本发明涉及一种欧洲鳗鲡黑子饲料,包括以下成分:鱼粉、谷朊粉、面粉、淀粉、脱脂黄粉虫粉、胆碱、发酵豆粕、柠檬酸、复合矿物质、鱼油、复合维生素、乳酸菌和双歧杆菌。本发明使用鱼粉、发酵豆粕、脱脂黄粉虫、面粉、胆碱、柠檬酸其它添加剂混合后粉碎,经90摄氏度成型,经80摄氏度烘干,水分控制在9‑10%,饲料冷却后真空喷鱼油、乳酸菌和双歧杆菌;饲料含面粉量较低,高蛋白高脂肪,加入益生菌帮助消化,饲料消化吸收良好。

技术领域
本发明涉及饲料技术领域,尤其涉及一种欧洲鳗鲡黑子饲料及其制作方法。
背景技术
欧洲鳗就鳗鲡科鳗鲡属的一种鱼类,体延长而呈蛇状,尾部侧扁。它与日本鳗十分相似,但欧洲鳗鲡对营养要求更高,需要高蛋白,高脂肪的饲料,同时要有合适的微量元素和维生素,适合流水,耐高温能力比日本鳗差。
目前市场饲料为了保证粘弹性和控制成本,和淀粉有亲和力的鱼粉价格居高不下,成鳗饲料不得不大比例地使用淀粉,高比例淀粉的添加也影响配方营养总体平衡,饲料效率低,鳗鲡消化不良,造成欧洲鳗鲡成鳗容易肠炎,抗病能力下降,饲料效率低,生长缓慢。
市场欧洲鳗黑子饲料含淀粉较高,欧洲鳗不易消化吸,容易肠炎,生长不良。因和淀粉亲和力强的鱼粉价格高,占比大,造成欧洲鳗饲料成本高,养殖风险大。
市场欧洲鳗黑子饲料多为高蛋白低脂肪,能蛋比不当,营养不平衡,消化不完全,造成水中磷、氨氮含量太高,达不到国家污水排放标准,不良水质也容易引发鳗鱼疾病,造成饲料效率低下。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
为了解决现有技术的上述问题,本发明提供一种欧洲鳗鲡黑子饲料及其制作方法,其使用鱼粉、发酵豆粕、脱脂黄粉虫、面粉、胆碱、柠檬酸其它添加剂混合后粉碎,经90摄氏度成型,经80摄氏度烘干,水分控制在9-10%,饲料冷却后真空喷鱼油、乳酸菌和双歧杆菌;饲料含面粉量较低,高蛋白高脂肪,加入益生菌帮助消化,饲料消化吸收良好,投喂方便。
(二)技术方案
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的主要技术方案包括:
一种欧洲鳗鲡黑子饲料,包括以下按重量份计的成分:鱼粉280-290份、谷朊粉10-20份、面粉40-50份、淀粉20-30份、脱脂黄粉虫粉80-90份、胆碱2-3份、发酵豆粕60-70份、柠檬酸2-3份、复合矿物质3-3.5份、鱼油60-70份、复合维生素3-4份、乳酸菌3-4份和双歧杆菌2.5-3份。
一种欧洲鳗鲡黑子饲料的制作方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤S1、将鱼粉、谷朊粉、面粉、淀粉、脱脂黄粉虫粉、胆碱、发酵豆粕、柠檬酸、复合矿物质和复合维生素进行混合,混合后进行超微粉碎,粉碎细度要求99.6%过80目筛形成基粉;
步骤S2、将步骤S1得到的基粉进行调质,调质时每公斤基粉加100-110毫升的水,温度控制在90-100摄氏度,调质时间为1-3分钟;而后将调质后的基粉进行烘干;
步骤S3、将鱼油、乳酸菌和双歧杆菌进行搅拌混合得到混合物,将混合物采用真空喷油机喷入到步骤S2得到的基粉中进行混合得到欧洲鳗鲡黑子饲料成品。
进一步地,烘干时,采用加长型八节箱体,保证低温下长时间烘干,确保颗粒水分均匀,基粉中水分含量为9-9.5%;烘干温度为70-80摄氏度,烘干时间1小时20分钟。
进一步地,所述鱼油、乳酸菌和双歧杆菌采用搅拌机打至乳化状态,搅拌机转速为2800转/小时。
进一步地,所述真空喷油机为抽风式真空机,喷油压力为0.5个大气压。
(三)有益效果
本发明的有益效果是:1、本发明使用鱼粉、发酵豆粕、脱脂黄粉虫、面粉、胆碱、柠檬酸其它添加剂混合后粉碎,经90摄氏度成型,经80摄氏度烘干,水分控制在9-10%,饲料冷却后真空喷鱼油、乳酸菌和双歧杆菌;饲料含面粉量较低,高蛋白高脂肪,加入益生菌帮助消化,饲料消化吸收良好,投喂方便。
2、本发明使用面粉、谷朊粉、明胶作为成型剂,降低饲料淀粉含量,防止肠炎。通过添加发酵豆粕、黄粉虫粉增强欧洲鳗的免疫力,添加柠檬能促进磷的吸收减少欧洲鳗磷的排放。
3、通过真空喷油,增加饲料油脂含量,降低饲料蛋白质含量,使饲料能蛋比更合理,提高饲料效率,降低饲料氨氮排放。
4、乳酸菌、双歧杆菌能能优化鳗鱼肠道生态菌落,保证鳗鱼健康生长,提高饲料效率。

本发明使用发酵豆粕为豆粕发酵后烘干而成,含大量小肽蛋白和寡糖,容易吸收同时能增强欧洲鳗的免疫力;用谷朊粉做为粘结成型剂,谷朊粉粗蛋白80以上,欧洲鳗鲡消化率达到80%以上;谷朊粉替代部分淀粉,极低的淀粉含量有效防止鳗鱼肠炎,淀粉占比少,能加入更多的油脂,让饲料能蛋比更合理;脱脂黄粉虫代替部分鱼粉,降低了饲料总磷含量,养殖污水磷排放达到国家标准。

由上表可知,本发明的欧洲鳗鲡黑子饲料及其制作方法对于欧洲鳗消化率达到99%以上,且极低的淀粉含量有效防止鳗鱼肠炎,淀粉占比少,能加入更多的油脂,让饲料能蛋比更合理。
