the third spring (72) is sleeved between the containing frame (71) and the fourth sliding rail (70);
a contact plate (73) which is connected to the base plate (1) in a sliding manner;
a material clamping plate (74) which is connected on the blanking frame (23) in a sliding way, and the material clamping plate (74) at the front side is connected with the contact plate (73);
a fixing rod (75) connected to the base plate (1);
the rotating plate (76) is rotatably connected to the fixing rod (75), the rotating plate (76) is in contact fit with the contact plate (73), and the rotating plate (76) is in sliding connection with the material clamping plate (74) on the rear side;
and a torsion spring (77) connected between the rotating plate (76) and the fixing lever (75).

a fourth spring (82) connected between the rack plate (67) and the blanking frame (23);
a second fixed block (83) connected to the rack plate (67);
the sliding plate (84) is connected to the blanking frame (23) in a sliding manner, and the sliding plate (84) is in contact fit with the second fixing block (83);
and a fifth spring (85) connected between the slide plate (84) and the blanking frame (23).
