The starting procedure of the shield is a key procedure for constructing the tunnel by the shield method, and the quality of the construction technology of the procedure directly influences the axial quality of the built tunnel or pipeline, the environmental protection effect at the opening of the starting section and the success or failure of the engineering construction. When the shield starts to dig in, the shield machine is pushed forwards to provide counterforce for digging of the shield machine through a counterforce frame behind the counterforce frame, the counterforce frame is generally supported on a reinforced concrete frame at the bottom layer of the shield starting working well, and the shield starting working well is in a regular rectangular structure under the normal condition considering the construction convenience so as to adapt to a supporting surface for providing counterforce.
