本发明涉及热熔丝领域,更具体的说是涉及一种防潮热熔丝及其制备方法。
背景技术
热熔丝一般指聚酯和改性聚酯复合纺丝生产的低熔点纤维,可以在一般聚酯更低的温度下熔融和其他纤维粘合。
在热熔丝保存的时候往往为了防止黏连,会在熔丝表面包覆上蜡,但是蜡的包覆会影响到热熔丝的正常使用,在热熔丝使用的时候蜡本身不流动,不分解,会影响热熔丝的粘接强度,特别是聚酰胺材料容易吸水受潮,不易保存。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种包覆有凝胶的防潮热熔丝。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:

步骤a:将加入聚乙烯醇中加入氢氧化钠进行皂化,得的皂化聚乙烯醇;
步骤b:将皂化聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸钙、丙烯酸酰胺、氯化钠加入溶剂中进行搅拌充分混合成为悬浮液;
步骤c:将悬浮液中加入过硫酸铵并且在氮气保护下,保持搅拌,升温至170℃反应1~3小时得到防潮凝胶,之后将其在60℃下烘干至蜡状。
作为本发明的进一步改进,
所述步骤c中搅拌速率为25r/min。
本发明中防潮凝胶蜡的制备过程中,以丙烯酸钙和丙烯酸酰胺作为主要原料,其中的聚乙烯醇通过皂化形成形成悬浮液,作为反应的再提,过硫酸铵则作为引发剂使用,使用反应生成丙烯酸丙烯酰胺树脂,本发明中的树脂为一种复合共聚物,具有较好的吸水性能,和较低的软化点和熔点。
本发明制备的防潮凝胶蜡,其本体为丙烯酸丙烯酰胺树脂,具有较好的防潮性能,其自身基团与聚酰胺树脂相近,能够很好地保护热熔丝本身,并且其熔点较低,在加热保温的时候已经大部分软化,在80℃压烫的时候,已经能够流动,在压力作用下能够被挤压开,从而保证了热熔丝的正常粘合。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
防潮凝胶蜡的制备:
包括下述重量份组成:
丙烯酸钙:20份
丙烯酸酰胺:85份
过硫酸铵:2份
聚乙烯醇:2份
氯化钠:5份
水:100份
其制备方法为:
步骤a:将加入聚乙烯醇中加入氢氧化钠进行皂化,得的皂化聚乙烯醇;
步骤b:将皂化聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸钙、丙烯酸酰胺、氯化钠加入溶剂中进行搅拌充分混合成为悬浮液;
步骤c:将悬浮液中加入过硫酸铵并且在氮气保护下,保持搅拌,升温至170℃反应2小时得到防潮凝胶,之后将其在60℃下烘干后冷却至蜡状。
所述步骤c中搅拌速率为25r/min。
实施例二:
市购于韩国晓星公司的尼龙热熔丝,70D/10F,熔点为85℃的热熔丝,将热熔丝经过实施例一制备的防潮凝胶蜡之后,将其纺织成热熔布,其热熔布规格为孔径为1mm,取10cm*10cm的热熔布,先将热熔布加热至60℃,保温1~2min,之后将其置于两层市购于苏州海滨纺织有限公司的70D210T3分格尼龙布,升温至80℃,进行压烫。
对比例一:
市购于韩国晓星公司的尼龙热熔丝,70D/10F,熔点为85℃的热熔丝,将热熔丝经过实施例一制备的市购与苏州辰航精细化工有限公的PE蜡之后,将其纺织成热熔布,其热熔布规格为孔径为1mm,取10cm*10cm的热熔布,先将热熔布加热至60℃,保温1~2min,之后将其置于两层市购于苏州海滨纺织有限公司的70D210T3分格尼龙布,升温至80℃,进行压烫。
对比例二:购于韩国晓星公司的尼龙热熔丝,70D/10F,熔点为85℃的热熔丝,将其纺织成热熔布,其热熔布规格为孔径为1mm,取10cm*10cm的热熔布,先将热熔布加热至60℃,保温1~2min,之后将其置于两层市购于苏州海滨纺织有限公司的70D210T3分格尼龙布,升温至80℃,进行压烫。

通过上述实施例和对比例中,实施例二中,采用了本发明技术方案中自制的防潮凝胶蜡进行涂覆,在进行剥离强度测试的时候,其剥离强度明显大于涂覆PE蜡的热熔胶。
PE蜡作用一种市面上常见的蜡,能够对纤维的外表面形成保护作用,防止热熔丝纤维进行相互黏连,但是其结构相对稳定,作为普通的丝使用的时候,可以十分有效进行保护,但是在热熔丝上使用的时候,其在热熔丝压烫过程中不去除的话,会影响热熔丝的粘接本体与其他两层布匹的黏连,而本发明制备的防潮凝胶蜡,其本体为丙烯酸丙烯酰胺树脂,具有较好的防潮性能,其自身基团与聚酰胺树脂相近,能够很好地保护热熔丝本身,并且其熔点较低,在加热保温的时候已经大部分软化,在80℃压烫的时候,已经能够流动,在压力作用下能够被挤压开,从而保证了热熔丝的正常粘合。这一点可以从对比例二中可以看出,几乎和没有涂覆蜡的热熔丝的剥离强度接近。
