the hollow bag weave adopts a twill structure with a long floating length line, so that the jacquard fabric with strong body feeling and a relief effect can be well formed. The embossed fabric is woven fabric, and the air permeability is relatively poor.
Further, as the application publication No. CN109203618A, entitled "a method for preparing ultrasonic embossing three-dimensional knitted fabric", it discloses a method for making a relief fabric, which forms various three-dimensional patterns on the fabric by ultrasonic embossing. However, by adopting the embossing technology, the production cycle of the whole fabric is longer, the cost is higher, the material of the fabric is also greatly limited, and in addition, the change of the pattern needs to be realized by replacing a mold, so the cost is higher.
In addition, application publication No. CN111549434A entitled "manufacturing method of relief fabric, vamp and fabric" discloses a relief fabric, which includes a fabric body, the fabric body includes a first knitting area integrally knitted by knitting equipment, the first knitting area includes a first bottom layer and a first surface layer, the first surface layer includes a plurality of courses, the courses form a first relief pattern, a hollow hole is formed between adjacent first relief patterns, the courses include a plurality of first stitches arranged along the length direction of the courses, and the first stitches are connected on the first bottom layer in a stitch-over manner. The first embossment patterns in the embossment tissue fabric are woven on the first bottom layer, namely, the embossment tissue fabric only comprises the first bottom layer and the embossment patterns, the whole thickness of the fabric is thin, the structural stability is poor, the support performance is poor, the stereoscopic impression is lacked, the embossment patterns are rough, the fine and greasy feeling is lacked, the touch feeling is poor, and the visual effect is poor.
Accordingly, the present inventors have made extensive studies to solve the above problems and have made the present invention.
