根据一个方面,传感器设备伸入流体连接板中的与所述另一开口对齐的容纳开口中或穿过所述容纳开口。根据流体连接板的构型,如下传感器设备是有利的,所述传感器设备伸入到流体连接板中或穿过流体连接板。当传感器设备穿过流体连接板时,还可以从流体连接板的与阀座板相反的一侧接近传感器设备,例如用于耦联电连接件。在传感器设备仅伸入流体连接板中时,传感器设备和流体连接板能够非常紧凑地构成。
一方面提出,在流体连接板中在朝向阀座板的一侧上,尤其在容纳开口中设有电连接件,传感器设备可在信号方面耦联到所述电连接件上,尤其经由插接连接部或具有露出的接触面的贴靠接触部,例如电路板。以这种方式,传感器设备可在信号方面容易且快速地与电连接件耦联和脱联。此外,流体连接板能够非常紧凑地构成。
能够提出,在将流体连接板固定在阀座板上时,插接连接部或贴靠接触部自动地耦联,而在流体连接板与阀座板松开时自动地脱联,其方式为,相应的彼此接触的连接件要么牢固地安置在流体连接板上,要么牢固地安置在阀座板上。换言之,在流体连接板与阀座板的安装或拆卸期间同时建立或脱开插接连接或贴靠接触从而进行传感器设备与电连接件的电耦联或脱联。这实现流体连接板与阀座板的容易的固定和脱开从而实现阀的非常容易的安装和拆卸。
特别地,另一开口和容纳开口形成容纳空间,传感器设备和电连接件或仅传感器设备容纳在所述容纳空间中。在这种情况下所述容纳能够通过形状配合来进行,或者能够将传感器设备和/或电连接件力配合地,例如经由单独的固定机构如螺丝或铆钉固定在相应的构件(流体连接板或阀座板)上,或者材料配合地例如通过胶粘或焊接固定在相应的构件(流体连接板或阀座板)上。
可选地,在另一开口的壁部和传感器设备之间设置有密封件,所述密封件在环周上围绕传感器设备。因此能够可靠地防止流体从壳体的由流体穿流的空腔中离开。
此外,根据本发明,所述目的通过具有多个上述类型的阀的阀岛来实现,其中设有共同的流体连接板,相关联的阀的多个阀座板处于所述流体连接板上。通过将传感器设备设置在流体连接板和阀座板的(已经存在的)开口中,能够实现阀岛的非常紧凑的构造方式。
根据本发明的阀的所描述的优点和特征同样适用于阀岛,并且反之亦然。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出阀10的第一实施方式,所述阀设置在流体连接板14上。阀10在此构成为电磁阀,尤其摇杆阀和隔膜阀。
阀10具有壳体12,所述壳体具有多个壳体部分,即:盖16,在所述盖上设置有用于阀10的电连接件18;致动器壳体20,所述致动器壳体20又包括线圈壳体20a和摇杆壳体20b;和阀座板22。
在线圈壳体20a中设置有电磁线圈24,并且线圈壳体20a的内部空间的其余部分由轭26填充。
在线圈壳体20a和摇杆壳体20b之间设置有壳体密封件28。
在摇杆壳体20b的内部空间的上部区域中设置有可竖直运动的、磁性的或可磁化的传输部件30,所述传输部件在其下侧具有向下突出的衔铁32以及向下突出的***部34。
在传输部件30的下方设置有可围绕枢转轴线S旋转或倾斜的摇杆36。
在传输部件30和摇杆36之间设置有两个弹簧。
复位弹簧38支撑在传输部件30的下侧和摇杆36的上侧上,其中衔铁32延伸到套筒状的复位弹簧38的内部中。
板簧40安置在***部34上并且基本上水平地延伸,并且其自由端支撑在摇杆36的上侧上。
摇杆36基本上由两个摇杆臂形成,在所述摇杆臂的自由端上分别设有挺杆42,所述挺杆基本上向下从其相应相关联的摇杆臂突出。
挺杆42与密封元件44连接,所述密封元件构成为密封膜并且被夹紧在摇杆壳体20b和阀座板22之间。在此,密封元件44基本上在摇杆壳体20b或阀座板22的整个下侧或上侧上延伸。
通过密封元件44将由摇杆壳体20b形成的操作空间46和通过阀座板22形成的、可由流体穿流的腔48流体分隔。换言之,密封元件44是在阀座板22和致动器壳体20之间的流体的屏障。
阀座板22具有三个贯通的开口,所述开口基本上垂直地延伸穿过阀座板22。流体穿流这些开口中的两个,使得所述开口在下文中称为流体开口50。另外那个开口称为另一开口52。
阀座板22成形为使得在每个流体开口50处形成阀座54,所述阀座与挺杆42之一相对置。因此,阀座54分别与挺杆42和流体开口50相关联。
在流体连接板14中设有三个连接通道,所述连接通道分别与开口50、52之一相关联。与流体开口50相关联的连接通道在下文中称为流体连接通道56。另外那个连接通道被称为容纳开口58。
流体连接通道56从流体连接板14的上侧起延伸穿过流体连接板14,并且向外通到流体连接板14的侧面的外侧62处。
在阀座板22和流体连接板14之间在流体开口50或流体连接通道56的区域中设置有密封件59。密封件59构成为密封环,并且分别在环周上围绕流体连接通道56的入口设置。
容纳开口58设置在流体开口50中间并且从流体连接板14的朝向阀座板22的上侧处基本上垂直地延伸到下部区域中,在所述下部区域中,容纳开口58扩宽并且基本上水平地(进入和离开图平面)沿着流体连接板14的整个下侧延伸。容纳开口58的较宽的区域用于电缆引导部60。
通过另一开口52和容纳开口58形成容纳空间,传感器设备64容纳在所述容纳空间中。
传感器设备64在此竖直地延伸穿过整个流体连接板14并且以上部的、较薄的部段延伸到另一开口52中,使得传感器设备64的上端侧66与阀座板22的接触流体的上侧68齐平。换言之,上端侧66基本上无凸肩地延续接触流体的上端侧68,使得上端侧66和接触流体的上侧68形成共同的、连贯的接触流体的面,所述面形成可由流体穿流的空腔48的限界部的一部分。上侧68是壳体12的内侧。
传感器设备64例如包括用于检测流体压力的压力传感器。在此,压力传感器设置为,使得其与流体直接接触,但在此不影响流体流动。与之相应地,压力传感器设置在传感器设备64的上部区域中,在所述上部区域中,压力传感器与阀座板22的接触流体的上侧68齐平。
替选地或附加地,传感器设备64能够包括另一类型的传感器,例如温度或速度传感器。
在传感器设备64的下端处设有连接部件70,电连接件例如电缆可安置在所述连接部件上,由此传感器设备64可在信号方面耦联到电连接件76上。
类似于在流体开口50的区域中的密封件59,在另一开口52的区域中在阀座板22和传感器设备64之间设有密封件72。密封件72构成为密封环并且在环周上围绕传感器设备64的较薄的部段。
传感器设备64能够从上方松动地***容纳开口58中,其中通过在安装阀10时或者更确切地说在组装流体连接板14和阀座板22时在阀座板22、密封件72和流体连接板14之间的形状配合来进行固定。在拆卸时,在取下阀座板22的情况下,一方面能够容易地移除密封件72而另一方面能够容易地从容纳开口58中移除传感器设备64。
当然也能够提出,传感器设备64例如力配合地经由单独的固定机构(例如螺丝或铆钉)或者材料配合地通过焊接、胶合等安置在阀座板22和/或流体连接板14上。
在下文中描述阀10的工作原理。
通过流体连接通道56之一或通过这两个流体连接通道56,流体被引导到相关联的流体开口50或者从相关联的流体开口50导出。为此,能够可选地在摇杆壳体20b或阀座板22中设有另外的流体开口50。
在摇杆36的在图1中示出的第一无电流的切换位置中,左挺杆42和与其相关联的的左阀座54间隔开,由此密封元件44不贴靠在左阀座54上。而右挺杆朝向其相关联的右阀座54移动,由此所述右挺杆将密封元件44压向右阀座54。因此,在该位置中,右流体开口50与可由流体穿流的空腔48流体脱联,而左流体开口50与可由流体穿流的空腔48流体连接。
通过将电压施加到线圈24上,磁性的或可磁化的传输部件30远离线圈24运动。由此,传输部件30的衔铁32和***部34克服板簧40的预紧力向着摇杆36的左摇杆臂移动,由此复位弹簧38部分地松弛并且摇杆36围绕枢转轴线S逆时针倾斜。在此,右挺杆42和密封元件44的在右阀座54的区域中的一部分基本上竖直地远离右阀座54运动,使得右流体开口50与可由流体穿流的空腔48流体连接。左挺杆42和密封元件44的在左阀座54区域中的一部分基本竖直地向下运动,直到密封元件44置于左阀座54上为止。
在此处示出的实施方式中,左阀座54构成为盲座(Blindsitz)。该盲座在侧面具有开口74,即使密封元件44位于左阀座54上,所述开口也将左流体开口50与可由流体穿流的空腔48流体连接。因此,左流体开口50的流体耦联与摇杆36的切换位置无关。
因此,根据切换位置,摇杆36仅使右流体开口50与可由流体穿流的空腔48脱联。
当流过线圈24的电流停止时,结束传输部件30朝向摇杆36方向的推移,并且由于板簧40的复位力,传输部件30朝向线圈24向上运动。因为复位弹簧38的弹簧力取向为,使得传输部件30和摇杆36向着彼此移动,并且传输部件30由于板簧40而远离摇杆36运动,所以经由复位弹簧38,左摇杆臂从而左推杆42以及密封元件的一部分远离左阀座54运动。由此到达初始位置。
摇杆36和/或密封元件44因此能够被称为封闭件。
在没有传感器设备64的情况下,另一开口52用作为流体开口,而容纳开口58和电缆引导部60用作为流体连接通道。流体因此能够流过另一开口52、容纳开口58和电缆引导部60。然而,如果这不是期望的,那么能够使用未使用的流体开口52和未使用的流体连接件58、60来集成传感器设备。因此,一方面,不必使用具有仅两个流体开口的新的阀座板22,而另一方面,不必设置用于密封另一开口52的其他构件以及不必设置用于集成传感器设备64的其他容纳空间。
在图2和3中,示出具有三个阀10的阀岛100,所述三个阀设置在共同的流体连接板14上。
多个呈电缆形式的电连接件76穿过电缆引导部60延伸到各个阀10。
在图3中可以看到,各个电连接件76分别与阀10或阀10的传感器设备64相关联,并且分别连接在传感器设备64的下端部上。在此,每个传感器设备64设置在自身的容纳空间中,所述容纳空间由阀座板22中的另一开口52和流体连接板14中的容纳开口58形成。
各个容纳开口58基本上竖直地延伸穿过流体连接板14,并且电缆引导部6连贯地基本上水平地在流体连接板14的下侧上延伸。
摇杆36的枢转轴S延伸穿过摇杆壳体20b(参见图2)。
摇杆壳体20b能够可选地具有流体开口50,流体能够穿过所述流体开口流入阀10中或从所述阀流出。
在图4至6中示出阀10的第二实施方式,——除了传感器设备64和电连接件76之外——所述第二实施方式与阀10的第一实施方式近似相同。与之相应地,以下将仅探讨差异,并且相同或功能相同的部件设有相同的附图标记。
传感器设备64在此主要容纳在阀座板22的另一开口52中,并且在此竖直地延伸穿过整个的阀座板22。仅设置在传感器设备64的下侧上的接触销78伸入流体连接板14的容纳开口58中。
具有露出的触点的、呈电路板形式的电连接件76容纳在容纳开口58中。
在阀座板22和流体连接板14固定时,接触销78接触电路板的露出的触点,由此,传感器设备64在信号方面耦联到电连接件76上。
代替上述贴靠接触部,还能够在传感器设备64和电连接件76之间设置插接连接。为此,电路板能够具有接触插座,传感器设备64的接触销78能够***到所述接触插座中从而传感器设备64在信号方面耦联到电连接件76上。
传感器设备64和电连接件76能够松动地***到所述另一开口中或容纳开口58中,其中通过在安装阀10时或者更确切地说在组装流体连接板14和阀座板22时,通过阀座板22、密封件72和流体连接板14之间的形状配合进行这两个部件的固定。在拆卸时,在取下阀座板22的情况下,能够容易地从另一开口52移除传感器设备64,并且能够容易地从容纳开口58移除电连接件76。
当然,也能够提出,传感器设备64和/或电连接件76例如力配合地经由通过单独的固定机构(例如螺丝或铆钉)或者材料配合地通过熔焊、钎焊,胶合等安置在阀座板22或流体连接板14上。
在图5和6中示出阀岛100的第二实施方式,所述阀岛具有设置在共同的流体连接板14上的三个阀10。
——除了传感器设备64和电连接件76之外——阀岛100的第二实施方式对应于阀岛100的第一实施方式。与之相应地,下面仅探讨区别,并且相同或功能相同的部件设有相同的附图标记。
在阀岛100的第二实施方式中,代替在电缆引导部60中引导至阀10的各个传感器设备64的电缆,电连接件76以电路板的形式居中地在流体连接板14的朝向阀座板22的上侧上在流体连接板14的整个长度上延伸。
电路板在此在所述上侧上设置为,使得所述电路板在阀10的每个传感器设备64下方伸展,并且在此传感器设备64例如经由贴靠接触部或插接接触部接触电路板。

Claims (12)

1.一种阀,具有
壳体(12),所述壳体具有至少两个流体开口(50)和另一开口(52),流体能够流动穿过所述流体开口,
至少一个阀座(54),所述阀座与所述流体开口(50)中的一个流体开口相关联,以及
至少一个封闭件(36、44),所述封闭件是可调节的,以便释放和/或封闭所述至少一个阀座(54),
其中所述至少一个阀座(54)在壳体部分上构成,所述壳体部分邻接能由流体穿流的空腔(48),
其特征在于,在所述另一开口(52)中设置有传感器设备(64),所述传感器设备以流体密封的方式封闭所述开口(52)并且能够检测关于流体的数据。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀,其特征在于,所述阀(10)是电磁阀,尤其摇杆阀和/或隔膜阀。
3.根据权利要求2所述的阀,其特征在于,所述阀(10)是具有摇杆(36)的摇杆阀,所述摇杆的端部分别与阀座(54)相关联,其中所述另一开口(52)居中地设置在两个阀座(54)之间。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的阀,其特征在于,所述传感器设备(64)的至少一部分是所述壳体(12)的内侧(68)的部段,并且在所述另一开口(52)的区域中延续所述内侧(68)。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的阀,其特征在于,所述壳体(12)包括阀座板(22)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的阀,其特征在于,所述传感器设备(64)穿过所述阀座板(22)。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的阀,其特征在于,具有连接通道(56)的流体连接板(14)设置在所述阀座板(22)的背侧,其中对于每个流体开口(50)设有在所述流体连接板(14)中的自己的连接通道(56)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的阀,其特征在于,所述传感器设备(64)伸入或穿过在所述流体连接板(14)中的与所述另一开口(52)对齐的容纳开口(58)。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的阀,其特征在于,在所述流体连接板(14)中在朝向所述阀座板(22)的一侧上设置有电连接件(76),所述传感器设备(64)能够在信号方面与所述电连接件耦联,尤其经由插接连接部或具有露出的接触面的贴靠接触部。
10.根据权利要求9所述的阀,其特征在于,在所述流体连接板(14)固定在所述阀座板(22)上时,所述插接连接部或所述贴靠接触部自动地耦联,并且在所述流体连接板(14)与所述阀座(22)松开时,所述插接连接部或所述贴靠接触部自动地脱联,其方式为:相应的、彼此接触的连接部件要么牢固地安置在所述流体连接板(14)上要么牢固地安置在所述阀座板(22)上。
11.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的阀,其特征在于,在所述另一开口(52)的壁部和所述传感器设备(64)之间设置有密封件(72),所述密封件在环周上围绕所述传感器设备(64)。
12.一种阀岛,具有多个根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的阀(10),其中,设有共同的流体连接板(14),相关联的阀(10)的多个阀座板(22)位于所述流体连接板上。
