b. pretreatment of raw materials:
cleaning pollutants on the surfaces of the Chinese toon buds, the chrysanthemum buds, the lonicera confusa or the mint leaves by using clear water without excessively rubbing during cleaning so as to avoid tissue damage; respectively using sodium bicarbonate with the mass fraction not higher than 0.2% as a blanching liquid, blanching for at least 30s, and carrying out enzyme deactivation treatment; after blanching, immediately putting the mixture into a normal-temperature sodium bicarbonate solution for cooling;
draining the cooled Chinese toon buds and the cleaned chrysanthemum buds, lonicera confusa or mint leaves, and filling the Chinese toon buds and the cleaned chrysanthemum buds, lonicera confusa or mint leaves into a sterilized plastic bag according to the filling amount of not more than 0.5 kg/bag; when the Chinese toon buds are placed, the Chinese toon buds, the chrysanthemum buds, the lonicera confusa or the mint leaves are arranged in order, and the bag openings are folded; then respectively placing the packaged raw materials in a freezer at the temperature of-80 to-40 ℃, quickly freezing for at least 24 hours, then transferring to low temperature storage at the temperature of not higher than-18 ℃, and carrying out freeze-drying treatment to obtain freeze-dried toona sinensis, freeze-dried chrysanthemum buds, freeze-dried lonicera confusa or freeze-dried mint leaves as main raw materials;
c. drying and crushing the raw materials:
spreading the main raw materials stored at low temperature to a thickness of no more than 5cm, and drying in a freeze vacuum drier; taking out the raw materials when the temperature of the raw materials reaches room temperature after the freeze vacuum dryer is stopped, crushing the raw materials by using an ultrafine crusher, sieving the crushed raw materials by using a 100-mesh sieve to obtain ultrafine raw material powder which is respectively toona sinensis ultrafine powder, chrysanthemum ultrafine powder, lonicera confusa ultrafine powder or mint ultrafine powder, and respectively bagging and storing the ultrafine raw material powder;
d. mixing raw material powder:
mixing superfine raw material powder according to the mass content of the prepared components of the health-care type toona sinensis effervescent tablet and the component substances thereof, uniformly mixing until uniform color appears, and fully mixing a disintegrating agent, a sweetening agent, a lubricating agent and an adhesive to obtain a raw material mixture;
e. tabletting:
putting the raw material mixture into a tablet machine, tabletting and drying to obtain a tablet-type effervescent tablet;
f, post-treatment and packaging:
sterilizing the tablet effervescent tablets under high pressure, and packaging in an energy-saving type package to obtain the finished health-care toona sinensis effervescent tablets.
