s5: base mounting, firstly marking out the mounting center of the memorial archway frame on the base, then marking out the central line of the base according to the central line of the memorial archway frame, inserting the foundation bolts into the lower holes of the foundation, turning all the foundation bolts and temporarily clamping all the foundation bolts in the pre-marked T-shaped head direction, placing a group of oblique sizing blocks on each base plate, lifting the base to about 1.5m away from the ground, cleaning the contact surface, lifting the base in place, adding corresponding spacer sleeves between the foundation bolts and the base holes to ensure that the clearance between the poured foundation bolts and the base holes is the same and the verticality of the foundation bolts, measuring the height between the exposed parts of the bolts and the base by using a measuring tape, adjusting the center and the levelness of the base by using the oblique sizing blocks below the jack and the base to meet the design and specification requirements, measuring by using a micrometer rod, ensuring that the deviation between the central lines of the two base and the reference line is not more than +/-1.0, 4m of flat rule and frame type level meter inspection is carried out, the levelness error of the base is not more than 0.5mm/m, and the elevation deviation of the two bases is not more than 0.05 mm;
s6: installing the housing frame, determining to adopt 75 tons of traveling cranes in the plant as hoisting equipment according to the arrangement condition of the hoisting equipment in the plant, the height of the plant, the weight of the housing frame and height parameters, and hoisting the housing frame in place by the hoisting equipment by wrapping two tubular lifting lugs of the housing frame;
s7: adjusting the memorial archway frames, after the two memorial archway frames are hoisted in place, firstly installing a top connecting beam in place, connecting the two memorial archway frames into a stable system, hanging a steel wire with the diameter of 0.4mm at the height position of a rolling line to form a longitudinal and transverse central line, adjusting the positions of the memorial archway frames by using two 16-ton jacks, checking the central deviation and the skew deviation of the two memorial archway frames by using a micrometer rod, adjusting and finely adjusting an inclined sizing block below a base to ensure that the verticality and the levelness of the memorial archway frames reach within the standard allowable deviation, checking a contact gap between the memorial archway frames and the top surface of the base by using a feeler gauge, checking the two-direction verticality of the memorial archway frames by using a wire hanging method, measuring the water height and the height difference of pressure upper cylinder supporting surfaces in windows of the two memorial archway frames by using a high-precision level gauge, a 4m flat gauge and a frame level gauge, and enabling errors to reach the standards by repeating the steps of adjusting and checking to ensure, connecting beams on two sides and the top of the memorial archway frame are installed and fastened in place, and then a base plate under the base is fixed in a spot welding mode to carry out secondary grouting;
s8: correcting a rolling mill set, namely correcting the coiling machine to a certain height, adjusting the coiling machine by using a flat base plate, wherein the base of the coiling machine is absolutely horizontal, all bolts are determined to be screwed down by the same torque during adjustment, the elevation and the level of the base of the coiling machine are adjusted by using 2 embedded hydraulic jacks, the coiling machine cannot move, and during adjustment, a dial gauge is used for observing whether the coiling machine moves or not;
s9: the installation of the rolling mill unit, according to the size of the anchor bolt hole of the uncoiler, the longitudinal central line of the uncoiler and the longitudinal central line of the train, the installation position of each backing plate is drawn on the basis, 3 square ear plates of 40 multiplied by 40/phi 16 are welded on 3 sides of each flat iron, the lines are drawn on the basis according to the ear plate hole positions, M12 expansion sleeve installation holes are punched, then according to the repeatedly measured basic elevation, screws with corresponding lengths are installed, each ear plate is fixed by 2 nuts, the flat iron is adjusted to the installation elevation by the control of a level gauge, the longitudinal and transverse levelness of the backing plate is controlled by a square level gauge, grouting is carried out under the backing plate, the longitudinal central line of the train and the longitudinal central line of the uncoiler are hung by a steel wire with the diameter of 0.4mm, the steel wire hanging method is the same as the hanging method in the installation of the housing, the longitudinal and transverse centers of the uncoiler are adjusted to the design height by inclined iron, pulling out the foundation bolt tightly, and through repeated fine adjustment of the inclined sizing block, the foundation nut and the horizontal deviation of the host machine, the center, the outer pendulum and the upward lifting of the reel reach the design requirements, and pouring is carried out on the reeling machine.
