本发明提供一种紫外光固化金属板，包括从内到外依次设有的内塑料层、内金属板层、加强筋、外金属板层、减震层、紫外线固化漆层和PVC保护膜，所述的内塑料层粘合在内金属板层上，所述的加强筋包括多个设在内金属板层与外金属板层之间的铁柱，所述的减震层包括设在两个中间板之间的多个减震弹簧，所述的紫外线固化漆层包括依次设有的紫外光固化底漆层、紫外光固化中间层、紫外光固化面漆层。本发明的有益效果是：设置的紫外线固化漆层，对金属板起到保护作用，减少由于摩擦而出现被抹坏的现象；设置的减震弹簧，对金属板起到保护作用。

一种紫外光固化金属板
技术领域
本发明属于汽车金属板技术领域，尤其是涉及一种紫外光固化金属板。
背景技术
紫外光固化涂料主要由环氧丙烯酸树脂、光敏剂(光引发剂)和稀释剂组成，同时加入一些添加剂，如热稳定剂，制备色漆时加入颜料和填料。紫外光固化材料(涂层)正越来越广泛地应用在各种制品上。尤其是用在汽车金属板上，但是现有的金属板存在以下不足：在发生摩擦或者轻度碰撞时，表面的油漆易抹掉；而且金属板的强度较低，易出现弯折的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种紫外光固化金属板，减少其表面油漆易抹掉的现象，提高其强度，提高其使用寿命，尤其适合用在汽车侧板上。
本发明的技术方案是：一种紫外光固化金属板，包括从内到外依次设有的内塑料层、内金属板层、加强筋、外金属板层、减震层、紫外线固化漆层和PVC保护膜，所述的内塑料层粘合在内金属板层上，所述的加强筋包括多个设在内金属板层与外金属板层之间的铁柱，所述的减震层包括设在两个中间板之间的多个减震弹簧，所述的紫外线固化漆层包括依次设有的紫外光固化底漆层、紫外光固化中间层、紫外光固化面漆层。
优选地，所述的内塑料层与内金属板层之间设有减震棉。
优选地，所述的中间板为铁板。
优选地，所述的内塑料层内侧还设有保护膜。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是：由于采用上述技术方案，设置的紫外线固化漆层，对金属板起到保护作用，减少由于摩擦而出现被抹坏的现象；设置的减震弹簧，对金属板起到保护作用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明的技术方案为一种紫外光固化金属板，包括从内到外依次设有的内塑料层1、内金属板层2、加强筋3、外金属板层4、减震层5、紫外线固化漆层和PVC保护膜6，所述的内塑料层1粘合在内金属板层2上，所述的加强筋3包括多个设在内金属板层2与外金属板层4之间的铁柱，加强其整体的强度，所述的减震层5包括设在两个中间板之间的多个减震弹簧，减少其出现弯折的现象，所述的紫外线固化漆层包括依次设有的紫外光固化底漆层7、紫外光固化中漆层8、紫外光固化面漆层9，通过设有三层紫外光固化的漆层，起到对其保护的作用，也减少油漆出现被抹掉的现象。
本实施例中，所述的内塑料层1与内金属板层2之间设有减震棉。
本实施例中，所述的中间板为铁板。
本实施例中，所述的内塑料层1内侧还设有保护膜。
本实例的工作过程：通过在汽车金属板上设有的三层紫外光固化的漆层，加强油漆的强度，减少油漆出现被抹掉的现象，提高对金属板的保护；设置的减震弹簧和加强筋，减少出现弯折的现象，提高其强度。

1.一种紫外光固化金属板，其特征在于：包括从内到外依次设有的内塑料层、内金属板层、加强筋、外金属板层、减震层、紫外线固化漆层和PVC保护膜，所述的内塑料层粘合在内金属板层上，所述的加强筋包括多个设在内金属板层与外金属板层之间的铁柱，所述的减震层包括设在两个中间板之间的多个减震弹簧，所述的紫外线固化漆层包括依次设有的紫外光固化底漆层、紫外光固化中间层、紫外光固化面漆层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种紫外光固化金属板，其特征在于：所述的内塑料层与内金属板层之间设有减震棉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种紫外光固化金属板，其特征在于：所述的中间板为铁板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种紫外光固化金属板，其特征在于：所述的内塑料层内侧还设有保护膜。
