In the rinsing chamber 40, the pre-rinsing water pump 411 and the first main rinsing water pump 421 are used for pre-rinsing and first rinsing, respectively, so that different spraying pressures can be provided, and the pressure range of rinsing is more flexible. The rinsing liquid is deionized water.

The pre-rinsing water pump 411 is provided with a third filter device at a pump inlet, the first main rinsing water pump 421 is provided with a fourth filter device at a pump inlet, the second main rinsing water pump 431 is provided with a fifth filter device at a pump inlet, the filter precision of the fourth filter device is higher than the filter precision of the third filter device by a second preset value, and the filter precision of the fifth filter device is higher than the filter precision of the fourth filter device by a third preset value. The impurities in the first rinsing liquid tank 120 may be filtered by the third filtering device and the fourth filtering device, the second preset value may be 0.02mm, the filtering accuracy of the third filtering device may be 0.22mm, the filtering accuracy of the fourth filtering device may be 0.20mm, the third preset value may be 0.02mm, and the filtering accuracy of the fifth filtering device may be 0.18 mm.

In one possible embodiment, the pump inlet of the spray water pump is provided with a seventh filter device, the filter fineness of which can be 0.16 mm. As shown in fig. 4, the deionized water tank 140 is disposed at a higher position than the second rinse solution tank 130, the second rinse solution tank 130 is positioned higher than the first rinse solution tank 120, the ion water tank is pipe-connected to the second rinse solution tank 130 through a first overflow pipe, the second rinse solution tank 130 is pipe-connected to the first rinse solution tank 120 through a second overflow pipe, when the amount of water and the pressure of water in the ionized water tank reach preset values, the ionized water in the ionized water tank flows into the second rinsing liquid tank 130 from the first overflow pipe, when the water volume and the water pressure of the second rinse solution tank 130 reach preset values, the ionized water in the second rinse solution tank 130 flows into the first rinse solution tank 120 through the second overflow pipe, so that the ions are used as the rinse solution in a multi-stage overflow manner, and the usage amount of deionized water is saved.
The wind cutting chamber 60 comprises a first wind cutting chamber 61 and a second wind cutting chamber 62, the first wind cutting chamber 61 comprises a second high-pressure fan, an output port of the second high-pressure fan is connected with a second wind knife pipeline, high-pressure air generated by the second high-pressure fan generates an air curtain (also called an air knife) through the second wind knife pipeline, and rinsing liquid (deionized water) on the PCBA plate is blown off. The second wind cutting chamber 62 includes a third high-pressure fan, an output port of the third high-pressure fan is connected to a third wind knife pipeline, and high-pressure air generated by the third high-pressure fan generates an air curtain through the third wind knife pipeline.
The hot air chamber 70 comprises an air heater, the heating power of the air heater is 15KW, hot air generated by the air heater circulates in the hot air chamber 70 to heat and convectively dry the PCBA, so that the PCBA is dried quickly and stably.
The invention can be used for cleaning assembly parts and semiconductor soldering flux residues in the electronic industry, and a water-based cleaning machine is used for spraying and cleaning, so that pollutants such as soldering flux residues, solder balls, soldering paste, dust, impurity oil stains and the like on the surface can be removed. The deionized water is used for rinsing, so that the product reaches 100% cleanliness, has no potential safety hazard, and is harmless to human bodies and the environment.

Claims (10)

1. A PCBA cleaning machine, comprising: the system comprises a plate inlet, a chemical cleaning chamber, a chemical isolation chamber, a rinsing chamber, a spraying chamber, a wind cutting chamber, a hot air chamber, a plate outlet, a wet-type mesh conveyor belt and a dry-type mesh conveyor belt;
the plate inlet is connected with an inlet of the chemical cleaning chamber, an outlet of the chemical cleaning chamber is connected with an inlet of the chemical isolation chamber, an outlet of the chemical isolation chamber is connected with an inlet of the rinsing chamber, and an outlet of the rinsing chamber is connected with an inlet of the spray chamber to form a horizontally through first conveying channel;
the outlet of the spray chamber is connected with the inlet of the air cutting chamber, the outlet of the air cutting chamber is connected with the inlet of the hot air chamber, and the outlet of the hot air chamber is connected with the plate outlet to form a second horizontally-through conveying channel;
the wet mesh conveyor belt and the dry mesh conveyor belt are arranged at a right angle in the horizontal direction, a first end of the wet mesh conveyor belt is positioned at the plate inlet, a second end of the wet mesh conveyor belt and the first end of the dry mesh conveyor belt are arranged at an interval, and a second end of the dry mesh conveyor belt is positioned at the plate outlet;
the wet mesh conveyor belt runs on the first conveying channel, and the dry mesh conveyor belt runs on the second conveying channel.

The PCBA cleaning machine as recited in claim 1, wherein the chemical cleaning chamber comprises a pre-cleaning chamber and a main cleaning chamber, the pre-cleaning chamber and the main cleaning chamber share a cleaning liquid tank, a pre-cleaning water pump is correspondingly arranged in the pre-cleaning chamber, pump outlets of the pre-cleaning water pump are connected with a first preset number of pre-cleaning spray pipes in the pre-cleaning chamber, a main cleaning water pump is correspondingly arranged in the main cleaning chamber, pump outlets of the main cleaning water pump are connected with a second preset number of main cleaning spray pipes in the main cleaning chamber, and the second preset number is larger than the first preset number.
3. The PCBA washer according to claim 2, wherein the pump inlet of the pre-wash water pump is provided with a first filter device, and the pump inlet of the main wash water pump is provided with a second filter device, the second filter device having a filter fineness higher than the filter fineness of the first filter device by a first predetermined value.
4. A PCBA washer according to claim 3, wherein a washer fluid heating means and a washer fluid temperature monitoring means are provided in the washer fluid tank.

The PCBA cleaning machine as recited in claim 4, wherein the rinsing chamber comprises a pre-rinsing chamber and a first main rinsing chamber and a second main rinsing chamber, the pre-rinsing chamber and the main rinsing chamber share a first rinsing liquid tank, the second main rinsing chamber uses a second rinsing liquid tank alone, a pre-rinsing water pump is correspondingly disposed in the pre-rinsing chamber, a pump outlet of the pre-rinsing water pump is connected with a third preset number of pre-rinsing spray pipes in the pre-rinsing chamber, a first main rinsing water pump is correspondingly disposed in the first main rinsing chamber, a pump outlet of the first main rinsing water pump is connected with a fourth preset number of first main rinsing spray pipes in the first main rinsing chamber, a second main rinsing water pump is correspondingly disposed in the second main rinsing chamber, a pump outlet of the second main rinsing water pump is connected with a fifth preset number of second main rinsing spray pipes in the second main rinsing chamber, the fourth preset number is larger than the third preset number, and the fifth preset number is larger than the second preset number and smaller than the fourth preset number.
6. The PCBA cleaning machine as recited in claim 5, wherein the pump inlet of the pre-rinse water pump is provided with a third filter device, the pump inlet of the first main rinse water pump is provided with a fourth filter device, the pump inlet of the second main rinse water pump is provided with a fifth filter device, the filter fineness of the fourth filter device is higher than the filter fineness of the third filter device by a second preset value, and the filter fineness of the fifth filter device is higher than the filter fineness of the fourth filter device by a third preset value.
7. The PCBA cleaning machine as recited in claim 6, wherein a first rinse liquid heating device and a first rinse liquid temperature monitoring device are disposed in the first rinse liquid tank, and a second rinse liquid heating device and a second rinse liquid temperature monitoring device are disposed in the second rinse liquid tank.
8. The PCBA cleaning machine as recited in claim 7 wherein the first and second rinse tanks are adapted to contain deionized water, the first rinse tank having a first resistivity monitoring device disposed therein, the second rinse tank having a second resistivity monitoring device disposed therein.
9. The PCBA washer as recited in claim 8, wherein the chemical isolation chamber includes a cold isolation chamber and a thermal isolation chamber, an inlet of the thermal isolation chamber being connected to the main wash chamber outlet, an outlet of the thermal isolation chamber being connected to the inlet of the cold isolation chamber, and an outlet of the cold isolation chamber being connected to the inlet of the pre-rinse chamber.
10. The PCBA cleaning machine of claim 9, wherein the thermally isolated chamber shares a cleaning fluid tank with the chemical cleaning chamber, and the cold isolated chamber uses a waste fluid collection tank alone.
