The PVC-O (biaxially oriented polyvinyl chloride) pipe is characterized in that molecules of a PVC material are rearranged at the glass transition temperature of the PVC material through biaxial stretching, so that the material (pipe wall) forms a net structure, brittle failure caused by micro cracks of a material body or scratches on the surface of the pipe wall can be borne, and the strength, toughness and anti-cracking performance of the pipe are remarkably improved. The film pasting device can be used for pasting the inner wall and the outer wall of the PVC-O pipe at the same time, can be used for effectively protecting the inner wall and the outer wall of the PVC-O pipe, is quick in film pasting process and effectively improves the film pasting efficiency. Before film sticking, a film blowing nozzle connected with a film blowing machine sprays an inner film and sticks the inner film to the outer wall of an inner hot air sleeve, when the film is stuck, a PVC-O pipe extends into an outer hot air sleeve, the inner hot air sleeve is positioned in the PVC-O pipe, an outer film is sprayed through the film blowing nozzle, hot air is introduced into the outer hot air sleeve and the inner hot air sleeve, and the inner film and the outer film are respectively tightly stuck to the inner wall and the outer wall of the PVC-O pipe under the expansion action of the hot air and the outer hot air sleeve and the inner hot air sleeve to finish film sticking operation.
Furthermore, the inner wall of one end of the outer hot air sleeve, which is far away from the mounting seat, is in a horn shape.

The method for fully coating and pasting the PVC-O pipe fitting has simple steps, can fully coat and paste the inner wall and the outer wall of the PVC-O pipe fitting by stretching in at one time, and has high film pasting efficiency and complete coating.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a PVC-O pipe fitting fully-wrapping film-sticking device includes: the plurality of film sticking assemblies 10 are consistent in extending direction and the plurality of film sticking assemblies 10 are evenly arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction. In the embodiment, the number of the film sticking assemblies 10 is 5, and 5 film sticking assemblies 10 are arranged in a ring shape and are uniformly spaced. s5: the finished PVC-O tubing 40 is withdrawn from the outer hot gas jacket 12.
