2) dyeing: sequentially carrying out desizing, front flame singeing, 145-155g/L caustic soda flake mercerizing, dyeing and softening treatment on the fabric woven in the step 1) to obtain a dyed fabric, wherein cold batch desizing is adopted for desizing, and washing is carried out at 94-96 ℃;
3) non-ironing treatment: shaping the dyed fabric in the step 2) through a shaping machine, carrying out non-ironing treatment, pressing a non-ironing auxiliary agent on dry cloth of the shaping machine in a soaking way, wherein the mangle expression is 79-81%, the drying temperature is 110 ℃, the dry cloth is in a semi-drying state, and after placing for 24 hours and fully crosslinking, baking at 180 ℃ for 60 seconds to obtain cotton non-ironing finishing crease-resistant fabric;
4) cutting and sewing: cutting the cotton non-ironing finishing crease-resistant fabric according to the sample plate, reasonably arranging the fabric during cutting to ensure that the utilization rate of the fabric is over 90 percent, sewing the fabric into casual pants by using sewing equipment after cutting, wherein the sewing thread is crease-resistant thread, and the seams of the pants adopt a parting process;
5) and (4) checking: and (5) inspecting the casual pants sewn in the step 5) to obtain the non-ironing casual pants.
5. The method for producing easy-care casual pants as claimed in claim 4, wherein the weave of the woven cloth in step 1) is twill weave, and the woven cloth is woven in a 230 air jet loom in full width at a rotation speed of 550 rpm.
6. The method for producing easy-care casual pants as claimed in claim 4, wherein the dyeing in step 2) is carried out by dyeing the polyester with disperse dye at 125 ℃ on a long vehicle and dyeing cotton for 24 hours by reactive cold dyeing.

The method for producing easy-care casual pants as claimed in claim 4, wherein the easy-care assistant of step 3) comprises the following components by weight: 30-50g/L of water-based non-ironing finishing agent, 20-40g/L of fiber protective agent, 10-30g/L of soft sheet, 5-15g/L of silicone oil, 5-15g/L of catalyst magnesium chloride and 0.5-2g/L of catalyst.
8. The method for producing easy-care casual pants as claimed in claim 4 or 7, wherein the easy-care assistant of step 3) comprises the following components by weight: 40g/L of water-based non-ironing finishing agent, 30g/L of fiber protective agent, 20g/L of film, 10g/L of silicone oil, 10g/L of magnesium chloride serving as a catalyst and 1g/L of catalyst.
9. The method for producing easy-care casual pants as claimed in claim 7 or 8, wherein the pH of the easy-care assistant in step 3) is adjusted to 4.5-5 before use.
10. The method for producing easy-care casual pants as claimed in claim 4, wherein the crease lines in step 5) are 50S terylene crease lines.
