According to the scheme, the voice car taking instruction sent by the car owner is received and recognized, and the car owner account is obtained according to the voice car taking instruction; the voice vehicle taking instruction and the vehicle owner account are sent to a management cloud platform, and the management cloud platform searches for a license plate number corresponding to the vehicle owner account; receiving a license plate number returned by the management cloud platform for judgment of a vehicle owner; receiving a license plate number of a vehicle to be picked up confirmed by a vehicle owner, returning the license plate number of the vehicle to be picked up to a management cloud platform, sending a vehicle picking-up instruction and the license plate number of the vehicle to be picked up to a mechanical garage control system by the management cloud platform, operating the vehicle corresponding to the license plate number to a vehicle outgoing position from a parking space by the mechanical garage control system according to a preset flow, prompting the vehicle owner to input the license plate number of the vehicle to be picked up through voice or characters if the vehicle owner confirms that one or more license plate numbers searched by the management cloud platform are not the license plate number of the vehicle to be picked up, receiving and identifying the license plate number input by the voice of the vehicle owner, and taking the license plate number input by the voice of the vehicle owner as the license plate number of the vehicle to be picked; and before the car owner uses the mechanical garage voice car taking program, registering the car owner account, and binding the license plate number and the sound characteristic information. Therefore, the problem that the current mechanical garage vehicle taking method consumes time and is high in management cost of the mechanical garage is solved through the mechanical garage voice vehicle taking method, vehicle taking experience of a vehicle owner is improved, and vehicle safety is guaranteed.

step S203, returning the one or more searched license plate numbers to the vehicle owner management terminal so that the vehicle owner can judge whether the one or more license plate numbers searched by the management cloud platform are license plate numbers of the vehicle to be taken;
step S204, if the vehicle owner confirms that one of the one or more license plate numbers found by the management cloud platform is the license plate number of the vehicle to be picked up, receiving the license plate number returned by the vehicle owner mobile terminal;
step S205, sending the vehicle taking instruction and the license plate number of the vehicle to be taken to a mechanical garage control system, searching the parking space correspondingly stored in the parking process in a database according to the license plate number of the vehicle to be taken by the mechanical garage control system, and operating the vehicle on the parking space to the vehicle leaving position according to a preset flow.
Further, in step S203, after the step of returning the one or more searched license plate numbers to the vehicle owner management terminal, so that the vehicle owner determines whether the one or more license plate numbers searched by the management cloud platform are license plate numbers of the vehicle to be taken, the method further includes:

Therefore, the problems that the existing mechanical garage car taking method consumes time and the management cost of the mechanical garage is high are solved through the mechanical garage car taking method through voice.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an owner mobile terminal, which is characterized by including a memory, a processor, and a voice car-picking program for a mechanical garage stored in the memory, where the voice car-picking program for the mechanical garage is executed by the processor to implement the following operations:
receiving and identifying a voice car taking instruction sent by a car owner, and acquiring a car owner account according to the voice car taking instruction;
sending the voice car taking instruction and the car owner account to a management cloud platform, and searching one or more license plate numbers corresponding to the car owner account by the management cloud platform;
receiving one or more license plate numbers corresponding to the vehicle owner account returned by the management cloud platform, so that a vehicle owner can judge whether the one or more license plate numbers searched by the management cloud platform are license plate numbers of a vehicle to be taken;
if the vehicle owner confirms that one of the one or more license plate numbers found by the management cloud platform is the license plate number of the vehicle to be picked, the license plate number of the vehicle to be picked is returned to the management cloud platform, the management cloud platform sends the picking instruction and the license plate number of the vehicle to be picked to a mechanical garage control system, the mechanical garage control system searches parking spaces correspondingly stored in a parking process in a database according to the license plate number of the vehicle to be picked, and the vehicle on the parking spaces is operated to a vehicle outgoing position according to a preset flow.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a vehicle owner mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the vehicle owner mobile terminal may include: a processor 1001, a communication bus 1002, a user interface 1003, a network interface 1004, and a memory 1005. Wherein a communication bus 1002 is used to enable connective communication between these components. The user interface 1003 may include a display (e.g., touch screen, LCD, CRT, holographic imaging or projector, etc.), a keyboard or a pointing device (e.g., mouse, trackball, touch pad or touch screen, etc.). The memory 1005 may be a high-speed RAM memory or a non-volatile memory (e.g., a magnetic disk memory). The memory 1005 may alternatively be a storage device separate from the processor 1001.
It will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that the owner mobile terminal configuration shown in fig. 5 is not intended to be limiting and may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
In this embodiment, the memory 1005 stores at least an operating system for implementing various basic services and for processing hardware-based tasks; the network communication module is used for realizing wired connection or wireless connection to a network and providing channel resources for data connection of the vehicle owner mobile terminal; and the mechanical garage voice car taking program provided by the embodiment of the invention. In addition, the memory 1005 may also be used to store a virtual resource sharing system for implementing an operating system and hardware layer direct access control interface.
In the owner mobile terminal shown in fig. 5: the network interface 1004 is mainly used for connecting a network system and performing data communication with the network system; the user interface 1003 is mainly used for interacting with a user and receiving a command triggered by the user; and the processor 1001 may be configured to invoke the mechanical garage voice car-picking program stored in the memory 1005, and perform the following operations:
receiving and identifying a voice car taking instruction sent by a car owner, and acquiring a car owner account according to the voice car taking instruction;
sending the voice car taking instruction and the car owner account to a management cloud platform, and searching one or more license plate numbers corresponding to the car owner account by the management cloud platform;
receiving one or more license plate numbers corresponding to the vehicle owner account returned by the management cloud platform, so that a vehicle owner can judge whether the one or more license plate numbers searched by the management cloud platform are license plate numbers of a vehicle to be taken;
the method comprises the steps of receiving a license plate number of a vehicle to be taken confirmed by a vehicle owner, returning the license plate number of the vehicle to be taken to a management cloud platform, sending a vehicle taking instruction and the license plate number of the vehicle to be taken to a mechanical garage control system by the management cloud platform, searching parking spaces stored correspondingly in the parking process in a database according to the license plate number of the vehicle to be taken by the mechanical garage control system, and operating the vehicle on the parking spaces to a vehicle leaving position according to a preset flow.
Further, the processor 1001 may be further configured to invoke the voice car picking program stored in the memory 1005, and perform the following operations:
and if the vehicle owner confirms that one or more license plate numbers searched by the management cloud platform are not the license plate number of the vehicle to be picked up, prompting the vehicle owner to input the license plate number of the vehicle to be picked up through voice or characters, receiving and identifying the license plate number input by the vehicle owner through voice, and taking the license plate number input by the vehicle owner through voice as the license plate number of the vehicle to be picked up.
Further, the processor 1001 may be further configured to invoke the voice car picking program stored in the memory 1005, and perform the following operations:
after receiving a voice activated mechanical garage voice car taking program instruction sent by a car owner, extracting voice characteristic information of the voice activated mechanical garage voice car taking program instruction, and comparing the voice characteristic information with voice characteristic information in car owner account information;
if the comparison is successful, the vehicle owner identity verification is passed, and the voice vehicle taking program of the basic garage is activated according to the voice activated mechanical garage voice vehicle taking program instruction;
if the comparison fails, the authentication of the vehicle owner fails, and the vehicle owner is prompted to perform authentication again.
Further, the processor 1001 may be further configured to invoke the voice car picking program stored in the memory 1005, and perform the following operations:
judging whether the mechanical garage vehicle taking program registers a vehicle owner account or not;
if the vehicle owner account is not registered, sending a registration page to the vehicle owner to prompt the vehicle owner to perform voice registration according to the registration page, storing vehicle owner account information after the registration is successful, and uploading the vehicle owner account information to a management cloud platform, wherein the vehicle owner account information comprises a vehicle owner account, sound characteristic information and one or more license plate numbers;
if the owner account is registered, executing the following steps: and after receiving a voice activation mechanical garage voice car taking program instruction sent by a car owner, extracting voice characteristic information of the voice activation mechanical garage voice car taking program instruction, and comparing the voice characteristic information with the voice characteristic information in the car owner account information.
Further, the processor 1001 may be further configured to invoke the voice car picking program stored in the memory 1005, and perform the following operations:
and calling a voice recognition function of the mobile intelligent terminal to recognize a voice instruction input by the vehicle owner.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a management cloud platform, which is characterized by including a memory, a processor, and a mechanical garage voice car-picking program stored in the memory, where the mechanical garage voice car-picking program implements the following operations when being executed by the processor:
receiving a voice car taking instruction and a car owner account sent by a car owner mobile terminal;
searching one or more license plate numbers corresponding to the vehicle owner account in a management cloud platform according to the vehicle owner account;
returning the one or more searched license plate numbers to the vehicle owner management terminal so that the vehicle owner can judge whether the one or more license plate numbers searched by the management cloud platform are the license plate numbers of the vehicles to be taken;
if the vehicle owner confirms that one of the one or more license plate numbers found by the management cloud platform is the license plate number of the vehicle to be picked, receiving the license plate number returned by the vehicle owner mobile terminal;
and sending the vehicle taking instruction and the license plate number of the vehicle to be taken to a mechanical garage control system, searching the parking space correspondingly stored in the parking process in a database by the mechanical garage control system according to the license plate number of the vehicle to be taken, and operating the vehicle on the parking space to the departure position according to a preset flow.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a mechanical garage voice car-picking program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the mechanical garage voice car-picking program is executed by a processor, the steps of the mechanical garage voice car-picking method described above are implemented, which are not described herein again.
Compared with the prior art, the mechanical garage voice car taking method, the car owner mobile terminal, the management cloud platform and the storage medium provided by the invention receive and identify the voice car taking instruction sent by a car owner, and obtain a car owner account according to the voice car taking instruction; sending the voice car taking instruction and the car owner account to a management cloud platform, and searching one or more license plate numbers corresponding to the car owner account by the management cloud platform; receiving one or more license plate numbers corresponding to the vehicle owner account returned by the management cloud platform, so that a vehicle owner can judge whether the one or more license plate numbers searched by the management cloud platform are license plate numbers of a vehicle to be taken; the method comprises the steps of receiving a license plate number of a vehicle to be taken confirmed by a vehicle owner, returning the license plate number of the vehicle to be taken to a management cloud platform, sending a vehicle taking instruction and the license plate number of the vehicle to be taken to a mechanical garage control system by the management cloud platform, searching parking spaces stored correspondingly in the parking process in a database according to the license plate number of the vehicle to be taken by the mechanical garage control system, and operating the vehicle on the parking spaces to a vehicle leaving position according to a preset flow. According to the voice car taking method for the mechanical garage, the problems that the current car taking method for the mechanical garage consumes time and the management cost of the mechanical garage is high are solved.

Claims (10)

1. The mechanical garage voice car taking method is applied to a car owner mobile terminal, a management cloud platform and a mechanical garage control system, and comprises the following steps:
the vehicle owner mobile terminal is used for receiving and identifying a voice vehicle taking instruction sent by a vehicle owner, wherein the voice vehicle taking instruction comprises a vehicle taking instruction and a license plate number of a vehicle to be taken;
the management cloud platform is used for extracting sound characteristic information of a voice car taking instruction after receiving the voice car taking instruction which is sent by a car owner and used for activating a voice car taking program of the mechanical garage, comparing the sound characteristic information with sound characteristic information in car owner registration account information, and verifying the identity of the car owner; if the owner identity verification is passed, the vehicle taking instruction and the license plate number of the vehicle to be taken are sent to a mechanical garage control system;
and the mechanical garage control system is used for searching the parking spaces correspondingly stored in the parking process in a database according to the license plate numbers of the vehicles to be taken, and operating the vehicles on the parking spaces to the departure positions according to a preset flow.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the vehicle owner mobile terminal is further configured to:
prompting the car owner to input the license plate number of the vehicle to be picked up through voice or characters, receiving and identifying the license plate number input by the car owner through voice, and taking the license plate number input by the car owner through voice as the license plate number of the vehicle to be picked up.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the management cloud platform is further configured to:
after a voice activated mechanical garage voice car taking program instruction sent by a car owner is received, extracting voice characteristic information of the voice activated mechanical garage voice car taking program instruction, and comparing the voice characteristic information with voice characteristic information in car owner account information;
if the comparison is successful, the vehicle owner identity verification is passed, vehicle owner account information is obtained, and the voice vehicle taking program of the mechanical garage is activated according to the voice activated mechanical garage voice vehicle taking program instruction;
if the comparison fails, the authentication of the vehicle owner fails, and the vehicle owner is prompted to perform authentication again.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the management cloud platform is further configured to:
judging whether the mechanical garage vehicle taking program registers a vehicle owner account or not;
if the vehicle owner account is not registered, sending a registration page to the vehicle owner to prompt the vehicle owner to perform voice registration according to the registration page, storing vehicle owner account information after the registration is successful, and uploading the vehicle owner account information to a management cloud platform, wherein the vehicle owner account information comprises a vehicle owner account, sound characteristic information and one or more license plate numbers;
if the owner account is registered, executing the following steps: after a voice activation mechanical garage voice car taking program instruction sent by a car owner is received, voice characteristic information of the voice activation mechanical garage voice car taking program instruction is extracted and compared with the voice characteristic information in the car owner account information.
5. The method of any of claims 1-4, wherein the vehicle owner mobile terminal is further configured to:
and calling a voice recognition function of the vehicle owner mobile terminal to recognize the voice instruction input by the vehicle owner.
6. The mechanical garage voice car taking method is applied to a management cloud platform, and comprises the following steps:
receiving a voice car taking instruction and a car owner account sent by a car owner mobile terminal;
searching one or more license plate numbers corresponding to the vehicle owner account in a management cloud platform according to the vehicle owner account;
returning the one or more searched license plate numbers to the vehicle owner mobile terminal so that the vehicle owner can judge whether the one or more license plate numbers searched by the management cloud platform are the license plate numbers of the vehicles to be taken;
if the vehicle owner confirms that one of the one or more license plate numbers found by the management cloud platform is the license plate number of the vehicle to be picked, receiving the license plate number returned by the vehicle owner mobile terminal;
sending the vehicle taking instruction and the license plate number of the vehicle to be taken to a mechanical garage control system, searching parking spaces correspondingly stored in a parking process in a database according to the license plate number of the vehicle to be taken by the mechanical garage control system, and operating the vehicle on the parking spaces to a vehicle leaving position according to a preset flow;
if the vehicle owner mobile terminal identifies the license plate number input by the vehicle owner in the voice vehicle taking instruction, the license plate number input by the vehicle owner in the voice vehicle taking instruction is directly sent to the management cloud platform to be used as the license plate number of the vehicle to be taken.

The method according to claim 6, wherein the step of returning the one or more searched license plate numbers to the vehicle owner mobile terminal for the vehicle owner to determine whether the one or more searched license plate numbers of the management cloud platform are license plate numbers of the vehicle to be taken further comprises:
and if the vehicle owner confirms that one or more license plate numbers searched by the management cloud platform are not the license plate number of the vehicle to be picked up, receiving the license plate number returned by the vehicle owner mobile terminal and input by voice, and taking the license plate number input by voice of the vehicle owner as the license plate number of the vehicle to be picked up.
8. An owner mobile terminal, comprising a memory, a processor, and a machine garage voice pick-up program stored on the memory, the machine garage voice pick-up program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the method of any one of claims 1-5.
9. The management cloud platform is characterized by comprising a memory, a processor and a mechanical garage voice car taking program stored on the memory, wherein when the mechanical garage voice car taking program is executed by the processor, the following operations are realized:
receiving a voice car taking instruction and a car owner account sent by a car owner mobile terminal;
searching one or more license plate numbers corresponding to the vehicle owner account in a management cloud platform according to the vehicle owner account;
returning the one or more searched license plate numbers to the vehicle owner mobile terminal so that the vehicle owner can judge whether the one or more license plate numbers searched by the management cloud platform are the license plate numbers of the vehicles to be taken;
if the vehicle owner confirms that one of the one or more license plate numbers found by the management cloud platform is the license plate number of the vehicle to be picked, receiving the license plate number returned by the vehicle owner mobile terminal;
sending the vehicle taking instruction and the license plate number of the vehicle to be taken to a mechanical garage control system, searching parking spaces correspondingly stored in a parking process in a database according to the license plate number of the vehicle to be taken by the mechanical garage control system, and operating the vehicle on the parking spaces to a vehicle leaving position according to a preset flow;
if the vehicle owner mobile terminal identifies the license plate number input by the vehicle owner in the voice vehicle taking instruction, the license plate number input by the vehicle owner in the voice vehicle taking instruction is directly sent to the management cloud platform to be used as the license plate number of the vehicle to be taken.
10. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a machine garage voice pick-up program that, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the method of any of claims 1-5.
