养心菜,又名高钙养心菜、养心草、救心菜、费菜、高钙菜、土三七、平卧菊三七等,为多年生草本植物,全草药食同源。其具有耐寒(-30℃可安全过冬)、耐旱(单株离土15天栽植仍可成活)、耐阴(在落叶果树下能良好生长)、病害虫少等特点,因此基本上不用喷药,无农药污染。
养心菜嫩茎叶营养丰富,每100克含蛋白质2.1g、氨基酸0.87g、总糖1.5g、脂肪0.78g、膳食纤维2.4g、维生素C95mg、钙500mg、磷69mg、铁3.2mg、胡萝卜素2.8mg、尼克酸900mg,还含有丰富的生物碱、齐墩果酸、谷甾醇、景天庚糖、黄酮类和有机酸等生理活性物质,是中老年人补钙最理想的绿色食品,具有清热解毒、止血止咳、减少血管紫癜、提高人体免疫力和抗病毒能力等功效。
硒是人体必需的微量元素,能抗氧化、防衰老,同时保护和修复细胞,加强红细胞的携氧能力,从而提高身体免疫力。另外硒还能分解毒素,清除肝脏内的有害物质,可以预防心脑血管疾病的发生并具有抗癌的功效。
柠檬富含维生素C,能化痰止咳,生津健胃。用于支气管炎,百日咳,食欲不振,维生素缺乏,中暑烦渴等症状,它是″坏血病″的克星。同时,由于柠檬果汁极酸,因此可以作为上好的饮料调味品。
麦芽糖不仅香甜可口,可用来调味,而且营养丰富,具有排毒养颜、补脾益气、润肺止咳等功效,还能够促进肠胃蠕动,以补充机体所需的碳源和能量,是老少皆宜的食品;同时其优秀的抗结晶性也可以很好的增长食品的保质期。
虽然如今随着人们的健康意识越来越强,市面上也或多或少的出现过一些保健饮品,然而其中有些或多或少包含一定的工业添加剂不说,通过多次煎煮获取的原料提取液会使得原本材料中所包含的营养元素大量流失,作用大打折扣,还浪费了优秀的原材料。
鉴于此,本文使用公司独特技术所成功培育的富硒养心菜(硒含量400微克/kg以上)为主要原材料,辅以鲜柠檬与麦芽糖浆调味,提供了一种富硒养心菜植物饮料的制作方法,该方法使用物理技术,以最大程度上保留原材料的营养成分,不仅口感舒适,对人体健康有很大的帮助,同时也大大加强了材料的利用率,尽可能的避免对珍贵原材料的浪费。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种富硒养心菜植物饮料的制作方法,通过对富硒养心菜(硒含量400微克/kg以上)的加工,辅以鲜柠檬与麦芽糖浆的调味,制成新鲜植物饮料,酸甜可口,并保留了养心菜、有机硒与辅料鲜柠檬与麦芽糖对身体的有益作用,使之可以成为一种对身体健康产生积极作用的新型植物饮料产品,适合每日饮用。
为达成以上目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
1、通过本公司独特技术培育的富硒养心菜(硒含量400微克/kg以上),不仅具有养心菜无农药污染的特性,还拥有大量对人体有益的有机硒;
2、选取优质鲜柠檬和麦芽糖作为调味料,所以制备过程中不使用工业添加剂;
3、制备过程全程无高温环节,最大程度的保留了富硒养心菜与的营养成分;
4、整个加工过程需保证环境卫生。

下面将本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一种实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅说明书附图1,本发明提供以下技术方案:
P1:备料
准备如下材料:
富硒养心菜(硒含量400微克/kg以上)、鲜柠檬、麦芽糖浆、纯净水若干;
【备料中富硒养心菜已人工去除黄叶】
P2:制备富硒养心菜汁
将P1中准备好的富硒养心菜洗净沥干水分,粉碎后榨汁,将所得汁液进行180目的过滤提取,最后于紫外线杀菌机中杀菌后备用;
P3:制备鲜柠檬汁
将P1精选出来的鲜柠檬洗净,通过榨汁机榨出鲜柠檬汁,将所得柠檬汁进行过滤后,于紫外线杀菌机中杀菌以备用;
P4:过滤麦芽糖浆
将P1所准备的麦芽糖浆倒入3倍重量的纯净水中使其充分溶解后,进行过滤备用;
P5:混合及调味
将P2、3、4中备用的富硒养心菜汁、鲜柠檬汁、麦芽糖浆按照重量比10∶1∶4进行混合并搅拌均匀,之后加入P1中准备好的纯净水若干并搅拌均匀(按重量比大约为混合液75%,纯净水25%,纯净水量可有细微变化以保证饮料调配至最佳口感),可得到富硒养心菜植物饮料初品;
P6:包装
将P5中制备好的富硒养心菜植物饮料初品进行过滤提取并杀菌,之后可进行灌装。灌装完成进行封口以及灭菌,即可得到富硒养心菜植物饮料成品,本饮料中硒含量可达到200微克/kg以上。
通过此步骤所制作的富硒养心菜植物饮料即为所述成品,不仅酸甜可口,还同时具备富硒养心菜以及柠檬和麦芽糖对人体的有益效果,长期饮用,可降血压血脂、活血化瘀、益气强心和宁心平肝、清热凉血,同时对吐血、咯血、烦躁失眠、惊悸癔症也有较好的疗效。除此之外,由于使用蔬菜作为原料,柠檬和麦芽糖用于调味,该植物饮料不合任何工业添加剂,无毒无害无污染,对身体百利而无一害,非常适合每日饮用。
Claims (2)
1.一种富硒养心菜植物饮料的制作方法,其特征在于基于以本公司独特技术培育的富硒养心菜作为饮料制作主要原料,用鲜柠檬与麦芽糖浆调制甜度与饮料口感,其详细成分比例按重量计如下:
富硒养心菜汁50%;
鲜柠檬汁5%;
麦芽糖浆5%;
纯净水40%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种富硒养心菜植物饮料的制作方法,其特征在于以下基于富硒养心菜的制作步骤:
P1:备料
准备如下材料:
富硒养心菜(硒含量400微克/kg以上)、鲜柠檬、麦芽糖浆、纯净水若干;

P2:制备富硒养心菜汁
将P1中准备好的富硒养心菜洗净沥干水分,粉碎后榨汁,将所得汁液进行180目的过滤提取,最后于紫外线杀菌机中杀菌后备用;

P6:包装
将P5中制备好的富硒养心菜植物饮料初品进行过滤提取并杀菌,之后可进行灌装。灌装完成进行封口以及灭菌,即可得到富硒养心菜植物饮料成品,本饮料中硒含量可达到200微克/kg以上。
