The mobile phone cleaning and laminating device is compact in overall structure, convenient and labor-saving to operate, capable of automatically cleaning a mobile phone, separating a blue light film from a bottom film and finally laminating the blue light film on the mobile phone through the laminating device, and capable of achieving full automation in the whole process and good in practicability and popularization value.
