Performance test method
Ultraviolet accelerated aging test:
placing the modified PET prepared in the embodiments 2-10 on a sample rack of a high-pressure mercury lamp exposure aging test box for 5 days, and carrying out an ultraviolet irradiation accelerated aging test; the light source was a 500W high pressure mercury lamp. The tensile strength change rate delta of the modified PET material before and after the ultraviolet irradiation accelerated aging test is tested by reference to GB/T1040-06, wherein delta is (tensile strength before the test-tensile strength after the test)/tensile strength before the test multiplied by 100%.
Moisture and heat resistance stability:
the modified PET prepared in the examples 2 to 10 is placed in an oven with the relative humidity of 55% at the temperature of 60 ℃ for 96h, and after being taken out, the modified PET is evaluated whether the modified PET has the cracking phenomenon by referring to GB/T1766-2008. The evaluation grades are specifically as follows:
level 0: no change, i.e., no change that is perceptible;
level 1: very slight, i.e. just noticeable, changes;
and 2, stage: slight, i.e., visibly perceptible, changes;
and 3, level: moderate, i.e., a change that is clearly noticeable;
4, level: larger, i.e. with greater variation;
and 5, stage: severe, i.e. strongly varying.
Warping degree:
modified PET's obtained in examples 2 to 10 were tested for warpage using a Ginzhi 3D tester after being placed in an oven at 60 ℃ and a relative humidity of 55% for 96 hours.
