2) The preparation process of the water paint for the trailer comprises the following steps:
preparing a paint liquid: sequentially adding water-soluble latex polyurethane resin and polyoxyethylene alkylolamide into a dispersion cylinder, dispersing at the rotating speed of 700r/min, adding deionized water during stirring, and dispersing at the rotating speed of 900r/min for 15 minutes until the mixture is uniformly stirred; adding antioxidant and ultraviolet absorbent at 600r/min, and dispersing at 900r/min for 10 min to stir; adding a polyether modified polysiloxane defoaming agent at the rotating speed of 600r/min, and then dispersing for 5 minutes at the rotating speed of 1000r/min until the mixture is uniformly stirred; adding alkyl modified organic siloxane, organic fluorine modified polysiloxane and difluoroacetic acid ester at the rotating speed of 800r/min, and dispersing for 10 minutes at the rotating speed of 900r/min until the mixture is uniformly stirred; adding dodecyl alcohol ester and dipropylene glycol methyl ether acetate at the rotating speed of 800r/min, and dispersing for 10 minutes at the rotating speed of 1000r/min until the mixture is uniformly stirred; dispersing the slurry at the rotating speed of 500r/min for 15 minutes at the rotating speed of 800r/min until the slurry is uniformly stirred; AMP-95 is carried out at the rotating speed of 500r/min, and is dispersed for 15 minutes at the rotating speed of 600r/min until the mixture is evenly stirred; adding the hydrophobic modified alkali soluble thickener at the rotating speed of 600r/min, and dispersing for 10 minutes at the rotating speed of 1200r/min until the mixture is uniformly stirred.
Paint mixing: according to the on-site construction conditions, the paint liquid is added with a proper amount of deionized water and stirred uniformly.
Comparative example 1: the paint liquid is common oily paint on the market.
The performance test and experimental results are shown in figure 1.

Claims (9)
1. The water paint for the trailer is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 10-40 parts of water-soluble latex polyurethane resin, 5-20 parts of polyoxyethylene alkylolamide, 30-60 parts of deionized water, 40-45 parts of slurry, 1.5-2 parts of a film-forming aid, 1-1.2 parts of an antioxidant, 0.1-0.2 part of an ultraviolet absorbent, 1-3 parts of a defoaming agent, 1-3 parts of a leveling agent, 5-10 parts of a pH regulator and 1-2 parts of a thickening agent.
2. The water paint for trailers according to claim 1, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of water-soluble latex polyurethane resin, 10 parts of polyoxyethylene alkylolamide, 50 parts of deionized water, 45 parts of slurry, 2 parts of a film-forming aid, 1 part of an antioxidant, 0.15 part of an ultraviolet absorber, 1 part of a defoaming agent, 2 parts of a leveling agent, 8 parts of a pH regulator and 1 part of a thickening agent.
3. A water based paint for trailers according to claim 1, characterized in that: the slurry comprises 2-5 parts of talcum powder, 10-15 parts of pigment, 5-8 parts of dispersing agent and 1-3 parts of defoaming agent.
4. A water based paint for trailers according to claim 1, characterized in that: the film-forming aid comprises dodecyl alcohol ester and dipropylene glycol methyl ether acetate, and the mass ratio of the dodecyl alcohol ester to the dipropylene glycol methyl ether acetate is 1: 1.
5. A water based paint for trailers according to claim 1, characterized in that: the defoaming agent comprises polyether modified polysiloxane defoaming agent.
6. A water based paint for trailers according to claim 1, characterized in that: the leveling agent comprises alkyl modified organic siloxane, organic fluorine modified polysiloxane and difluoroacetic ester, and the mass ratio of the alkyl modified organic siloxane to the organic fluorine modified polysiloxane is 3:1: 1.
7. A water based paint for trailers according to claim 1, characterized in that: the pH regulator is AMP-95.
8. A water based paint for trailers according to claim 1, characterized in that: the thickener comprises a hydrophobically modified alkali soluble thickener.

The preparation method of the water paint for the trailer is characterized by comprising the following steps: s1, sequentially adding the water-soluble latex polyurethane resin and the polyoxyethylene alkylolamide into a dispersion cylinder, dispersing at the rotating speed of 600-900r/min, adding deionized water during stirring, and dispersing at the rotating speed of 800-1000r/min for 15-20 minutes until stirring is uniform; s2, dispersing the antioxidant and the ultraviolet absorbent at the rotation speed of 800r/min and 500-; s3, adding the polyether modified polysiloxane defoaming agent at the rotating speed of 600-700r/min, and then dispersing for 5-10 minutes at the rotating speed of 800-1000r/min until the mixture is uniformly stirred; s4, adding alkyl modified organic siloxane, organic fluorine modified polysiloxane and difluoroacetic ester at the rotating speed of 800r/min and dispersing for 10-15 minutes at the rotating speed of 1000r/min and 800-; s5: dispersing the dodecyl alcohol ester and the dipropylene glycol methyl ether acetate in the rotating speed of 800r/min at the rotating speed of 800-800 r/min for 10-15 minutes until the mixture is uniformly stirred; s6, dispersing the slurry at the rotation speed of 500-800r/min for 10-15 minutes until the slurry is uniformly stirred at the rotation speed of 500-800 r/min; s7, AMP-95 is carried out at the rotating speed of 500-800r/min, and the mixture is dispersed for 10-15 minutes at the rotating speed of 500-800r/min until the mixture is evenly stirred; s8, adding the hydrophobic modified alkali soluble thickener at the rotating speed of 500-800r/min, and dispersing for 5-15 minutes at the rotating speed of 1000-1500r/min until stirring uniformly.
