技术领域
本发明涉及织物染色技术领域,具体涉及一种锦纶织物短流程低温染色工艺。
背景技术
锦纶织物是指用织针将纱线构成线圈,再把线圈相互串套而成的织物,分为纬编和经编两大类,广泛应用于生产、生活的方方面面。锦纶织物在针织机上的纺织过程可以分为三个阶段:给纱、成圈、卷取。
在针织品半连续CPB染色工艺中同样存在着优缺点。优点:此方法耗能低,设备占用空间小;用此方法染色后织物没有起毛现象;批量大小灵活。不足之处:此方法依旧不能进行连续生产,固色所需时间较长,在浸轧过程中织物张力不均匀;从实验室到实际生产的转变较困难;存在批次色差问题;使用大量硅油是不利的。
借鉴机织物连续染色的经验,并将之用于锦纶织物。用活性染料对棉及其与弹性纤维混纺锦纶织物进行连续染色的客观要求包括:织物张力较小;外观性能好(无起毛现象);手感较好;耗水量少;化学物料消耗少(如盐类);处理时间较短;能耗小;实验室配色迅速;重现性好;成本较低。并需要考虑到以下3点:被染锦纶织物必须恰当处理以适于连续的处理;连续染色设备必须特别地适合于加工工艺和纺织材料。对于含弹性纤维的锦纶织物在染色前必须进行预定形以确保织物质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种锦纶织物短流程低温染色工艺,解决了锦纶织物染色时间长、耗水量大以及成本高的问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种锦纶织物短流程低温染色工艺,包括配料、染色以及清洗,包括如下步骤:
S1配料:将锦纶织物和水按照1:5-7的浴比放入染色机中;
S2染色:将染色机升温至38-42℃后,加入染料和染料助剂走匀后调节PH至设定值,升温至60-65℃运转5-8min,以第一升温速率升温至90-95℃,保温10-15min,再以第二升温速率升温至105-110℃保温40-50min;
S3净洗:放出S2步骤中染色机中的残液,加入净洗剂和助剂,再按照1:12-15的浴比加入水,在60-65℃下运转10-20min;
S4清洗:放出S3步骤中染色机中的残液,再按照1:12-15的浴比加入水清洗2-3次,得到锦纶织物染色制品。
在锦纶织物短流程低温染色工艺中,步骤简单,工艺周期短,且配料、染色、净洗和清洗过程中浴比小,耗水量少,能源浪费少;在染色升温过生中先升温加入染料以及染料助剂之后调节pH值,温度略高能利于染料和染料助剂混合均匀,且染料和染料助剂在此温度下不会快速染色,之后再升温染色,染色均匀,利于上色,最后升温保温固色,对锦纶织物的上色快、上色均匀,染料不易脱落。

染料助剂中加入匀染剂以及粘稠剂等物质,利于锦纶织物上色,且上色均匀,染料不易洗落,所用染料助剂的成本低,后期易于去除。

进一步地,所述S3步骤中净洗剂为非离子型表面活性剂;所述净洗助剂为磷酸钠、保险粉和三乙醇胺的至少两种。净洗剂可除去残留的染料助剂且对染料几乎无影响,易于清洗残留量少。
进一步地,所述S2步骤中染料助剂的添加量为8-10g/L;所述S3步骤中净洗剂的添加量为10-15g/L,净洗助剂的添加量为5-8g/L。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.在锦纶织物短流程低温染色工艺中,步骤简单,工艺周期短,且配料、染色、净洗和清洗过程中浴比小,耗水量少,能源浪费少;防止了色花及提高了色相的稳定性,并且整个工艺过程方便易控;
2.在染色升温过程中先升温加入染料以及染料助剂之后调节pH值,温度略高能利于染料和染料助剂混合均匀,且染料和染料助剂在此温度下不会快速染色,之后再升温染色,染色均匀,利于上色,最后升温保温固色,对锦纶织物的上色快、上色均匀,染料不易脱落;
3.染料助剂中加入匀染剂以及粘稠剂等物质,利于锦纶织物上色,且上色均匀,染料不易洗落,所用染料助剂的成本低,后期易于去除;将pH调节在3.5-4.0范围内,染色快且均匀;净洗剂可除去残留的染料助剂且对染料几乎无影响,易于清洗残留量少。

一种锦纶织物短流程低温染色工艺,包括配料、染色以及清洗,包括如下步骤:

S2染色:将染色机升温至38℃后,加入染料和染料助剂走匀后调节PH至设定值,升温至60℃运转8min,以第一升温速率升温至90℃,保温15min,再以第二升温速率升温至105℃保温50min;

4,4’-双氯甲基联苯 2-5份;
1,3-双[3-(二甲胺基)丙基]脲 2-4份;
油酸 2-5份;
海藻酸丙二醇酯 10-13份;
双氰胺 5-8份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种锦纶织物短流程低温染色工艺,其特征在于,所述S2步骤中染料助剂由如下重量份组成:
聚乙二醇单油酸酯磺酸钠 43份;
4,4’-双氯甲基联苯 4份;
1,3-双[3-(二甲胺基)丙基]脲 3份;
油酸 3份;
海藻酸丙二醇酯 12份;
双氰胺 6份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种锦纶织物短流程低温染色工艺,其特征在于,所述染料和染料助剂的重量比为6-7:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种锦纶织物短流程低温染色工艺,其特征在于,所述S2步骤中第一升温速率为1℃/min,第二升温速率为0.2℃/min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种锦纶织物短流程低温染色工艺,其特征在于,所述S2步骤中pH值采用醋酸钠或质量浓度为98%的醋酸调节。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述的一种锦纶织物短流程低温染色工艺,其特征在于,所述S2步骤中pH的设定值为为3.5-4.0。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种锦纶织物短流程低温染色工艺,其特征在于,所述S3步骤中净洗剂为非离子型表面活性剂;所述净洗助剂为磷酸钠、保险粉和三乙醇胺的至少两种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种锦纶织物短流程低温染色工艺,其特征在于,所述S2步骤中染料助剂的添加量为8-10g/L;所述S3步骤中净洗剂的添加量为10-15g/L,净洗助剂的添加量为5-8g/L。
