and a ball valve (1204), wherein the ball valve (1204) is rotatably arranged at the upper part of one side of the water pipe (1203).

the support rods (1301) are arranged at the lower part of one side of the placing plate (6) and one side of the bottom of the storage frame (83);
the baffle plates (1302) are rotatably arranged on the support rods (1301);
torsion springs (1303) are arranged between two sides of the outer side of the baffle plate (1302) and the support rods (1301) on the same side.
