Claims (8)

1. A novel movable boar house is characterized by comprising a boar house body (1), wherein the boar house body (1) comprises a bottom frame (2), arch shed units (3) arranged at the top of the bottom frame (2) and external wall plates (4) arranged at the outer side and the front and rear ends of the arch shed units (3), each arch shed unit (3) comprises a plurality of groups of U-shaped connecting plates (5), the two ends of each U-shaped connecting plate (5) are connected with the bottom frame (2), hook plates (6) and clamping plates (7) are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of each U-shaped connecting plate (5), two adjacent groups of U-shaped connecting plates (5) are connected in a clamping manner through hook plates (6) and clamping plates (7), an outer polyurethane heat-insulating layer (8) is sprayed on the outer side of each arch shed unit (3), and an inner polyurethane heat-insulating layer (9) is sprayed on the inner side of each arch shed unit (3), a polyurea layer (10) is sprayed on the inner side of the inner polyurethane heat-insulating layer (9), a plurality of groups of inner supporting beams (11) for supporting the outer wall plate (4) are mounted at the top of the bottom frame (2), and the inner supporting beams (11) are positioned on the outer side of the arched shed unit (3); the inside of boar house body (1) is provided with the living room to install multiunit field (12) in the living room, the one end of boar house body (1) is provided with communicating access & exit (13) of living room, and the below of living room is provided with the excrement ditch, and is provided with cast iron leak seam board (14) between living room and excrement ditch, is provided with clean mechanism in the excrement ditch, clean mechanism includes walking support (15), carries out the first driving motor (16) of drive to walking support (15), installs scraping manure device, belt cleaning device and the washing unit on walking support (15), scraping manure device includes mounting bracket (17) articulated with walking support (15), installs in lower scraping manure board (18) of mounting bracket (17) bottom and installs side scraping manure board (19) in mounting bracket (17) both sides, the bottom of scraping manure board (18) contacts with the inner diapire of excrement ditch down, the side dung scraping plate (19) is tightly attached to the inner side wall of the dung ditch, the cleaning device comprises a lower rotating shaft (20), two sets of auxiliary rotating shafts (21) and a second driving motor (22) for driving the lower rotating shaft (20) and the two sets of auxiliary rotating shafts (21), the outer side of the lower rotating shaft (20) is provided with first cleaning bristles (23) in contact with the inner side wall of the dung ditch, the outer sides of the two sets of auxiliary rotating shafts (21) are provided with second cleaning bristles (24) in contact with the inner side wall of the dung ditch, the flushing mechanism comprises a fixed support and a flushing spray pipe (25) installed on the fixed support, a lower spray head (26) for flushing the inner bottom wall of the dung ditch and a side spray head (27) for flushing the inner side wall of the dung ditch are communicated with each other through communication on the flushing spray pipe (25), and a dung discharge pipe (41) communicated with the dung ditch is arranged.
2. A new mobile boar house according to claim 1, characterised in that the flushing nozzles (25) are connected to an external high pressure water source.

A new mobile boar house according to claim 1 further comprising a ventilator (32) mechanism, the ventilator (32) comprises an air conditioning device (28) and an air duct (29), one end of the boar shed body (1) is provided with an air inlet (30), the other end of the boar shed body (1) is provided with an air wall (31), an air chamber is formed between the air wall (31) and the external wall panel (4), the bottom of the air chamber is communicated with the excrement ditch, a fan (32) is arranged at the air inlet (30), the output end of the fan (32) is communicated with the air conditioning device (28), the input end of the air pipe (29) is communicated with the output end of the air conditioning device (28), and a plurality of groups of air outlets (33) are communicated and arranged on the air pipe (29), and an air outlet pipe (34) communicated with the air chamber is arranged outside one end of the boar house body (1) close to the air chamber.
4. A new mobile boar house according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom end of the bottom frame (2) is provided with a plurality of sets of self-locking walking wheels (35) and a plurality of sets of lifting supports (36).

The novel mobile boar house according to claim 1, wherein linear slide rails (37) are arranged on the front inner wall and the rear inner wall of the dung trench, slide blocks (38) are arranged on the linear slide rails (37) in a sliding manner, the front end and the rear end of the walking bracket (15) are respectively and fixedly connected with the two groups of slide blocks (38), a threaded hole which is through from left to right is formed in the middle of the walking bracket (15), a driving lead screw (39) is arranged at the output end of the first driving motor (16), and the output end of the driving lead screw (39) is screwed into the threaded hole.
6. A new mobile boar house according to claim 1, characterised in that the top end of the mounting frame (17) is hinged with the walking bracket (15) and the bottom end of the mounting frame (17) is arranged inclined to the right.
7. A new mobile boar house according to claim 1 wherein the bottom end of the walking support (15) is provided with auxiliary support wheels (40) supporting the walking support (15).
8. A new mobile boar house according to claim 1 wherein the inner bottom wall of the manure pit is arranged with a high front and a low rear slope and the lower manure scraper (18) is arranged with a high front and a low rear slope.
