Abstract
本发明提供了一种免油漆复合木皮及其应用,包括木皮,木皮至少一面复合有高分子膜。为满足市场对木纹效果的需求,并避免油漆加工过程,解决传统油漆加工过程生产效率低、投入成本高、高污染不环保的缺点。在PVC等材料表面打印木皮纹,虽可模仿天然木纹,但PVC材料不环保,另外印刷出来的木纹纹理失去真实木纹观感体验及审美价值,无法满足消费者对天然木纹的追求。本发明利用高分子膜具有耐磨、防水、耐油污、耐涂鸦、环保、无味、耐折、耐磨、阻挡紫外线、易清洁等优点,达到在木制品表面涂装装饰的效果,取代后期进行油漆加工,简化了木质材料的使用过程,并降低施工过程中的污染与成本,并且满足市场对打印纹理不可能比拟的真实木纹效果的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合木皮,特别是涉及一种免油漆复合木皮及其应用。
背景技术
木制品是装饰建材行业的重要组成板块,由于木皮纹自然美观,而受到市场欢迎。为了保证木制产品具有经久耐用、着色牢固、效果饱满等性能,需要木制品表面进行涂装,常见以油漆涂装等为主。但是油漆工艺繁琐,需要多次油漆加工与多次打磨,才能达到市场效果,具有生产效率低、投入成本高的缺点,而油漆本身具有多种可挥发的有机溶剂,导致不环保,加工工艺也繁琐污染大。
此外,为了满足市场对木纹效果的需求,并避免油漆加工过程。很多产品采用在PVC等材料表面打印木皮纹,以模仿天然的真实木纹纹理,但是PVC材料气味重不环保,有毒有害健康,在家装材料上有很大的弊端,而且打印印刷出来的木纹纹理失去真实木纹所具有的观感体验以及审美价值,无法满足消费者对天然木纹的追求。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种免油漆复合木皮,以至少解决现有技术中木质材料表面需要涂漆的问题。

进一步地,所述木皮与高分子膜之间还设有热塑胶层。
更进一步地,所述免油漆复合木皮的制备方法如下:
步骤1:取涂覆有热塑胶层的高分子膜,在低于热塑胶层软化点的温度下预热0.5-5min;
步骤2:将预热后高分子膜具有热塑胶层的一面与木皮表面贴合,并进行辊压0.5-5min,在辊压过程中,与木皮直接接触的辊表面温度大于热塑胶层软化点。
更进一步地,所述高分子膜为PET膜,所述热塑胶层为EVA胶层,所述免油漆复合木皮的具体制备方法如下:
步骤1:取涂覆有EVA胶层的高分子膜,在60-90℃下预热0.5-5min;
步骤2:将预热后高分子膜具有EVA胶层的一面与木皮表面贴合,并进行辊压,在辊压过程中,与木皮直接接触的辊表面温度为80-160℃。
更进一步地,所述免油漆复合木皮的制备方法如下:
步骤1:在木皮表面涂覆软化的热塑胶,形成热塑胶层;
步骤2:将高分子膜覆盖在软化的热塑胶层上,辊压贴合,得到免油漆复合木皮。
更进一步地,所述热塑胶层为PUR胶层,免油漆复合木皮的具体制备方法如下:
步骤1:将PUR胶加热软化,并均匀涂覆在木皮表面,形成PUR胶层;
步骤2:在PUR胶层软化状态下,将高分子膜覆盖在其上,并使用温度低于高分子膜软化点的辊进行压合,得到免油漆复合木皮。
进一步地,所述高分子膜为热塑高分子膜。
更进一步地,所述免油漆复合木皮的制备方法如下:
步骤1:将高分子膜覆盖在木皮表面;
步骤2:在高于热塑高分子膜软化点的温度下压合1-5min,得到免油漆复合木皮。

步骤1:将TPU膜覆盖在木皮表面;

本发明还公开一种木制品,所述木制品表面复合有免油漆复合木皮。
本发明相对于现有技术,利用高分子膜具有耐磨、防水、耐油污、耐涂鸦、食品级环保、无气味、耐折、耐磨、阻挡紫外线、易清洁等优点,使复合后的木皮具有相应的性能,达到在木制品表面涂装装饰的效果,避免后期进行油漆加工,简化了木质材料的使用过程,并降低施工过程中的污染,达到打印纹理不可能比拟的真实木纹效果。

实施例一
本发明实施例免油漆复合木皮包括木皮,木皮的一面依次具有热塑胶层、高分子膜,高分子膜为PET膜,热塑胶层为EVA层。
本发明实施例免油漆复合木皮的制备方法包括:
木皮预处理过程:
S101:购买0.1-0.5mm厚的木皮;
S102:对木皮烘干,使含水率为8-10%;
S103:在木皮的背面贴合无纺布;
S104:对木皮表面进行预处理,所述预处理为砂光处理或环保涂料填充砂光处理,达到表面光滑平整效果。
PET膜预处理过程:
S201:选取透光率在89%以上、厚度在0.1-0.5mm的PET膜,进行UV硬化处理;
S202:对硬化处理后的PET膜涂覆耐膜光油,得到高光膜(可根据需要进一步进行哑光处理,得到哑光膜);
S203:将PET膜背面涂覆EVA,形成EVA层。
复合过程:
S301:取预处理后的PET膜,在80-90℃下预热0.5-5min;
S302:将预热后PET膜有EVA胶层的一面与预处理后的木皮表面贴合,并进行辊压0.5-5min,在辊压过程中,与木皮或膜直接接触的辊表面温度为80-160℃,得到复合木皮。
其中,本发明实施例在复合过程中,采用烘道加热,利用平贴机热辊贴合。
可选的,本发明实施例中烘道温度设置70-80℃,烘道长1.5-3米,速度1.5米/分钟,滚轮温度设置80-160℃,滚轮速度1.5米/分钟。
实施例二
本发明实施例免油漆复合木皮包括木皮,木皮的一面依次具有热塑胶层、高分子膜,高分子膜为PET膜,热塑胶层为PUR层。
本发明实施例免油漆复合木皮的制备方法包括:
木皮预处理过程:
S401:购买0.1-0.5mm厚的木皮;

S602:在PUR胶层软化状态下,将预处理后的PET膜覆盖在PUR胶层上,并使用低于高分子膜软化点的辊进行压合,得到免油漆复合木皮。
其中,本发明实施例在复合过程中,采用烘道加热,利用平贴机热辊贴合。
可选的,本发明实施例中PUR胶采用PUR熔胶机软化,软化温度为130-150℃,以4米/分钟的速度刮涂在木皮表面,涂覆厚度约0.03-0.05mm;木皮和PET膜的宽度为20厘米,PUR胶层宽度19.6厘米;在复合过程中,烘道温度为80℃,贴合辊温度42℃。
实施例三
本发明实施例免油漆复合木皮包括木皮,木皮的一面具有热塑高分子膜,热塑高分子膜为TPU膜。
本发明实施例免油漆复合木皮的制备方法包括:
木皮预处理过程:
S701:购买0.1-0.5mm厚的木皮;
S702:对木皮烘干,使含水率为8-10%;
S703:在木皮的背面贴合无纺布;
S704:对木皮表面进行预处理,所述预处理为砂光处理或环保涂料填充砂光处理,达到表面光滑平整效果。
TPU膜预处理过程:
S801:选取透光率在89%以上、厚度在0.05-0.5mm、软化点在120℃以上的TPU膜;
S802:将TPU膜平贴在表面具有哑光或高光的钢板。
复合过程:
S901:取预处理后的木皮,将TPU膜覆盖在木皮表面;
S902:在160-200℃下,对TPU膜平压1-5min,将TPU膜利用热压平贴的方式转移到木皮表面,得到免油漆复合木皮。
可选的,本发明实施例TPU膜预处理过程中采用辊压设备,复合过程配合平贴机,具体过程如下:
TPU膜预处理过程:
S801:选取透光率在89%以上、厚度在0.05-0.5mm、软化点在120℃以上的TPU膜;
S802:钢板上刷涂硅油制作离型面,将TPU膜平贴在钢板表面,在辊轮在60-80℃下进行辊压。
复合过程:
S901:取预处理后的木皮,将TPU膜覆盖在木皮表面;
S902:平贴机温度设置160-200℃,平压保温1分钟,冷却后除去钢板得到高光覆TPU木皮装饰面。
以本发明实施例1、3为例,与木皮、砂光木皮、砂光木皮做油漆、PVC木纹进行物理性质测试,对比结果如下表所示。
如上表所示,本发明实施例1、3具有透光度高,弯折性好,表面光滑的优点,耐冷热循环,不易变形开裂,并具有良好的耐磨性,相比油漆及PVC打印材料,可耐高温,并能有效的防水防霉,且不具有挥发物,具有环保性,无环保压力。
同时,本发明实施例1、2的加工工艺简单,成本更低,相比于油漆产品,在达到同等效果的情况下,高分子材料成本更低,且无需油漆加工中的涂布、打磨过程,具有省时、省人工、省场地与成本的优点。
此外,本发明实施例1-3的产品性能相比于传统油漆表面加工,更好地解决木制品本身易开裂、易卷曲变形、易霉变、易滋生细菌、力学性能差等缺点,制成产品具备无甲醛、无毒无味、绿色健康、防霉、防菌、防虫、防潮等实用型优点,并可利用木皮与木门,家具,办公桌,橱柜等产品表面贴合,全方位替代传统油漆加工工艺。
本发明实施例的免油漆复合木皮可复合到桌椅、板材、门等木质品用具表面,形成一种新型的免油漆木制品。
最后应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对其限制,尽管参照上述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,所属领域的普通技术人员应当理解,技术人员阅读本申请说明书后依然可以对本发明的具体实施方式进行修改或者等同替换,但这些修改或变更均未脱离本发明申请待批权利要求保护范围之内。
Claims (11)
1.一种免油漆复合木皮,其特征在于,所述免油漆复合木皮包括木皮,所述木皮至少一面复合有高分子膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述免油漆复合木皮,其特征在于,所述木皮厚度为0.1-0.5mm,高分子膜厚度为0.1-0.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述免油漆复合木皮,其特征在于,所述木皮与高分子膜之间还设有热塑胶层。
4.根据权利要求3所述免油漆复合木皮,其特征在于,所述免油漆复合木皮的制备方法如下:
步骤1:取涂覆有热塑胶层的高分子膜,在低于热塑胶层软化点的温度下预热0.5-5min;
步骤2:将预热后高分子膜具有热塑胶层的一面与木皮表面贴合,并进行辊压,在辊压过程中,与木皮直接接触的辊表面温度大于热塑胶层软化点。
5.根据权利要求4所述免油漆复合木皮,其特征在于,所述高分子膜为PET膜,所述热塑胶层为EVA胶层,所述免油漆复合木皮的具体制备方法如下:
步骤1:取涂覆有EVA胶层的高分子膜,在60-90℃下预热0.5-5min;
步骤2:将预热后高分子膜具有EVA胶层的一面与木皮表面贴合,并进行辊压,在辊压过程中,与木皮直接接触的辊表面温度为100-150℃。
6.根据权利要求3所述免油漆复合木皮,其特征在于,所述免油漆复合木皮的制备方法如下:
步骤1:在木皮表面涂覆软化的热塑胶,形成热塑胶层;
步骤2:将高分子膜覆盖在软化的热塑胶层上,辊压贴合,得到免油漆复合木皮。
7.根据权利要求6所述免油漆复合木皮,其特征在于,所述热塑胶层为PUR胶层,免油漆复合木皮的具体制备方法如下:
步骤1:将PUR胶加热软化,并均匀涂覆在木皮表面,形成PUR胶层;
步骤2:在PUR胶层软化状态下,将高分子膜覆盖在其上,并使用温度低于高分子膜软化点的辊进行压合,得到免油漆复合木皮。
8.根据权利要求1所述免油漆复合木皮,其特征在于,所述高分子膜为热塑高分子膜,所述免油漆复合木皮的制备方法如下:
步骤1:将高分子膜覆盖在木皮表面;
步骤2:在高于热塑高分子膜软化点的温度下平压1-5min,得到免油漆复合木皮。
9.根据权利要求8所述免油漆复合木皮,其特征在于,所述高分子膜为TPU膜,所述免油漆复合木皮的制备方法如下:
步骤1:将TPU膜覆盖在木皮表面;
步骤2:在160-200℃下,对TPU膜平压1-5min,得到免油漆复合木皮。
10.根据权利要求3或8所述免油漆复合木皮,其特征在于,所述木皮背面附有无纺布层,所述木皮的表面进行预处理,所述预处理为砂光处理或使用环保涂料填充砂光处理。
11.一种木制品,其特征在于,所述木制品表面复合有免油漆复合木皮。
