preferably, in the non-asphalt-based spraying quick-setting aqueous polyurethane waterproof coating, the composite aqueous polyurethane dispersion comprises an aqueous polyurethane dispersion and an additional aqueous dispersion, and the mass ratio of the aqueous polyurethane dispersion to the additional aqueous dispersion is 5-10: 1-3, wherein the weight solid content of the composite aqueous polyurethane dispersoid is not less than 50%, and the glass transition temperature is not higher than-30 ℃. At present, the existing research usually uses aqueous polyurethane dispersion to prepare waterproof paint, which can also achieve the purpose of waterproof, but the main defects are that the water absorption rate can only be controlled at about 10%, the low-temperature flexibility can only be controlled at-30 ℃, the highest flame retardant level reaches B2 level, and if the requirement on water absorption rate is lower and the paint is used in extremely cold weather and has a higher flame retardant level of B1 group, the paint needs to be subjected to chemical reaction or physical blending modification. The waterproof coating prepared by the modified composite aqueous polyurethane dispersion has the lowest water absorption rate of below 5 percent, the lowest low-temperature flexibility of below-40 ℃, and the flame retardant grade of B1 grade.
Preferably, in the non-asphalt-based spray-coating quick-setting aqueous polyurethane waterproof coating material, the aqueous polyurethane dispersion is one or two of an anionic aliphatic polyether polyurethane dispersion and an anionic aromatic polyether polyurethane dispersion, and more preferably, the anionic aliphatic polyether polyurethane dispersion.
Preferably, in the non-asphalt-based spraying quick-setting water-based polyurethane waterproof coating, the added water dispersion is one or more of water-based silicone emulsion, anionic styrene-acrylic emulsion, anionic pure acrylic emulsion and nonionic neoprene emulsion, and further preferably is one or more of water-based silicone emulsion, anionic pure acrylic emulsion and nonionic neoprene emulsion.
Preferably, in the non-asphalt-based spraying quick-setting water-based polyurethane waterproof coating, the pigment and filler is one or more of rutile titanium dioxide, titanium-aluminum powder, inorganic pigment, organic pigment, mica powder, precipitated barium sulfate, precipitated silica, nanoscale indirect-method zinc oxide, ceramic microspheres, hollow glass microspheres, hollow polymer microspheres and silica aerogel particles.
Preferably, in the non-asphalt-based spray coating fast-setting aqueous polyurethane waterproof coating, the flame retardant is one or more of antimony trioxide, decabromodiphenylethane, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, tricresyl phosphate, cresyldiphenyl phosphate and hydroxyl-containing flame retardant compounds, and more preferably one or two of decabromodiphenylethane and tricresyl phosphate.
Preferably, in the non-asphalt-based spray-coating quick-setting water-based polyurethane waterproof coating, the freeze-thaw stabilizer is one or more of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, polyethylene glycol phenyl ether, ethoxy alcohol, ethoxy acetylenic diol, isopropanol, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, thioether and phosphate ester surfactants.
Preferably, in the non-asphalt-based spraying quick-setting water-based polyurethane waterproof coating, the pH regulator is an organic amine, and more preferably one or more of 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, N-methylethanolamine and dimethylethanolamine.
Preferably, in the non-asphalt-based spraying quick-setting water-based polyurethane waterproof coating, the defoaming agent is one or more of mineral oil, polyether, organosilicon and polyether modified polysiloxane, and more preferably one or two of organosilicon and polyether.
Preferably, in the non-asphalt-based spray-coating quick-setting water-based polyurethane waterproof coating, the wetting agent is one or more of organosilicon containing a dimethyl structure, alkoxy compound of alcohol and fluorine-containing organic compound.
Preferably, in the non-asphalt-based spray-coating quick-setting water-based polyurethane waterproof coating, the dispersant is one or more of polyphosphate, polyacrylic acid derivative and non-ionic water-soluble polymer, and more preferably one or two of polyphosphate and non-ionic polyacrylamide.
Preferably, in the non-asphalt-based spray quick-setting water-based polyurethane waterproof coating, the film-forming assistant is one or more of alcohols, alcohol esters, alcohol ethers and alcohol ether esters, and more preferably one or more of propylene glycol, dodecyl alcohol ester, dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether, dipropylene glycol monopropyl ether, dipropylene glycol monobutyl ether and tripropylene glycol n-butyl ether.
Preferably, in the non-asphalt-based spraying quick-setting water-based polyurethane waterproof coating, the thickening agent is one or more of cellulose, bentonite, fumed silica and polyurethane thickening agent.
Preferably, in the non-asphalt-based spray-coating quick-setting aqueous polyurethane waterproof coating, the adhesion promoter is one or more of an epoxy silane polymer coupling agent, an isocyanate silane coupling agent, an epoxy silane emulsion with a content of 40% and an ethanol-diluted epoxy silane polymer with a content of 50%, and more preferably one or two of the epoxy silane polymer coupling agent and the isocyanate silane coupling agent.
Preferably, in the non-asphalt-based spray coating fast-setting water-based polyurethane waterproof coating, the bactericidal preservative is one or more of benzisothiazolin-3-one, 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 2-methyl-4, 5-trimethylene-4-isothiazolin-3-one and 4, 5-dichloro-2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one.
Preferably, in the non-asphalt-based spray-coating quick-setting aqueous polyurethane waterproof coating, the anti-aging agent is one or more of an ultraviolet absorber, a light stabilizer and an antioxidant.
Preferably, in the non-asphalt-based spraying quick-setting water-based polyurethane waterproof coating, the component B coagulant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 1-98 parts of inorganic metal salt solution and 2-99 parts of additive. The B-component set accelerator of the present invention is distinguished from conventional B-component curing agents, which do not cure to form a film without the B-component curing agent, whereas the B-component set accelerator of the present invention primarily promotes the setting and drying of the a-component, i.e., the a-component can also cure to form a film without the B-component. Moreover, the reactive admixture is added on the basis that the traditional coagulant only contains inorganic metal salt solution, so that the problems of poor permeability and low adhesion between the coating and a base surface caused by the over-quick solidification of the coagulant of the inorganic metal salt solution are solved. The component B of the invention can enable the coating to generate chemical reaction with reactive groups and basal planes in the coating in the process of fast curing, thereby enhancing the physical property and adhesive force of the coating.
Preferably, in the non-asphalt-based spraying quick-setting water-based polyurethane waterproof coating, the mass concentration of the inorganic metal salt solution is 5-20%; the inorganic metal salt solution is one or more of zinc sulfate, aluminum sulfate, sodium citrate, sodium bicarbonate and sodium sulfate. The invention uses the inorganic metal salt solution without chloride ions to avoid the corrosion of chloride ions to basal planes (especially metal basal planes), so that the waterproof coating can be applied to wider basal planes.
Preferably, in the non-asphalt-based spraying quick-setting water-based polyurethane waterproof coating, the additive is one or more of a citric acid solution, cyclohexylammonium acetate, polyvinyl methyl ether, carbodiimide, epoxy silane polymer and isocyanate silane polymer, and more preferably is one or more of a citric acid solution with a mass concentration of 5-20%, carbodiimide and epoxy silane polymer.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the non-asphalt-based spraying quick-setting water-based polyurethane waterproof coating, and the preparation method of the component A comprises the following steps:
mixing deionized water, a pigment filler, a flame retardant, a defoaming agent, a wetting agent and a dispersing agent, keeping the temperature at 25-50 ℃, stirring for 20-40 min, grinding until the particle size is 10-40 mu m, then adding a composite aqueous polyurethane dispersion, a pH regulator, a freeze-thaw stabilizer, a film-forming assistant, an adhesion promoter, a sterilization preservative and an anti-aging agent, keeping the temperature at 25-50 ℃, stirring for 20-40 min, adding a thickening agent, stirring for 10-20 min, filtering and packaging to obtain a component A;
the preparation method of the component B comprises the following steps: and (3) mixing the inorganic metal salt solution and the additive, stirring for 20-40 min, filtering and packaging to obtain the component B.
The invention also provides a construction method of the non-asphalt-based spraying fast-setting water-based polyurethane waterproof coating, the waterproof coating is sprayed by two-component spraying equipment, and the component A and the component B are sprayed by a spray gun of the two-component spraying equipment and are mixed in a cross way outside the spray gun.
Example 1
The invention provides a non-asphalt-based spraying quick-setting water-based polyurethane waterproof coating, which comprises a component A and a component B;
the component A is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 5 parts of deionized water, 32 parts of anionic aliphatic polyether polyurethane dispersoid, 16 parts of anionic aromatic polyether polyurethane dispersoid, 6 parts of aqueous organosilicon emulsion, 6 parts of anionic pure acrylic emulsion, 6 parts of rutile titanium dioxide, 4 parts of titanium aluminum powder, 10 parts of precipitated silica, 5 parts of hollow glass microspheres, 15 parts of decabromodiphenylethane, 15 parts of tricresyl phosphate, 5 parts of polyethylene glycol phenyl ether, 5 parts of ethoxy alcohol, 5 parts of ethylene glycol, 0.5 part of 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, 1.0 part of organosilicon antifoaming agent, 0.1 part of organosilicon wetting agent containing dimethyl structure, 1 part of polyphosphate, 0.3 part of dodecyl alcohol ester, 0.5 part of dipropylene glycol monopropyl ether, 0.2 part of cellulose, 0.2 part of bentonite, 1.5 parts of isocyanate silane coupling agent, and 0.4 part of 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 5 parts of an ultraviolet absorber;
the component B is a coagulant and is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 95 parts of inorganic metal salt solution with the mass concentration of 20% and 5 parts of epoxy silane polymer, wherein the inorganic metal salt solution consists of zinc sulfate, aluminum sulfate and sodium citrate;
the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 10: 1.
the preparation method of the component A comprises the following steps: mixing deionized water, rutile type titanium dioxide, titanium-aluminum powder, precipitated silica, hollow glass microspheres, decabromodiphenylethane, tricresyl phosphate, an organosilicon antifoaming agent, an organosilicon wetting agent containing a dimethyl structure and polyphosphate, keeping the temperature at 25 ℃, stirring for 20min, grinding to the particle size of 15 mu m, adding an anionic aliphatic polyether polyurethane dispersion, an anionic aromatic polyether polyurethane dispersion, an aqueous organosilicon emulsion, an anionic pure acrylic emulsion, 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, polyethylene glycol phenyl ether, ethoxy alcohol, ethylene glycol, dodecyl alcohol, dipropylene glycol monopropyl ether, an isocyanate silane coupling agent, 2-methyl-4-isothiazoline-3-one and an ultraviolet absorbent, keeping the temperature at 25 ℃, stirring for 30min, adding cellulose and bentonite, stirring for 10min, filtering, and packaging to obtain component A.
The preparation method of the component B comprises the following steps: mixing inorganic metal salt solution and epoxy silane polymer, stirring for 20min, filtering, and packaging to obtain component B.
Example 2
The invention provides a non-asphalt-based spraying quick-setting water-based polyurethane waterproof coating, which comprises a component A and a component B;
the component A is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 10 parts of deionized water, 25 parts of anionic aliphatic polyether polyurethane dispersion, 10 parts of aqueous organosilicon emulsion, 5 parts of nonionic neoprene latex, 20 parts of inorganic pigment, 30 parts of ceramic microspheres, 5 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 0.2 part of ethylene glycol, 0.8 part of propylene glycol, 0.1 part of N-methylethanolamine, 0.2 part of organosilicon antifoaming agent, 0.2 part of polyether antifoaming agent, 0.1 part of alcohol alkoxy compound wetting agent, 1.5 parts of nonionic polyacrylamide, 0.1 part of dipropylene glycol monopropyl ether, 0.1 part of dipropylene glycol monobutyl ether, 0.2 part of fumed silica, 0.1 part of epoxy silane polymer coupling agent, 0.2 part of 2-methyl-4, 5-trimethylene-4-isothiazolin-3-one and 0.5 part of light stabilizer;
the component B is a coagulant and is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 90 parts of inorganic metal salt solution with the mass concentration of 5% consisting of zinc sulfate, sodium bicarbonate and sodium sulfate, 4 parts of citric acid solution with the mass concentration of 20%, 5 parts of epoxy silane polymer and 1 part of carbodiimide;
the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 12: 1.
the preparation method of the component A comprises the following steps: mixing deionized water, inorganic pigment, ceramic microspheres, aluminum hydroxide, organosilicon defoaming agent, polyether defoaming agent, alcohol alkoxy compound wetting agent and nonionic polyacrylamide, keeping the temperature at 30 ℃, stirring for 30min, grinding to the particle size of 30 mu m, adding anionic aliphatic polyether polyurethane dispersoid, aqueous organosilicon emulsion, nonionic neoprene latex, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, N-methylethanolamine, dipropylene glycol monopropyl ether, dipropylene glycol monobutyl ether, epoxy silane polymer coupling agent, 2-methyl-4, 5-trimethylene-4-isothiazoline-3-ketone and light stabilizer, keeping the temperature at 30 ℃, stirring for 20min, adding fumed silica, stirring for 20min, filtering and packaging to obtain the component A.
The preparation method of the component B comprises the following steps: mixing inorganic metal salt solution, citric acid solution, epoxy silane polymer and carbodiimide, stirring for 25min, filtering, and packaging to obtain component B.
Example 3
The invention provides a non-asphalt-based spraying quick-setting water-based polyurethane waterproof coating, which comprises a component A and a component B;
the component A is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 8 parts of deionized water, 45 parts of anionic aliphatic polyether polyurethane dispersoid, 5 parts of nonionic neoprene latex, 20 parts of mica powder, 10 parts of precipitated barium sulfate, 7 parts of tricresyl phosphate, 8 parts of diphenyl toluene phosphate, 2 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 6 parts of isopropanol, 0.3 part of dimethylethanolamine, 0.6 part of mineral oil defoamer, 0.2 part of fluorine-containing organic compound wetting agent, 1.2 parts of polyacrylic acid derivative, 0.1 part of dodecyl alcohol ester, 0.3 part of tripropylene glycol n-butyl ether, 0.3 part of polyurethane thickener, 0.8 part of epoxy silane emulsion with the content of 40%, 0.3 part of 4, 5-dichloro-2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one and 2 parts of antioxidant;
the component B is a coagulant and is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 60 parts of inorganic metal salt solution with the mass concentration of 15% consisting of zinc sulfate, aluminum sulfate and sodium citrate, 8 parts of citric acid solution with the mass concentration of 5%, 10 parts of epoxy silane polymer, 20 parts of polyvinyl methyl ether and 2 parts of isocyanate silane polymer;
the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 8: 1.
the preparation method of the component A comprises the following steps: mixing deionized water, mica powder, precipitated barium sulfate, tricresyl phosphate, diphenyl cresyl phosphate, a mineral oil defoaming agent, a fluorine-containing organic compound wetting agent and a polyacrylic acid derivative, keeping the temperature at 40 ℃, stirring for 30min, grinding to the particle size of 40 mu m, adding an anionic aliphatic polyether polyurethane dispersion, nonionic neoprene latex, dimethylethanolamine, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, isopropanol, dodecanol ester, tripropylene glycol n-butyl ether, an epoxy silane emulsion with the content of 40%, 4, 5-dichloro-2-n-octyl-4-isothiazoline-3-ketone and an antioxidant, keeping the temperature at 40 ℃, stirring for 10min, adding a polyurethane thickener, stirring for 20min, filtering and packaging to obtain the component A.
The preparation method of the component B comprises the following steps: mixing inorganic metal salt solution, citric acid solution, epoxy silane polymer, polyvinyl methyl ether and isocyanate silane polymer, stirring for 20min, filtering, and packaging to obtain component B.
Performance tests of the non-asphalt-based spray quick-setting waterborne polyurethane waterproof coating and the coating thereof prepared in the examples 1 to 3 are carried out according to GB/T16777, GB/T18244 and GB/T19250, and the results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the waterproof coating and the coating thereof provided by the invention have excellent flame retardant property and aging resistance, can meet the relevant standards of solvent type polyurethane waterproof coatings, and simultaneously greatly improve the environmental protection property. The extremely low water absorption reduces the leakage risk in the field of water immersion, and the excellent low temperature resistance and freeze-thaw resistance stability enable the paint to be applied to regions in extremely cold weather, the rapid curing and drying characteristics greatly accelerate the construction progress, and the construction period and the construction cost are saved.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A non-asphalt-based spraying quick-setting water-based polyurethane waterproof coating is characterized by comprising a component A and a component B;
the component A is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 5-10 parts of deionized water, 40-60 parts of composite aqueous polyurethane dispersoid, 25-50 parts of pigment and filler, 5-30 parts of flame retardant, 1-15 parts of freeze-thaw stabilizer, 0.1-0.5 part of pH regulator, 0.4-1.0 part of defoamer, 0.1-0.5 part of wetting agent, 1-1.5 parts of dispersant, 0.2-0.8 part of film-forming assistant, 0.2-0.4 part of thickener, 0.1-1.5 parts of adhesion promoter, 0.2-0.4 part of bactericidal preservative and 0.5-5 parts of anti-aging agent;
the component B is a coagulant;
the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 8-20: 1.
2. the non-asphalt-based spraying quick-setting aqueous polyurethane waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the composite aqueous polyurethane dispersion comprises an aqueous polyurethane dispersion and an additional aqueous dispersion, and the mass ratio of the aqueous polyurethane dispersion to the additional aqueous dispersion is 5-10: 1 to 3.
3. The non-asphalt-based spray-coating quick-setting aqueous polyurethane waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 2, wherein the composite aqueous polyurethane dispersion has a solid content of not less than 50% by weight and a glass transition temperature of not more than-30 ℃.
4. The non-asphalt-based spray-on fast-setting aqueous polyurethane waterproof coating material according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the aqueous polyurethane dispersion is one or both of an anionic aliphatic polyether polyurethane dispersion and an anionic aromatic polyether polyurethane dispersion.
5. The non-asphalt-based spraying quick-setting water-based polyurethane waterproof paint as claimed in claim 2, wherein the external water dispersion is one or more of water-based silicone emulsion, anionic styrene-acrylic emulsion, anionic acrylic emulsion and nonionic neoprene emulsion.
6. The non-asphalt-based spraying quick-setting aqueous polyurethane waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the B component coagulant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 1-98 parts of inorganic metal salt solution and 2-99 parts of additive.
7. The non-asphalt-based spraying quick-setting water-based polyurethane waterproof paint as claimed in claim 6, wherein the mass concentration of the inorganic metal salt solution is 5-20%; the additive is one or more of citric acid solution, cyclohexylammonium acetate, polyvinyl methyl ether, carbodiimide, epoxy silane polymer and isocyanate silane polymer.
8. The non-asphalt-based spray-coating quick-setting aqueous polyurethane waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 6 or 7, wherein the inorganic metal salt solution is one or more of zinc sulfate, aluminum sulfate, sodium citrate, sodium bicarbonate and sodium sulfate.
9. The preparation method of the non-asphalt-based spraying quick-setting water-based polyurethane waterproof coating material as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the preparation method of the component A comprises the following steps:
mixing deionized water, pigment and filler, a flame retardant, a defoaming agent, a wetting agent and a dispersing agent, stirring, grinding, adding the composite aqueous polyurethane dispersion, a pH regulator, a freeze-thaw stabilizer, a film-forming assistant, an adhesion promoter, a sterilization preservative and an anti-aging agent, stirring, adding a thickening agent, stirring, filtering and packaging to obtain the component A.
10. The preparation method of the non-asphalt-based spraying quick-setting water-based polyurethane waterproof paint according to claim 9, wherein the grinding is carried out until the particle size is 10-40 μm.
