Abstract
本发明公开了一种超支化环氧底漆,由A组分和B组分组成,所述A组分如下:钛白粉、超支化环氧树脂、炭黑、三聚磷酸铝、滑石粉粉、云母粉沉淀硫酸钡、溶剂油、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、正丁醇、聚酰胺蜡、有机膨润土、超支化环氧固化剂、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯。本发明提供的超支化环氧底漆的综合检测结果表明,各项理化指标达到或高于标准,表面硬度达到6H,划格附着力为0。本发明提供的超支化环氧底漆具有良好的耐腐蚀性,经检测耐盐雾达4200小时漆膜未起泡、未生锈,附着力超过10MPa。

技术领域
本发明属于环氧底漆领域,具体涉及一种超支化环氧底漆。
背景技术
超支化环氧树脂是一种具有低粘度、高环氧值、高活性、低voc的高分子量环氧树脂,可作为环氧树脂、环硫树脂等热固性树脂的稀释剂、增强增韧助剂;也可作为牙科修复材料、灌封涂料、电子封装涂料增强增韧助剂、消泡剂;也可作为合成其他功能高分子材料的中间体,应用于航空航天等高端领域的涂料、热固性塑料、胶黏剂等。
双组份环氧涂料又叫环氧高强涂料。主要以改性环氧树脂作为主要成膜物,利用活性稀释增韧剂实现无溶剂化。赋予涂层良好的粘接力,优异的化学稳定性和机械性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种超支化环氧底漆。
为达到上述目的,本发明按照以下步骤实现:
一种超支化环氧底漆,由A组分和B组分组成,所述A组分如下:重量份数
所述B组分如下:重量份数
超支化环氧固化剂 50-60份
丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯 50-60份
而且,A组分如下
而且,超支化环氧固化剂为超支化聚磷酸酯HHPP。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明提供的双组份环氧类有机防腐涂料的积极效果是:
1、本发明提供的超支化环氧底漆的综合检测结果表明,各项理化指标达到或高于标准,表面硬度达到6H,划格附着力为0。
2、本发明提供的超支化环氧底漆具有良好的耐腐蚀性,经检测耐盐雾达4200小时漆膜未起泡、未生锈,附着力超过10MPa。
3、本发明提供的超支化环氧底漆,节省能源,保护环境。具有强度大,固体含量高、防蚀性能好、施工工序简单、无环境污染等众多优点。

实施例1
一种超支化环氧底漆,成分及制备方法如下为:
B组分 重量份数
超支化环氧固化剂(100%) 50份(超支化聚磷酸酯(HHPP))
PMA丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯 50份。
本发明所述的超支化环氧底漆的制备方法,步骤如下:
如上述双组份环氧类有机防腐涂料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
1、A组份的制备:将环氧有机硅树脂、助剂和稀释剂投入分散机中进行搅拌,搅拌时间为20-30min,搅拌速度为90-100r/min,然后加入环氧树脂、颜料和填料,搅拌15-25min,搅拌速度为110-120r/min,将搅拌后的混合物转移至砂磨机中进行研磨,研磨至细度≤60μm,将研磨后的混合物转移至分散机中,再加入玻璃鳞片并搅拌20-40min,最后加入稀释剂至所得甲组份的黏度为用涂-4杯粘度计测量为50-60s。
2、B组份的制备:将乙组份的各原料加入搅拌罐中,搅拌均匀,然后将搅拌均匀的混合物用滤网过滤,即可得到乙组份。
3、双组份超支化环氧底漆的制备:将组分I、组分II按10:1-10:5的重量比充分混合,即得双组份超支化环氧底漆。
实施例2
一种超支化环氧底漆,成分及制备方法如下为:
B组分 重量份数
超支化环氧固化剂(100%) 55份(超支化聚磷酸酯(HHPP))
PMA丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯 55份。
本发明所述的超支化环氧底漆的制备方法,步骤如下:
如上述双组份环氧类有机防腐涂料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
