Abstract
本发明公开一种复合防水砂浆的保温板,其包括保温芯材,所述保温芯材的上端面和下端面涂抹有防水砂浆,所述防水砂浆与保温芯材之间设有网格布,所述防水砂浆为水泥基底渗透结晶砂浆。本发明的砂浆通过活性组分硅酸钠与分散在水泥中的钙离子反应,生成能够填充缝隙的不溶结晶体,结晶体能够填充缝隙,可使得砂浆混凝土具有防水渗透的功能,且本发明的具有自催化特性,当砂浆混凝土产生裂缝,在潮湿条件下或有水渗入时,活性化学物质将会再度激活,催化发生新的水化反应,在缝隙中生成新的结晶体,填塞堵住微细裂缝,具有优良的自修复功能,能够长久的避免因水汽对保温芯材的保温性能的影响。

本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种复合防水砂浆的保温板
背景技术
目前,我国外墙保温包括有机保温体系和无机保温体系和有机和无机复合保温材料三类。保温材料中多以保温板的形式进行使用。但现有的无机保温板的防水性均比较差,存有一定的不足。
发明内容
因此,基于以上背景,本发明克服普通无机保温板的不足,提供一种复合砂浆的保温板。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种复合防水砂浆的保温板,其包括保温芯材,所述保温芯材的上端面和下端面涂抹有防水砂浆,所述防水砂浆与保温芯材之间设有网格布,所述防水砂浆为水泥基渗透结晶砂浆,所述防水砂浆由以下重量份组分配制而成:
硅酸盐水泥20-50份、石英砂20-30份、聚丙烯纤维2-10份、有机酸2-10份、硅酸钠5-15份、催化剂2-5份、乳胶粉2-5份。
进一步地,所述保温芯材为无机保温板。
进一步地,所述芯材为岩棉防火保温板。
进一步地,所述乳胶粉为水溶性可再分散乳胶粉。
进一步地,所述乳胶粉为VAE胶粉。

进一步地,所述聚丙烯长度为2-5mm。

而硅酸盐水泥为防水砂浆的基体材料,具有一定的粘接性,石英砂为骨料,而其中硅酸钠等活性物质能够以水为载体,均匀分散在砂浆中,并且能够与其中的钙离子反应,生成不溶性结晶物。其中乳胶粉在溶于水后,可渗透至多孔的保温芯材中,当水分蒸发后,则可重新形成弹性体,可使得砂浆与保温芯材连接在一起,形成一个整体,增强其结合力,且能够提高砂浆的抗压强度、拉伸粘结强度等,而聚丙烯纤维可以起到物理性加筋作用,进一步缓解内应力,可达到抗裂补强的作用,可有效的提高砂浆的韧性,提高砂浆的抗裂变形和耐磨能力。而且本发明中的硅酸钠与溶解的有机酸发生反应,生成交联网状的硅胶弹性体,而当保温板上粘结有机饰板时,通过硅胶弹性体能够增强砂浆与有机饰板的界面结合力,增加牢固性。
采用上述技术方案,具有的有益效果如下:
本发明的砂浆通过活性组分硅酸钠与分散在水泥中的钙离子反应,生成能够填充缝隙的不溶结晶体,结晶体能够填充缝隙,可使得砂浆或混凝土具有防水渗透的功能,且本发明的具有自催化特性,当砂浆或混凝土产生裂缝,在潮湿条件下或有水渗入时,活性化学物质将会再度激活,催化发生新的水化反应,在缝隙中生成新的结晶体,填塞堵住微细裂缝,具有优良的自修复功能,能够长久的避免因砂浆或混凝土开裂所造成的气态水和液态水对保温芯材产生冻融带来的保温性能的影响。

本发明的砂浆具有多次抗渗透和自我修复的功能,且具有良好的抗压与抗折弯性,力学性能优异,其中抗压强度可达3.0Mpa,吸水率较普通砂浆下降70%,抗折和抗压强度分别提高18%和24%。
