Abstract
The invention discloses a traction device of a molten steel tank transport vehicle, which comprises a steel welding frame, a driving device, a coupler, wheels, a buffer, a rail cleaner, a frequency sensitive rheostat and a traction device, wherein the driving device is arranged on the steel welding frame and provided with a central hole in the center; the frequency sensitive rheostat is connected with a driving device through an electric signal, and the driving device drives the coupler to rotate and drives the wheels to rotate. The traction device of the ladle transport vehicle has extremely strong anti-overload capacity, and can drive a 200t ladle car by ensuring the traction capacity; four sets of buffers are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the frame, so that the vehicle body equipment can be effectively protected.

2. the motor replacement times are averagely reduced by 6 times per month after the traction device of the molten steel tank transport vehicle is on line, the production time is saved by 6 hours, 6/0.5 80-960 tons of steel can be averagely produced per month when 1 furnace of steel is produced every 30 minutes, and the average profit of 6-2-80-500-576 ten tons of steel can be averagely produced per ton of steel according to the calculation of 500 yuan of profit;
