The intelligent manufacturing management and control service platform according to claim 1, wherein the dispatching center comprises an order management module and a dispatching scheduling module, the order management module comprises order import, order editing, order modification and order deletion, the dispatching scheduling module comprises dispatching of production batches, dispatching of process operation time sequences and dispatching of production machines, the dispatching of production batches is used for dispatching of parallel batch operation or sequencing operation of production batches, the dispatching of process operation time sequences is used for dispatching of process operations generated in a plurality of production batches according to process time sequences, and the dispatching of production machines is used for dispatching of production machines by selecting process operations to corresponding operation machines.

The intelligent manufacturing management and control service platform according to claim 2, wherein the dispatching of the production lot includes adjusting dispatching sequence, single-lot dispatching, multi-lot dispatching and changing dispatching, and a manager can adjust the dispatching sequence in real time according to the production task at the current day, and can perform single-lot dispatching and multi-lot dispatching on the production task order at the current day and change dispatching on the order according to the real-time situation at the current day.

The intelligent manufacturing management and control service platform according to claim 1, wherein the dispatching center is used for dispatching all workshops in a centralized manner, the dispatching center is in signal connection with an online dispatching module, the online dispatching module can dispatch the workshops on site on line by means of a tablet computer or a PC terminal device, the dispatching module is in signal connection with a real-time pushing module, and the real-time pushing module is used for pushing the working specific state and the progress of the production batch on the workshop site in real time.

The intelligent manufacturing management and control service platform according to claim 1, wherein the assembly line for batch assembly work comprises a plurality of machines and a plurality of workers who work through assembly line production, the one-person multi-machine mode is used for discrete work, a single person is used for simultaneously operating the plurality of machines, the multiple persons are used for the multiple persons and the multiple machine mode, and each person correspondingly operates the plurality of machines.

The intelligent manufacturing management and control service platform according to claim 1, wherein the production task return module comprises production status, quality inspection and equipment management and control, the production status is used for reflecting specific information of each part in the production process, the quality inspection comprises first inspection, routing inspection and final inspection, and the equipment management and control is used for providing operation information of each workshop equipment in the production process.

The intelligent manufacturing management and control service platform according to claim 6, wherein the production situation comprises start record information, process record information and completion record information, the start record information comprises production lot numbers, material batches, operators and start time, the process record information comprises equipment information and quality information, the equipment information comprises equipment parameters, running states and fault abnormalities, and the completion record information comprises total production quantity, qualified number, defective reason and completion time.

The intelligent manufacturing management and control service platform according to claim 1, wherein the information monitoring center is configured to perform report query, the report query includes a command query, a machine production current condition query, a field dispatching query, a report process query, and a pause record query, the command query is configured to query system information through a mechanism password, the machine production current condition query is configured to monitor a current condition of machine production in a workshop in real time, the field dispatching query is configured to query a dispatching condition of the dispatching scheduling center, the report process query is configured to record historical report query records, and the pause record query is configured to query a number of pauses of machine equipment in each workshop.

The intelligent manufacturing management and control service platform according to claim 8, wherein the report query signal is connected to a statistical analysis module, the statistical analysis module is used for performing scientific statistical analysis on the table information generated by the report query, and the statistical analysis module comprises a bad cause analysis, an OEE analysis, a production day report analysis, a mobile analysis table and a yield analysis table.
