Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of microbial fermentation engineering preparation, and particularly relates to a method for preparing a seedling culture substrate by using waste celery leaves and chicken manure.
Background
The industrial seedling raising is an important technology in agriculture, and more materials used for preparing the matrix comprise peat, rock wool, bagasse, perlite and the like. Wherein, the peat and the rock wool are the most widely used in the world and are the accepted ideal seedling culture medium in the world. However, as the use amount of the liquid increases year by year, the negative effect liquid on the society and the ecological environment is increasingly obvious. Rock wool is not degradable, so that secondary pollution is brought to the environment when the rock wool is used in a large amount. Peat is produced from grassland and original forest, is a non-renewable natural resource, has exhaustion danger due to excessive mining, and causes great damage to the natural environment. Finding and developing inexpensive and readily available local resources has become an important issue. The substitute raw materials such as coconut chaff, sawdust and rice husk are developed and utilized at home and abroad, so that the cultivation cost is reduced and the environmental pollution is reduced.
In a vegetable production area, after vegetables are harvested, a large amount of waste vegetable leaves are discarded, for example, the celery waste leaves account for 1/5 of the celery yield, and if the celery waste leaves are not processed in time, the environment is polluted and the cultivation in the next season is influenced. The waste celery leaves are directly used for preparing the organic fertilizer, and the fertilizer efficiency is not high. As the seedling substrate only needs to solve the problems of seed germination and early nutrition and does not need too high nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrients, the waste celery leaves can be used as the seedling substrate material after being properly treated. The peanut shells are waste after processing peanuts and are commonly used as organic fertilizer additives.
The chicken manure contains a large amount of undigested and absorbed feed components. The fresh chicken manure can not be used as fertilizer without being decomposed, and can cause the damage of plant roots. Since the germination of seeds and the damage of young plants to the fermented manure are more easily caused than the plants in the growing period, the fermented chicken manure treatment which is common in China at present cannot be used for the seedling raising substrate because the decomposition is not thorough. Therefore, a method for preparing a seedling substrate by using waste celery leaves and chicken manure is provided.
