Example 1
According to an embodiment of the invention, a cooking appliance is provided. Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the cooking appliance including: the pot comprises a pot body, a pot cover and a plurality of function keys.
Wherein, the pot cover is covered on the pot body; a plurality of function keys set up on the pot body or pot cover, include: at least one first key 11, the first key 11 corresponds to a plurality of cooking functions, and the cooking conditions corresponding to the plurality of cooking functions are different. Further comprises: at least one second key 12, the second key 12 corresponding to a cooking function. Only one first key 11 and one second key 12 are shown in fig. 1.
Specifically, the cooking appliance may be an electric pressure cooker, an electric rice cooker, a cooking machine, etc., and in this embodiment, the electric pressure cooker is taken as an example for a detailed description. The function keys may be mechanical keys or touch keys on the operation panel. In the embodiment of the application, the cooking condition may be a state of opening and closing the cover, and whether the cover is in the opened or closed state may be determined by detecting the opened or closed state, and the cooking function corresponding to the opened state is different from the cooking function corresponding to the closed state, for example, the opened state corresponds to a frying or baking function and the closed state corresponds to a baking function.
By analyzing all cooking functions of the electric pressure cooker, it is known that cooking conditions of some cooking functions are different, for example, a frying or baking function requires opening a cooker cover; the baking function needs to be pressed upwards, and the upper cover must be locked. For another example, the lid opening and juice collecting function also requires opening the lid. On this basis, in order to save the size of the operation panel, a plurality of cooking functions may be integrated on one first key 11, for example, as shown in fig. 2, a grill function may be integrated on one first key 11; the uncapping and juice collecting functions are integrated on a start button.
According to the embodiment of the application, the plurality of cooking functions corresponding to different cooking conditions are integrated on one function key, and the function keys are not required to be arranged for each cooking function, so that the number of the operation keys arranged on the operation panel is reduced, the technical effects of saving the size of the operation panel and reducing the cost are realized, and the technical problems of larger size and higher cost of the operation panel caused by more menus of the cooking appliance in the related art are solved.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the cooking appliance further includes: a detection device 20 and a controller 30.
Wherein the detecting device 20 is arranged on the pot body or the pot cover and is used for detecting the current cooking condition of the cooking utensil; the controller 30 is connected with the detecting device 20 and the plurality of function keys, and is used for controlling the cooking appliance to execute the cooking function corresponding to the current cooking condition in the plurality of cooking functions when the first key 11 is triggered; in case the second key 12 is activated, the cooking appliance is controlled to perform the cooking function.
Specifically, the controller may be a main control chip of the cooking appliance, for example, a single chip microcomputer, a field programmable gate array, etc., which is not particularly limited in the present application.
In an alternative scheme, when a user needs to cook, the user can press a function key containing a corresponding cooking function according to the cooking requirement, after the user presses the function key, if the function key is the second key 12, the function key only contains one cooking function, it is determined that the user needs to execute the cooking function, and the cooking appliance is directly controlled to execute the cooking function; if the function key is the first key 11, the function key comprises a plurality of cooking functions, which cooking function needs to be executed by a user is further determined according to the cooking conditions, and the cooking appliance is controlled to execute the corresponding cooking function, so that the aim of accurately controlling the cooking appliance to execute the cooking operation is fulfilled according to different function keys and the current cooking conditions of the cooking appliance.
For example, when the user presses the "half-way add" button, since the button includes only one half-way add function, the function can be directly executed. When the user presses the "fry-roast" button, because the button includes a fry-fry or roast function and a roast function, further by judging the current cooking condition, if it is determined that the user selects the fry-fry or roast function, the fry-select and roast cooking can be performed.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the detection device 20 includes: a signal detection device 21.
The signal detection device 21 is arranged on the pot body or the pot cover and is used for detecting a cover opening and closing signal of the cooking utensil; the controller 30 is connected to the signal detecting device 21, and is configured to determine a current state of the pot cover based on the cover opening/closing signal, where the current state includes: the cooking function corresponding to the cover opening state is different from the cooking function corresponding to the cover closing state.
Specifically, the signal detecting device 21 may be a cover opening/closing signal detecting device of the cooking appliance, for example, a micro switch, a reed switch, a hall device, etc., but not limited thereto, and may be any other device capable of detecting the cover opening/closing state. The cover opening and closing signal can be a signal generated when a user is detected to open or close the cooker cover, or can be a signal generated when the cover is detected to be buckled or not buckled with the locking teeth of the cooker body, wherein the cover closing signal is generated when the user is detected to close the cooker cover or the locking teeth are buckled; and when detecting that the pot cover is opened or the locking teeth are not buckled by a user, generating an uncovering signal. By integrating the cooking function corresponding to the cover opening state and the cooking function corresponding to the cover closing state on one function key, the opening and closing state can be detected through the signal detection device arranged on the cooking appliance, so that the cooking appliance can be controlled to execute different cooking functions corresponding to the opening and closing state, the detection device is not required to be additionally arranged, and the cost is further reduced.
After the user presses the first key 11, the cooking appliance obtains a cover opening and closing signal of the cooker cover through the signal detection device 21, determines the current state of the cooker cover based on the cover opening and closing signal, and can determine that the cooker cover is opened by the user when the cover opening signal is received; when the cover closing signal is received, it can be determined that the user closes the cover, and further corresponding cooking procedures are performed. For example, after the user selects the frying, baking and roasting function, the user presses the start button, and the corresponding cooking function is executed according to the open/close state of the pot cover. Because the user is required to open the upper cover during frying, baking and cooking; when the same is done, the user is required to lock the upper cover. Therefore, after cooking is started, detecting the open-close state of the pot cover, and executing the frying or baking function when the pot cover is in the cover-opening state; when the pot cover is in the cover closing state, the baking function is executed.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the cooking appliance further includes: a temperature sensor 40.
Wherein, the temperature sensor 40 is arranged in the pot body and is used for detecting the current temperature of the pot body; the controller 30 is connected to the temperature sensor 40, and is configured to determine whether the current temperature reaches a preset temperature corresponding to the current state in a process of controlling the cooking appliance to perform a cooking function corresponding to the current state, and if the current temperature reaches the preset temperature, detect that the current temperature reaches the preset temperature corresponding to the open-close state, and control the cooking appliance to stop the cooking operation.
It should be noted that, during the process of using the electric pressure cooker, the user may easily perform an erroneous operation, for example, the user puts oil, intends to perform a frying or baking function, and as a result, the cover is closed, and the baking function is actually performed. For another example, a baking function is intended, as a result of which the lid is opened, and the frying or baking function is actually performed. According to the food materials and the corresponding cooking functions, temperature protection control can be added in the cooking process, misoperation of a user is prevented, and potential safety hazards are avoided.
Aiming at the frying, baking and baking functions, when the food material is oil, the temperature of the top part rises slowly and the temperature of the bottom part rises very high according to the characteristics of the oil; when the food material is a food material baked without water, such as meat, the temperature rise at the top and bottom is relatively linear, as can be seen from the characteristics of the meat food material. Therefore, in the process of executing the frying or baking function, when the temperature rise change accords with the linear change, the user is determined to need to execute the baking function, and the frying or baking function is stopped. In the process of executing the baking function, when the temperature rise change accords with the slow change of the top and the fast change of the bottom, the user is determined to need to execute the frying or baking function, and the baking function is stopped.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, the temperature sensor 40 includes: a first temperature sensor 41.
Wherein, the first temperature sensor 41 is arranged at the top of the pot body and is used for detecting the temperature of the top of the pot body; the controller 30 is connected to the first temperature sensor 41 for judging whether the top temperature reaches a first preset temperature in the process of controlling the cooking appliance to perform the cooking function corresponding to the opened state, and controlling the cooking appliance to stop the cooking operation if the top temperature reaches the first preset temperature.
Aiming at the uncapping state, through the temperature sensor arranged at the top of the pot body, misoperation that a user does not uncap after selecting a cooking function can be avoided. Specifically, the frying or baking function does not need to be pressed up, and the top temperature is not higher than the boiling point temperature, and in this embodiment, the first preset temperature may refer to the boiling point temperature at normal altitude, for example, may be 90-100 ℃. Therefore, the heating can be stopped when the top temperature is higher than the boiling point temperature, and even if misoperation occurs to a user, the anhydrous baked food material is put in, the food material is not cooked, and other conditions cannot occur.
In an alternative embodiment, the top temperature may be collected in real time through the first temperature sensor 41 during the frying or baking function of the cooking appliance, and when the detected top temperature reaches 100 ℃, it is determined that the user performs an incorrect operation, and the continuous cooking is stopped. In a second alternative embodiment, the top temperature may be collected in real time through the first temperature sensor 41 during the frying or baking function of the cooking appliance, and when the top temperature is detected to reach 90 ℃, it is determined that the user performs an incorrect operation, and the continuous cooking is stopped. In a third alternative embodiment, the top temperature may be collected in real time by the first temperature sensor 41 during the frying or baking function of the cooking appliance, and when the top temperature is detected to reach 98 ℃, it is determined that the user performs an incorrect operation, and the continuous cooking is stopped.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the temperature sensor 40 includes: a first temperature sensor 41 and a second temperature sensor 42.
Wherein, the first temperature sensor 41 is arranged at the top of the pot body and is used for detecting the temperature of the top of the pot body; the second temperature sensor 42 is arranged at the bottom of the pot body and is used for detecting the bottom temperature of the pot body; the controller 30 is connected to the first temperature sensor 41 and the second temperature sensor 42, and is configured to determine whether the top temperature reaches a second preset temperature or whether the bottom temperature reaches a third preset temperature in a process of controlling the cooking appliance to perform the cooking function corresponding to the closed-cover state, and if the top temperature reaches the second preset temperature or the bottom temperature reaches the third preset temperature, control the cooking appliance to stop the cooking operation.
Aiming at the closing cover state, through the temperature sensors arranged at the top and the bottom of the pot body, misoperation that a user does not cover after selecting a cooking function can be avoided. Specifically, the baking function is pressed upwards, the top temperature exceeds the boiling point temperature but does not exceed the third preset temperature, the bottom temperature and the top temperature linearly change, and the bottom temperature does not rise to the frying and baking temperature. In this embodiment, the second preset temperature may refer to an upper pressure temperature of the electric pressure cooker, for example, may be 108-110 ℃; the frying and baking temperature set by the electric pressure cooker can be 140-150 ℃; the third preset temperature is far less than the frying temperature and the baking temperature and can be 120-130 ℃. Therefore, the top temperature can be set to reach the second preset temperature, or the bottom temperature can be set to reach the third preset temperature, so that even if a user performs misoperation, the oil can not be excessively high, and other conditions can not occur.
In an alternative embodiment, during the process of executing the baking function of the cooking appliance, the top temperature may be collected in real time through the first temperature sensor 41, and the bottom temperature may be collected in real time through the second temperature sensor 42, and when the detected top temperature is less than 108 ℃, the bottom temperature reaches 120 ℃, it is determined that a user has a misoperation, and the continuous cooking is stopped. In a second alternative embodiment, during the process of executing the baking function of the cooking appliance, the top temperature may be collected in real time through the first temperature sensor 41, and the bottom temperature may be collected in real time through the second temperature sensor 42, and when the top temperature is detected to reach 108 ℃, the bottom temperature is less than 125 ℃, it is determined that the user performs an incorrect operation, and the continuous cooking is stopped. In a third alternative embodiment, during the process of executing the baking function of the cooking appliance, the top temperature may be collected in real time through the first temperature sensor 41, and the bottom temperature may be collected in real time through the second temperature sensor 42, and when the top temperature is detected to reach 110 ℃, the bottom temperature reaches 130 ℃, it is determined that a user performs an incorrect operation, and the continuous cooking is stopped.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the cooking appliance further includes: an alarm device 50.
The alarm device 50 is disposed on the pot body or the pot body, and is connected to the controller 30, and is configured to output alarm information when the current temperature reaches a preset temperature.
After the misoperation of the user is determined, the alarm device alarms, so that the user is timely reminded of the current operation error and needs to execute the correct operation, and the potential safety hazard is avoided. Under the condition that the user puts in the oil result and closes the upper cover, when the temperature rise accords with the change of slow top and fast bottom, a prompt can be sent out to remind the user to open the pot cover. Under the condition that the upper cover is opened as a result of putting meat into the meat container by a user, when the temperature rise accords with the linear change of the top and the bottom, a prompt can be sent to remind the user to close the cover.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the alarm device 50 includes at least one of: a display device 51 and a buzzer 52.
Wherein, the display device 51 is used for displaying error information when the temperature reaches a preset temperature; the buzzer 52 is used to operate when the temperature reaches a preset temperature.
In the present embodiment, the alarm device 50 is described by taking an example in which the alarm device includes a display device 51 and a buzzer 52. Specifically, the display device 51 may be a general touch display screen, and the error information may be determined according to a predetermined setting, for example, may be an error code E2. When the user operation error is determined, an error code (for example, a display code E2) may be displayed on the display screen, and at the same time, the buzzer sounds, so that the user is timely reminded to perform the correct operation.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the cooking appliance further includes: a plurality of indicator lights 60.
The plurality of indicator lamps 60 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of function keys, and each indicator lamp 60 is used for emitting light when the corresponding function key of each indicator lamp 60 is triggered.
After the user selects the cooking function, the user is informed of the selection of the cooking function by lighting the indication lamp 60, so that the user can conveniently operate the cooking appliance. Specifically, the setting position of the indicator lamp 60 may be determined according to the position of the function keys on the operation panel, for example, the indicator lamp 60 set beside each function key.
Based on the above-mentioned cooking appliance, a cooking process for performing the frying, baking and roasting functions is described in detail, as shown in fig. 5, and the implementation flow is as follows: the user selects the frying, baking and baking functions, the indicator lights are turned on, and corresponding cooking programs are executed according to the opening and closing states of the cover. Alternatively, the method may be applied to the cooking appliance in the foregoing embodiment 1, and specific implementation steps may be executed by a controller in the cooking appliance, and related descriptions in the preferred embodiment in this embodiment are the same in embodiment 1, and are not repeated here.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a control method of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the method including the steps of:
step S602, after detecting that the function key is triggered, judging whether the function key is the first key 11;
step S604, if the function key is the first key 11, acquiring the current cooking condition of the cooking appliance, and controlling the cooking appliance to execute the cooking function corresponding to the current cooking condition in the plurality of cooking functions;
in step S606, if the function key is the second key 12, the cooking appliance is controlled to perform the cooking function.
Specifically, the cooking appliance may be an electric pressure cooker, an electric rice cooker, a cooking machine, etc., and in this embodiment, the electric pressure cooker is taken as an example for a detailed description. The function keys may be mechanical keys or touch keys on the operation panel.
In the embodiment of the application, the current cooking condition may be a cover opening/closing state, and whether the pot cover is in the cover opening state or the cover closing state may be determined by detecting the cover opening/closing state, and the cooking function corresponding to the cover opening state is different from the cooking function corresponding to the cover closing state, for example, the cover opening state corresponds to a frying or baking function, and the cover closing state corresponds to a baking function.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the plurality of cooking functions corresponding to different cooking conditions are integrated on one function key, and the function keys are not required to be arranged for each cooking function, so that the number of the operation keys arranged on the operation panel is reduced, the technical effects of saving the size of the operation panel and reducing the cost are realized, and the technical problems of larger size and higher cost of the operation panel caused by more menus of the cooking appliance in the related art are solved.
Optionally, acquiring the current cooking condition of the cooking appliance, and controlling the cooking appliance to execute a cooking function corresponding to the current cooking condition of the plurality of cooking functions, including: acquiring a cover opening and closing signal of the cooking utensil; determining a current state of the pot cover based on the cover opening and closing signal, wherein the current state comprises: the cooking device comprises a cover opening state and a cover closing state, wherein the cooking function corresponding to the cover opening state is different from the cooking function corresponding to the cover closing state; and controlling the cooking appliance to execute the cooking function corresponding to the current state.
Specifically, the above-mentioned cover opening/closing signal may be generated by the signal detecting device 21 in embodiment 1, and the cover opening/closing signal may be a signal generated when detecting that the user opens or closes the pot cover, or may be a signal generated when detecting that the pot cover is buckled or not buckled with the lock teeth of the pot body, where the cover closing signal is generated when detecting that the user closes the pot cover or locks the lock teeth; and when detecting that the pot cover is opened or the locking teeth are not buckled by a user, generating an uncovering signal.
Optionally, in the process of controlling the cooking appliance to execute the cooking function corresponding to the current state, the method further includes: acquiring the current temperature of the pot body; judging whether the current temperature reaches a preset temperature corresponding to the current state; and if the current temperature reaches the preset temperature, controlling the cooking appliance to stop the cooking operation.
Optionally, in the process of controlling the cooking appliance to execute the cooking function corresponding to the uncapping state, the method further includes: acquiring the top temperature of the pot body; judging whether the top temperature reaches a first preset temperature or not; and if the top temperature reaches the first preset temperature, controlling the cooking appliance to stop the cooking operation.
Aiming at the uncapping state, the temperature sensor arranged at the top of the pot body is used for collecting the top temperature, so that misoperation that a user does not uncap after selecting a cooking function can be avoided.
Optionally, in the process of controlling the cooking appliance to execute the cooking function corresponding to the closed cover state, the method further includes: acquiring the top temperature and the bottom temperature of the pot body; judging whether the top temperature reaches a second preset temperature or whether the bottom temperature reaches a third preset temperature; and if the top temperature reaches the second preset temperature or the bottom temperature reaches the third preset temperature, controlling the cooking appliance to stop the cooking operation.
Aiming at the closing cover state, the temperature sensors arranged at the top and the bottom of the pot body are used for respectively collecting the top temperature and the bottom temperature, so that misoperation that a user does not cover after selecting a cooking function can be avoided.
Alternatively, the alarm device 50 is controlled to output alarm information after the current temperature reaches a preset temperature.
Optionally, after detecting that the function key is triggered, the indicator lamp 60 corresponding to the function key is controlled to emit light.
