and 5: aligning a high-temperature-resistant telescopic pipe (35) at one side of a stirring box (29) to a cutting seam, opening a sealing valve (34) inside a feeding port (32) at one side of the high-temperature-resistant telescopic pipe (35) and a booster pump (26) above a groove cutting box (1), enabling the booster pump (26) to work for pressurizing the inside of the stirring box (29), extruding seam filling materials from the high-temperature-resistant telescopic pipe (35) and simultaneously entering the cutting seam, holding a second anti-skidding handle (30) on the stirring box (29) by hand, pushing the stirring box (29) until the cutting seam is filled with the seam filling materials, and finally closing the sealing valve (34) inside a discharging port (33) at one side of the stirring box (29) and all electric appliances.
