3 formulation and Process screening
3.1 formulation
3.1.1 basis for formulation screening
3.1.1.1 mainly aiming at the skin aging problem, selecting almond oil with the efficacy of moistening in plants, promoting cell renewal, recovering smooth, soft, fine and crease-resistant; selecting lemon extract capable of eliminating skin pigment precipitation, smoothing and tendering skin, whitening skin and resisting aging; the sunflower seed oil is selected, which can regulate the lipid secretion of skin, improve the phenomenon of dry skin from the interior of the skin, increase the luster of the skin, promote metabolism, lighten color spots and strengthen the anti-aging property of the skin.
3.1.1.2 combining the problem of emulsion stratification in the prior art, polyglycerol-4 caprate, polyglycerol-3 cocoate, polyglycerol-6 caprylate, polyglycerol-6 ricinoleate were selected as emulsifiers:

And (3) scoring the facial mask essence, wherein the prepared facial mask essence is scored comprehensively according to the scoring standard in the table 1, and the comprehensive score is 10 points, which is the sum of all indexes.

According to the scoring standards in the table 1, the prepared mask essence is subjected to primary screening scoring in the aspects of solubility, glossiness, spreadability, centrifugation and the like, the scoring results are four grades of excellent (2.0-2.5), good (1.0-1.9), medium (0.4-0.9) and poor (0-0.3), and because the screening objects in the experiment are different, the scoring modes of the mask essence are comprehensive scoring and single scoring. The comprehensive score means that the score is respectively graded from four angles of solubility, glossiness, coating and centrifugation, and the comprehensive score is the sum of all index scores and is 10 points full.
The facial mask essence produced by the formula I, the formula II, the formula III, the formula IV, the formula V and the formula VI and the process I, the process II, the process III and the process IV respectively has the highest combined score of the formula I and the process, and is shown in a table 2.

4 quality evaluation experiment of the invention
4.1 appearance Properties and fineness
Taking 0.5g of the essence of the examples 1, 8 and 15 respectively, placing the essence in a 10mL test tube, and observing the appearance character of the essence; coating the finished product on the back of the hand, and evaluating the fineness of the hand through sensory indexes.
And (4) checking results: the product is milky transparent liquid, uniform, fine, glossy, smooth in touch and moderate in viscosity.
4.2 pH value
0.5g of each of the products of examples 1, 8 and 15 was dissolved in 5mL of distilled water, and the solution was cooled to room temperature after 30min at 40 ℃ and then the pH value was measured.
As a result: example 1, pH 5.1; example 8, pH 5.3, example 15, pH 5.4. The pH value of the skin is optimal between pH5.0 and 5.6, and the pH results of 3 examples are in the range.
4.3 simulation experiment for in vitro moisture retention
In order to better simulate human skin, a layer of 3M medical breathable adhesive tape is selected to be used for manufacturing a simulation device in the experiment. In the experiment, the temperature is kept at room temperature, and the 'examples 1, 8 and 15' are weighed; "comparative example 1 (application No. CN 201910441609.5)"; "comparative example 2 (application No. cn201710737858. x)"; 0.5g each of the masks of "comparative example 3 (commercially available)" was applied to the surface of a simulation apparatus, left at room temperature for 1 hour, and then weighed to calculate the moisture retention rate, and the results are shown in Table 3.

As a result: as can be seen from the above test results, the moisturizing rate data of "examples 1, 8, and 15" is larger than that of "comparative examples 1,2, and 3", and thus it is demonstrated that the facial mask of the present invention has a significant moisturizing effect in the in vitro moisturizing simulation experiment.

Under the conditions that the ambient temperature is 25 +/-1 ℃ and the humidity is 50 +/-5%, a VISIA facial image analyzer is adopted for testing, smoothness data are comprehensively obtained, and the higher the data value is, the worse the skin smoothness is. The results are shown in table 6, where the smoothness data are the average values for each group of subjects.

The masks of "examples 1, 8 and 15", "comparative example 1 (application number CN 201910441609.5)", "comparative example 2 (application number cn201710737858. x)", "comparative example 3 (commercially available)" were distributed to 120 subjects, the subjects were 35-50 years old, male and female were randomized, the subjects were divided into six groups of 20 persons, each group of subjects used the same mask, and the treatment effect was counted after 90 days of continuous use, and the results are shown in table 7.

As a result: from the above test results, it can be seen that the spot-fading effects of "examples 1, 8, and 15" are more remarkable after 3 months than those of "comparative examples 1,2, and 3", thus showing that the spot-fading effects of the mask of the present invention are remarkable.

The facial masks prepared by the methods of examples 1, 8 and 15 were respectively stored at room temperature for 3 months, 6 months, 12 months and 18 months, and the following quality stability tests were conducted.

Taking 0.5g of each facial mask of the products of examples 1, 8 and 15, placing the facial masks in a test tube of 10mL, and observing the appearance characters of the facial masks; coating a proper amount of the finished product on the back of the hand, and evaluating the fineness of the hand through sensory indexes. The results of the examination are shown in Table 8.

As a result: according to the results in the table above, the appearance and the fineness of the facial mask are unchanged within 0-18 months, which indicates that the appearance and the fineness of the facial mask are relatively stable within 18 months.
4.8.2 PH value
0.5g of each of the products of examples 1, 8 and 15 was dissolved in 5mL of distilled water, and after cooling to room temperature, the solution was cooled to a constant temperature of 40 ℃ for 30min, and the pH was measured as shown in Table 9.

As a result: according to the results in the table, the pH value detection data of the facial mask is stable within 0-18 months, and are all between 5.0-5.5, which indicates that the pH value of the facial mask is relatively stable within 18 months.
4.8.3 centrifugation experiments
At room temperature, 5g of the product of "examples 1, 8 and 15" was put into a 10mL centrifuge tube, and the tube was placed in a centrifuge and rotated at 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 and 5000rpm for 10min, and the samples were observed for the presence or absence of moisture, and the results are shown in Table 10.

As a result: according to the results of the table above, no water analysis is found in the mask in 0-18 months of centrifugal test detection, and no layering phenomenon occurs, which indicates that the mask is relatively stable in 18 months of centrifugal test.
5. Conclusion of the research experiment
The invention researches a moisturizing and anti-aging mask with skin aging, moisturizing, whitening and spot fading effects, and through experiments of moisturizing and moisturizing performance test, wrinkle removing performance test, whitening performance test and spot fading performance test on the face, the results of various performance test data of the invention are superior to those of the comparative example: the water replenishing rate can reach more than 250 percent, the moisture retention rate can reach more than 90 percent, the melanin inhibition rate in the whitening performance test reaches 55 percent, and the wrinkle removing and spot removing effects are obvious.
The skin irritation test result shows that the mask has no irritation to healthy skin; the pH value of the facial mask is 5.1-5.4, and the facial mask is suitable for the characteristics of normal human skin; the results of high-temperature and low-temperature resistant experiments and centrifugal experiments show that the mask has no change in properties, is easy to store and is convenient to carry.
According to the invention, through stability test investigation, the facial mask is tested for appearance, fineness, pH value and centrifugation test within 0-18 months, and the result shows that the facial mask has stable appearance, fineness and pH value, the pH value meets the requirement, and the centrifugation test has no water analysis and layering phenomenon; the facial mask has relatively stable quality in 0 to 18 months, and is suitable for industrial production.
Although the invention has been described in detail hereinabove by way of general description, specific embodiments and experiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications and improvements can be made thereto based on the invention. Accordingly, such modifications and improvements are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.

Claims (10)

1. The moisture-preserving anti-aging mask is characterized by comprising water, glycerol, 1, 2-hexanediol, polyglycerol-4-caprate, panthenol, betaine, almond oil, lemon extract, sunflower seed oil, tocopherol, xanthan gum, polyglycerol-3 cocoate, polyglycerol-6 caprylate, polyglycerol-6 ricinoleate, maltodextrin, citric acid, sodium hydroxide, p-hydroxyacetophenone, ascorbic acid and essence.
2. The moisturizing and anti-aging mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein the moisturizing and anti-aging mask consists of the following percentages: 8-10% of glycerol, 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.8-1.2% of polyglycerol-4-decanoate, 0.3-0.8% of panthenol, 0.3-0.8% of betaine, 0.4-0.8% of almond oil, 0.01-0.04% of lemon extract, 0.004-0.009% of sunflower seed oil, 0.01-0.03% of tocopherol, 0.8-1.2% of xanthan gum, 0.2-0.4% of polyglycerol-3-cocoate, 0.1-0.3% of polyglycerol-6-octanoate, 0.2-0.4% of polyglycerol-6-ricinoleate, 0.01-0.03% of maltodextrin, 0.005-0.008% of citric acid, 0.004-0.006% of sodium hydroxide, 0.8-1.2% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.0001-0.0002% of ascorbic acid, 0.04-0.06% of essence, and the balance of water.

The moisturizing and anti-aging mask as claimed in claim 2, wherein the moisturizing and anti-aging mask consists of the following percentages: 9% of glycerol, 1, 2-hexanediol, 1.5% of polyglycerol-4-gallate, 0.5% of panthenol, 0.5% of betaine, 0.6% of almond oil, 0.02% of lemon extract, 0.007% of sunflower seed oil, 0.02% of tocopherol, 1% of xanthan gum, 0.3% of polyglycerol-3-cocoate, 0.2% of polyglycerol-6-caprylate, 0.3% of polyglycerol-6-ricinoleate, 0.02% of maltodextrin, 0.006% of citric acid, 0.005% of sodium hydroxide, 12% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.0001% of ascorbic acid, 0.05% of essence and the balance of water.
4. The moisture-preserving anti-aging mask as claimed in claim 3, wherein the preparation method of the mask comprises the steps of:
1) putting water, 1, 2-hexanediol, panthenol, betaine, lemon extract, xanthan gum, maltodextrin, citric acid, sodium hydroxide, ascorbic acid and essence in a same container, performing ultrasonic treatment for 25-35min, and shaking uniformly to obtain a mixture A;
2) putting glycerol, polyglycerol-4 decanoate, polyglycerol-3 cocoate, polyglycerol-6 octanoate, polyglycerol-6 ricinoleate and p-hydroxyacetophenone in a same container by weight percent, standing for 20-28h, heating in water bath for 20-40min, and shaking up to obtain a mixture B;
3) putting almond oil, sunflower seed oil and tocopherol in a same container, heating at 50-70 deg.C for 15-25min, and stirring to obtain mixture C;
4) the mixture A, B, C is put into the same heat-collecting magnetic stirrer with the stirring speed of 800-
1200r/min, keeping the temperature at 35-55 ℃, and stirring until the mixture is homogenized to obtain essence;
5) and (5) soaking the facial mask paper in the essence, and taking out to obtain the moisturizing and anti-aging facial mask.
5. The moisture-preserving anti-aging mask as claimed in claim 4, wherein the preparation method of the mask comprises the following steps:
1) putting water, 1, 2-hexanediol, panthenol, betaine, lemon extract, xanthan gum, maltodextrin, citric acid, sodium hydroxide, ascorbic acid and essence in a same container, performing ultrasonic treatment for 30min, and shaking up to obtain a mixture A;
2) putting glycerol, polyglycerol-4 decanoate, polyglycerol-3 cocoate, polyglycerol-6 octanoate, polyglycerol-6 ricinoleate and p-hydroxyacetophenone in a same container by weight percent, standing for 24h, heating in water bath for 30min, and shaking up to obtain a mixture B;
3) putting almond oil, sunflower seed oil and tocopherol in a same container by weight percentage, heating for 20min at 60 ℃, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture C;
4) putting the mixture A, B, C into the same heat collection type magnetic stirrer, stirring at a stirring speed of 1000r/min, keeping the temperature at 45 ℃, and stirring until the mixture is homogeneous to obtain essence;
5) and (5) soaking the facial mask paper in the essence, and taking out to obtain the moisturizing and anti-aging facial mask.
6. The moisture-preserving anti-aging mask as claimed in any one of claims 4 to 5, wherein the ultrasonication of step 1) is carried out at a power of 250W and a frequency of 40 kHz.
7. The moisture-preserving anti-aging mask as claimed in any one of claims 4 to 5, wherein the water bath of step 2) is heated at a temperature of 50 to 70 ℃.
8. The moisture-preserving anti-aging mask as claimed in claim 7, wherein the water bath of step 2) is heated at a temperature of 60 ℃.
9. The moisture-preserving anti-aging mask as claimed in any one of claims 4 to 5, wherein the mask paper of step 5) is soaked in the essence for 15 to 25 min.
10. The moisture-preserving anti-aging mask as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the mask is used for preventing skin aging, moisturizing, whitening and spot-lightening.
