Abstract
The invention discloses an eye cleaning solution and a preparation method thereof, wherein the eye cleaning solution is prepared from the following raw materials: the eye mask comprises sodium hyaluronate, polyethylene glycol, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, ethylene oxide-propylene oxide copolymer, castor oil, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid disodium, tea polyphenol and deionized water, contains various moisture retention components and antibacterial and anti-inflammatory active ingredients, can effectively remove foreign matters, and also has the effects of resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, relieving eye pressure and resisting sensitivity.

Preferably, the eye cleaning solution contains the following raw materials in parts by mass: 2% of sodium hyaluronate, 1% of polyethylene glycol, 0.6% of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 0.03% of ethylene oxide-propylene oxide copolymer, 0.1% of castor oil, 0.05% of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 0.04% of tea polyphenol and the balance of deionized water.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the eye cleaning solution, which comprises the following steps:

(1) dissolving sodium hyaluronate and polyethylene glycol in deionized water, stirring uniformly, transferring to a water bath kettle, heating, gradually adding hydroxypropyl methylcellulose under slow stirring, continuously stirring to cool the mixed slurry to a clear liquid, adding disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, stirring uniformly, and naming the mixture as L1 for later use;
(2) dispersing ethylene oxide-propylene oxide copolymer in castor oil, ultrasonic heating for 5-20min, adding L1, mixing the test solution, cooling to 40-50 deg.C, adding tea polyphenols, dissolving, sterilizing, and packaging.
Preferably, the water bath heating in step (1) is heating at 80-100 ℃.
Preferably, the stirring in step (1) is performed at a rotation speed of 100-200 rpm/min.
Preferably, the ultrasonic heating in step (2) is carried out at a temperature of 60-80 ℃ and a frequency of 60-100 kHz.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the eye lotion prepared by the invention is designed for people suffering from eye infection and foreign matters existing in eyes, contains various moisturizing components and antibacterial and anti-inflammatory active ingredients, and can effectively remove foreign matters, resist bacteria and diminish inflammation and relieve eye pressure.
(2) The eye cleaning solution prepared by the invention takes sodium hyaluronate, polyethylene glycol and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose as moisture-preserving components and castor oil as an oil component. The sodium hyaluronate is an inherent component of a human body, reduces the stimulation to eyes, prolongs the retention time of various components on the surface of the eyes through good wettability of the sodium hyaluronate, and improves the cleaning effect. A preparation method of the eye cleaning solution specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) dissolving 3% sodium hyaluronate and 2% polyethylene glycol in deionized water, stirring uniformly, transferring to a water bath kettle, heating at 85 ℃, then gradually adding 0.8% hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose at the rotation speed of 200rpm/min, continuously stirring, cooling the mixed slurry to a clear liquid, then adding 0.2% disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid and 0.02% sodium chlorite, stirring uniformly, and naming the mixture as L1 for later use;
(2) dissolving 0.1% tea polyphenols in 0.2% oleum ricini, adding 0.05% ethylene oxide-propylene oxide copolymer, ultrasonically stirring at 80 deg.C and 90kHz for 20min, adding L1, mixing the test solutions, sterilizing, and packaging.
Example 2
A preparation method of the eye cleaning solution specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) dissolving 2% sodium hyaluronate and 1% polyethylene glycol in deionized water, stirring uniformly, transferring to a water bath kettle, heating at 80 ℃, then gradually adding 0.6% hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose at the rotation speed of 200rpm/min, continuously stirring, cooling the mixed slurry to a clear liquid, then adding 0.2% disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid and 0.02% sodium chlorite, stirring uniformly, and naming the mixture as L1 for later use;
(2) dissolving 0.07% tea polyphenols in 0.1% oleum ricini, adding 0.05% ethylene oxide-propylene oxide copolymer, ultrasonically stirring at 80 deg.C and 80kHz for 20min, adding L1, mixing the test solutions, sterilizing, and packaging.
Example 3
A preparation method of the eye cleaning solution specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) dissolving 2% sodium hyaluronate and 0.5% polyethylene glycol in deionized water, stirring uniformly, transferring to a water bath kettle, heating at 90 ℃, then gradually adding 0.4% hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose at the rotation speed of 200rpm/min, continuously stirring, cooling the mixed slurry to a clear liquid, then adding 0.2% disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and 0.04% sodium chlorite, stirring uniformly, and naming the mixture as L1 for later use;
(2) dissolving 0.02% tea polyphenols in 0.05% oleum ricini, adding 0.05% ethylene oxide-propylene oxide copolymer, ultrasonically stirring at 80 deg.C and 80kHz for 20min, adding L1, mixing the test solutions, sterilizing, and packaging.
Comparative example 1
Comparative example 1 of the present invention is different from example 1 in that tea polyphenol and castor oil are not added.
(1) And (3) antibacterial experiment: an eye cleansing solution prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative example 1 of the present invention was tested for antibacterial activity, and the experimental strains were selected from staphylococcus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, escherichia coli, and candida albicans, and the test environment of the strains was 1mL of eye cleansing solution per 1mL of strains, and the effects are shown in table 1.

As can be observed from the data in table 1, compared to comparative example 1, the eye washing solutions prepared in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention have good antibacterial effects, which are obtained by adding tea polyphenols and castor oil, while the eye washing solutions prepared in comparative example 1 still have low antibacterial ability, probably because other adjuvants in the eye washing solutions have certain chemical antibacterial effects.
(2) Evaluation test: and 8 volunteers to be made up (including eye makeup) for 12h are selected to perform experience tests on the eye cleaning solution prepared by the technical scheme of the example 1 and the comparative example 1, the volunteers are required to uniformly use the product to clean eyes and soak the eyes for 30s, and the specific use effect is shown in table 2.

As can be seen from table 2, the volunteers fed back good results after performing the eye cleansing test using the eye lotion prepared in example 1 of the present invention.

Claims (7)
1. The eye cleaning solution is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: sodium hyaluronate, polyethylene glycol, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, ethylene oxide-propylene oxide copolymer, castor oil, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid disodium, tea polyphenol and deionized water.

The eye cleaning solution according to claim 1, wherein the eye cleaning solution comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 1-3% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.5-2% of polyethylene glycol, 0.3-1% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 0.01-0.05% of ethylene oxide-propylene oxide copolymer, 0.05-0.2% of castor oil, 0.02-0.2% of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 0.02-0.1% of tea polyphenol and the balance of deionized water.

The eye cleaning solution according to claim 1, wherein the eye cleaning solution comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 2% of sodium hyaluronate, 1% of polyethylene glycol, 0.6% of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 0.03% of ethylene oxide-propylene oxide copolymer, 0.1% of castor oil, 0.05% of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 0.04% of tea polyphenol and the balance of deionized water.
4. The method for preparing an eye cleaning solution according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
(1) dissolving sodium hyaluronate and polyethylene glycol in deionized water, stirring uniformly, transferring to a water bath kettle, heating, gradually adding hydroxypropyl methylcellulose under slow stirring, continuously stirring to cool the mixed slurry to a clear liquid, adding disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, stirring uniformly, and naming the mixture as L1 for later use;
(2) dispersing ethylene oxide-propylene oxide copolymer in castor oil, ultrasonic heating for 5-20min, adding L1, mixing the test solution, cooling to 40-50 deg.C, adding tea polyphenols, dissolving, sterilizing, and packaging.
5. The method for preparing an eye cleaning solution according to claim 4, wherein the water bath heating in step (1) is performed at 80-100 ℃.
6. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the stirring in step (1) is performed at a speed of 100-200 rpm/min.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein the ultrasonic heating of step (2) is performed at a temperature of 60-80 ℃ and a frequency of 60-100 kHz.
