本发明涉及一种保温装饰板。本发明提供的保温装饰板包括保温芯层;所述保温芯层外表面依次设置有网格布复合砂浆层、轻质抹灰砂浆层、网格布复合柔性防水砂浆层和饰面层。本发明提供的保温装饰板结构简单,在不增加保温装饰板的重量的前提下能够大大提高其抗折性能,并且具有较好的抗冲击性和抗压性,具有良好的市场应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑保温材料,具体涉及一种保温装饰板。
背景技术
现有技术中,建筑用的保温装饰板通常仅有保温芯层和面层一侧的表面设置的饰面层构成,这样的保温装饰板的强度较弱,尤其是耐折强度十分差,内部的保温芯层十分容易暴露在外,在实际安装中会很容易被外力破坏,保温芯层容易暴露在空气中,发生老化现象。此外,这种保温装饰板也不易安装,因为保温芯层重量较轻,并且安装中需要在材料上进行开孔或开槽,利用锚固件进行连接,而保温芯层在开孔或者切削加工中极易发生损坏,这也为工业化制造房屋带来了阻碍。
实际上,除了在保温装饰板的安装过程中极易发生损坏外,在保温装饰板使用时也十分易于被外力破坏,所以经常需要对损坏的保温装饰板进行更换,引起这一现象的重要原因之一就是保温装饰板的抗折强度太差,本身保温芯层强度较低,而面层的强度也不佳,并且两者结合强度并不好,整体的抗折强度较差,由于饰面层会进行抹浆等操作,饰面层的重量较保温芯层的重量较重,在使用时还易发生面层脱落的现象,而通过一些高分子强胶水对两者进行粘结,一是胶水本身的有害挥发物较多,不符合建筑的环保要求。此外,为保证保温装饰板表面的强度,饰面层厚度通常较厚,饰面层内部支撑部分会采用纤维增强但质量较轻的材质作为基材,这种基材除了抗折强度低已遭到破坏外,其与饰面层表面的装饰层之间的粘结强度也较低,并且整个饰面层也易与保温芯层之间发生分离。在提高保温装饰板的强度过程中,也尝试过许多方法,如公开号为CN105178540A的专利提供了一种具有黄金麻饰面的防火保温装饰板,其组成包括:装饰板,其特征是:所述的装饰板是长方形,所述的装饰板包括砂浆盒体,所述的砂浆盒体上方中间位置与2个加强立筋固定,所述的砂浆盒体两侧是砂浆立柱,所述的砂浆立柱内侧上下位置装有复合专用砂浆,所述的砂浆立柱与所述的复合专用砂浆上方通过胶粘剂与黄金麻饰面粘接。虽然保温装饰板的强度提高了,但其制作成本也随之大大提高,制作工序复杂,制作模具还需特制,不利于大批量工业化生产。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明的主要目的是提供一种抗折强度高、整体结构牢固的保温装饰板。
本发明提供的保温装饰板包括保温芯层;所述保温芯层外表面依次设置有网格布复合砂浆层、轻质抹灰砂浆层、网格布复合柔性防水砂浆层和饰面层。
保温芯层的外表面即安装在建筑外墙的在外一侧表面,保温芯层的外表面先设置有一层网格布复合砂浆层,即网格布用砂浆双面涂覆的层状结构,这层结构主要起到增强和抗折作用,同时还起着粘结作用,而网格布复合砂浆层外层设置有轻质抹灰砂浆层,也即干密度不高于1050kg/m3、抗压强度不低于等级M3.5的砂浆层,更优选的其导热系数值不高于于0.195W/(m·K);在轻质抹灰砂浆层外表面再设置有一层网格布复合柔性防水砂浆层,优选的网格布复合柔性防水砂浆层为:将氯丁胶乳防水砂浆涂覆到耐碱网格布两表面上。这样,保温芯层和饰面层之间能够很好地粘结在一起,并且整个保温装饰板的重量没有增加,再者,保温芯层外层强度高,在安装时,可以在外层截面上进行开槽,能适应各种安装方式,并且整个保温装饰板不会被损坏。
进一步的,上述保温装饰板还包括纤维增强砂浆层;所述纤维增强砂浆层设置于所述保温芯层内表面上。纤维增强砂浆层即加入了增强纤维的砂浆层,其一方面充当建筑墙与保温装饰板之间的粘结层,另一方面还能有效保护保温芯层,避免了在运输,安装过程中对保温芯层造成损坏。
进一步的,上述保温装饰板中,所述轻质抹灰砂浆层为无机保温砂浆层或砂灰层,所述轻质抹灰砂浆层的厚度为6-8mm。无机保温砂浆主要为玻化微珠保温砂浆和膨胀珍珠岩保温砂浆。
进一步的,上述保温装饰板中,所述网格布复合砂浆层材质为300g耐碱网格布复合砂浆。
进一步的,上述保温装饰板中,所述网格布复合柔性防水砂浆层材质为160g耐碱网格布复合柔性防水砂浆。
进一步的,上述保温装饰板中还包括砂浆隔条;所述砂浆隔条设置于所述保温芯层内部,所述砂浆隔条的一条长边与所述网格布复合砂浆层连接。这样砂浆隔条与网格布复合砂浆层能够很好粘接,而砂浆隔条能够对保温芯层起到支撑作用,从而进一步提高保温芯层的强度,避免遭受外力破坏。
进一步的,上述保温装饰板中,所述砂浆隔条的宽度小于保温芯层的厚度。也即保温芯层高于砂浆隔条,这样在增强保温芯层的强度的同时还能避免热桥的搭建。
进一步的,上述保温装饰板中,所述砂浆隔条之间的距离为50-70cm。为了保证保温效果,砂浆隔条的密度不宜过大,而砂浆隔条密度太小则保温芯层强度不够。进一步优选的,上述保温装饰板中,所述砂浆隔条之间的距离为60cm。
上述所有网格布网眼规格为(3-5)mm×(3-5)mm。
进一步的,上述保温装饰板中,所述轻质抹灰砂浆层的组成材料包括如下重量份组分:普通硅酸盐水泥20-30份、级配砂石20-30份、玻化微珠3-10份、重钙粉5-25份、纤维素醚保水剂0.01-0.2份、无机膨润土1-2份。该砂浆层的粘结强度高、质量轻、同质量下其抗折强度高。
进一步的,上述保温装饰板中,所述网格布复合砂浆层的组成材料包括如下重量份组分:硅酸盐水泥20-40份、可再分散性乳胶粉4-6份、甲基纤维素醚0.1-0.4重量份、粉煤灰20-30重量份、石英砂30-40份。
本发明所提供的保温装饰板结构简单,十分利于工业化生产,先将饰面层上依次铺设网格布复合柔性防水砂浆层、轻质抹灰砂浆层、网格布复合砂浆层,再在网格布复合砂浆层上通过简单模具制备砂浆隔条,然后将发泡材料填充到空隙中即可获得产品,整个生产过程不使用特殊工具和模具,制作步骤简单快速。
综上所述,本发明提供的保温装饰板结构简单,在不增加保温装饰板的重量的前提下能够大大提高其抗折性能,并且具有较好的抗冲击性和抗压性,具有良好的市场应用前景。

上述保温装饰板中还包括砂浆隔条6,砂浆隔条6设置于保温芯层1内部,砂浆隔条6的一条长边与所述网格布复合砂浆层2连接;砂浆隔条6的宽度为4cm,保温芯层1的厚度为5cm,即砂浆隔条6嵌入在保温芯层1中,其一条长边是与网格布复合砂浆层2进行连接,砂浆隔条6之间的距离为60cm。

上述保温装饰板中,所述轻质抹灰砂浆层3的组成材料包括如下重量份组分:普通硅酸盐水泥25份、级配砂石30份、玻化微珠5份、重钙粉20份、纤维素醚保水剂0.01份、无机膨润土1份。所述网格布复合砂浆层2的组成材料包括如下重量份组分:硅酸盐水泥40份、可再分散性乳胶粉4份、甲基纤维素醚0.3重量份、粉煤灰20重量份、石英砂35份。
实施例3
一种保温装饰板包括保温芯层1;所述保温芯层1外表面依次设置有网格布复合砂浆层2、6mm厚的轻质抹灰砂浆层3、网格布复合柔性防水砂浆层4和饰面层5,保温芯层1内表面上设置有纤维增强砂浆层7。网格布复合砂浆层2材质为300g耐碱网格布复合砂浆,网格布复合柔性防水砂浆层4材质为160g耐碱网格布复合柔性防水砂浆,轻质抹灰砂浆层3的材质为玻化微珠保温砂浆。
上述保温装饰板中还包括砂浆隔条6,砂浆隔条6设置于保温芯层1内部,砂浆隔条6的一条长边与所述网格布复合砂浆层2连接;砂浆隔条6的宽度为4cm,保温芯层1的厚度为5cm,即砂浆隔条6嵌入在保温芯层1中,其一条长边是与网格布复合砂浆层2进行连接,砂浆隔条6之间的距离为60cm。
上述保温装饰板中,所述轻质抹灰砂浆层3的组成材料包括如下重量份组分:普通硅酸盐水泥20份、级配砂石25份、玻化微珠8份、重钙粉25份、纤维素醚保水剂0.03份、无机膨润土1份。所述网格布复合砂浆层2的组成材料包括如下重量份组分:硅酸盐水泥35份、可再分散性乳胶粉5份、甲基纤维素醚0.2重量份、粉煤灰25重量份、石英砂30份。
实施例中所有网格布网眼规格为(3-5)mm×(3-5)mm,所使用的网格布复合柔性防水砂浆层中的砂浆均为氯丁胶乳防水砂浆。
本发明提供的保温装饰板材的干密度为200-350kg/cm3、厚度为3-6cm、导热系数为0.015-0.032W/(m·K)、抗压强度不低于0.2MPa,抗拉强度不低于0.15MPa,其抗折强度为市售保温装饰板产品的3.2-5.8倍。

Claims (10)

1.一种保温装饰板,其特征在于,包括:
保温芯层(1);
所述保温芯层(1)外表面依次设置有网格布复合砂浆层(2)、轻质抹灰砂浆层(3)、网格布复合柔性防水砂浆层(4)和饰面层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温装饰板,其特征在于,还包括:
纤维增强砂浆层(7);
所述纤维增强砂浆层(7)设置于所述保温芯层(1)内表面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保温装饰板,其特征在于,
所述轻质抹灰砂浆层(3)为无机保温砂浆层或砂灰层,所述轻质抹灰砂浆层(3)的厚度为6-8mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保温装饰板,其特征在于,
所述网格布复合砂浆层(2)材质为300g耐碱网格布复合砂浆。
5.根据权利要求1所述的保温装饰板,其特征在于,
所述网格布复合柔性防水砂浆层(4)材质为160g耐碱网格布复合柔性防水砂浆。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的保温装饰板,其特征在于,还包括:
砂浆隔条(6);
所述砂浆隔条(6)设置于所述保温芯层(1)内部,所述砂浆隔条(6)的一条长边与所述网格布复合砂浆层(2)连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的保温装饰板,其特征在于,
所述砂浆隔条(6)的宽度小于保温芯层(1)的厚度。
8.根据权利要求6所述的保温装饰板,其特征在于,
所述砂浆隔条(6)之间的距离为50-70cm。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的保温装饰板,其特征在于,
所述轻质抹灰砂浆层(3)的组成材料包括如下重量份组分:
普通硅酸盐水泥20-30份、级配砂石20-30份、玻化微珠3-10份、重钙粉5-25份、纤维素醚保水剂0.01-0.2份、无机膨润土1-2份。
10.根据权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的保温装饰板,其特征在于,
所述网格布复合砂浆层(2)的组成材料包括如下重量份组分:硅酸盐水泥20-40份、可再分散性乳胶粉4-6份、甲基纤维素醚0.1-0.4重量份、粉煤灰20-30重量份、石英砂30-40份。
