Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of collagen peptide, in particular to a collagen peptide wound dressing and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The dermis layer of the skin contains abundant collagen, which is a transparent gelatinous substance consisting of 3 strands of spiral fibers and is the main structural protein in connective tissues, and the collagen and the elastin are orderly arranged and are mutually connected to form a net-shaped structure, so that the dermis layer supports the plumpness of the skin like a steel bar framework of a building. The elasticity of collagen maintains the elasticity and self-recovery property of skin. The collagen also adsorbs a large amount of water molecules, prevents water evaporation, and keeps the skin moist and glossy. Collagen accounts for 70-80% of the dry weight of the skin, is an important structural component of the skin, and is an indispensable nutrient and protective agent. Hydroxyproline in collagen is a key substance of skin connective tissue, and fibrous collagen forms a net structure to provide support for the tension and elasticity of the skin. Collagen in the dermis is also a nutrient supply station for the epidermis and skin appendages, and maintains the environmental stability in the skin and the supply of moisture and nutrients to skin tissues. Thus, collagen is not isolated from skin for growth, repair, and nutrition. Collagen also plays an important role in delaying aging.
The traditional collagen peptide wound dressing can only temporarily protect a wound and prevent wound infection, but does not have the functions of hemostasis, healing and the like, and the traditional processing technology is complex. Therefore, a new technical solution needs to be provided.

And (3) testing the nutrient components: the results of the recovery test using the collagen peptide dressings prepared in examples 1, 2, 3 and comparative example 4 are shown in table 1:
sample (I) | Relative recovery area (%) | Recovery time (sky) |
Example 1 | 94 | 3 |
Example 2 | 92 | 4 |
Example 3 | 96 | 5 |
Comparative example 4 | 72 | 8 |
TABLE 1
As can be seen from table 1, the collagen peptide wound dressings provided in examples 1, 2 and 3 of the present invention have a higher recovery effect than that of comparative example 4, and the recovery time is greatly shortened as compared to comparative example 4.
And (3) detecting the preparation amount of the collagen peptide: 1kg of different raw materials were used to prepare collagen peptides, and the weight components of the collagen peptides prepared in examples 1, 2 and 3 and the collagen peptide prepared in comparative example 4 were measured; the results are shown in Table 2:
TABLE 2
It can be seen from table 2 that the collagen peptides obtained in examples 1, 2 and 3 were relatively high in content, and the collagen peptides obtained in comparative example 4 were relatively low in content.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
